I do not recommend purchasing a membership with this business. It is impossible to cancel. I tried getting in contact with them for more than 6 months after I kept getting charged with no success.I submitted a cancellation request on their website form (specifically for cancellation by the way), four times with no response. I call the number and get a voicemail and dont get a call back after leaving a voicemail. I email the info email on the top of their website with no response. I also emailed the email on the right side of the website trying to get in touch with a manager and I got an email back saying that email doesnt even exist.The only way I could stop getting charged is to call my credit card company and request a chargeback and to change my credit card number.

You won’t find a better wash for $4. The monthly wash only costs me $12/month. If I go every day, I end up with way more than $10 in blue towels and air fresheners! The staff are great, kind, and are quick to dole out lollipops for my kids. I won’t go anywhere else!

The wash left my car Super clean! The Vacuum Station is Fantastic! Each port has two hoses and a little hand held air hose to get the crevices in you car! Unbelievable!!

Weve had a monthly membership for several months now for 2 of our vehicles. The first vehicle was around $17 & we added the 2nd vehicle for $10 more. All the staff are friendly and professional. The area itself stays clean and maintained. I love the vacuum station. It offers a vacuum hose, trashcan, and air hose on each side of vehicle. They also always offer a car freshener and clean towel with every car wash. Theyve even given out lollipops and doggie treats before. They even do a nice front prescrub but Recently a new employee has gone above and does an excellent prescrub when entering the wash. What sold me was the Air1 music they always have on. Definitely recommend giving them a try.

They need to get new scrub-tentacles & start bleaching them weekly because they smell like mold & mildew 🤢🤢🤮🤮🤮😷😷Also, they should have a team member to wipe down handles after each customer.(At least put some effort into sanitization)

Was a very satisfied weekly customer, paying the $9.95 monthly, until the manager told me I had been canceled the end of December because my checking account didn’t work.Complete bogus. The account was fine.So I told the manager to just reinstate me. He said the monthly charge is now $16.95.I’d have more respect if they had just admitted that due to Covid they needed to increase their rates.Short and simple.Being in line listening to the manager trying to convince me that the increase in price was my fault because of a banking glitch that was non existent was not appreciated.They lost a customer, and $120 of annual revenue.They could have handled this much, much better.

Please drop the word Quick from your name. Waited 10+ minutes to get up to check-in. One car held up the line, you at one time would pull that car to the side to keep the flow going. Please improve, or Im gone.

We showed up for $12 car wash and all the vacuums were full. So we told the attendant that we would wash and then vacuum after. No one was in line for a wash. When we came back to vacuum, there was a line to wash. But instead, they wanted us to get back in line behind those cars. They shut the vacuum on us and said sorry, but thats the way it is....poor customer service. Still waiting on management for a courtesy call back. We will never use this place again.

$4.00 Car wash did an EXCELLENT job (no longer $3) People are helpful and friendly. Some of the best vacuums at a car wash. I drive out of my way to go here, and it’s always worth it.

Lots of cars in a very tight area. Great value and free vacuuming. Employees were friendly and helpful.

The attendants are friendly and nice. I just dont like that its very small and no parking for extra cars or to wait for one of the vacuums to be available. But overall you get a good deal for the price.

Customer for almost 3 years. Good people. Great wash. Free vacuums. Tip one...Vacuum First. Wash Second and ( I wipe it down in the empty lots next door) Tip two.. Get a membership and save money. Tip three... When youre able TIP the guys. Im there 3 to 4 times a week and think they do a great job with the space they have. Good job guys. Keep up the good work.

Michaelrude and bern going here for longtime but recently the place is so unorganized with the order the cars move in and out with the wash and vacuum situation, cars honking at eachother or cutting in. Ill go to another car wash where its better organized and i will tell all my friends not to go here

This is my favorite place to go. The managers and staff go out of their way to make sure I have a pleasant experience everytime. They convinced me to get unlimited washes. I love that this place always treats me right.

This place is absolutely amazing. It got my car so clean so quickly. It was a little scary at first going through the carwash but then the attendant told me to put my car in neutral and take my foot off of the brake and when I did, I just rolled all the way through and it got my car cleaner than any car wash has ever gotten my car cleaned and it was only three bucks.Plus they gave me a towel to dry my car off in case there was any additional water and then they gave me a free incense.Not only that but they put stuff on my tires to shine my tires up. The whole process took less than 5 minutes and they have a dryer that dries your car as well and you get to vacuum for free and their vacuums have really good strong suction.This place is absolutely amazing. They can get my $3 anytime they want to. Service well done. They totally superseded my expectations.

*UPDATE* If this wash damages your car, and it will, (check reviews) they wont pay to fix. They will mock you and tell you theyre not responsible. REGIONAL MANAGER MICHAEL GRAY IS A FRAUD. Look at the picture Ive added. All four of my factory wheel covers were damaged by their high pressure jets. The jets that come on immediately as you enter. They of course refused to acknowledge fault, and obviously didnt pay. You have to ask yourselves, is the free air freshener and $3 wash worth the damage. For me, the $3 wash cost me $150 in repairs.

The manager Mr Michael pierce is very rude and disrespectful he caught hisself flirting with my 13yr old daughter and laughing about it with his coworkers. The old man they call Rex took one swipe across my windshield and threw the brush like he didnt want to be there and on top of all that I paid 15 dollars for them to wash half my car. I would never refer anyone to that car wash ever.

The wash is cheap enough and vacuum is free! I recommend removing the radio antenna and the rear wiper if you have one.

Spent $9 on a car wash today and there was an area on the passenger side of my car that looked like it wasnt even cleaned. Frustrating to pay this and drive through the automatic wash and have an area that wasnt cleaned.

These guys work hard and the price is right. Lot is small, so getting in and out with the Karens can be challenging... Or a great opportunity to make your first tik tok, especially when they realize they shouldve vacuumed first. Definitely recommend

Had to drive in twice and still didnt clean the exterior good, the guy with that long mop obviously did not do a good job. I had a silver car going to that car wash so Im guessing thats why I thought they did a great job but I see now they dont. Never coming back here again

For the money it is a decent job on my truck. It does the job and gets most of the big stuff off a full size truck, but you will find that you will need to go through twice, or that you will have to go home and hand wash a portion of your truck. If you have a car on the other hand, which my wife does, it does a fantastic job on getting it clean.

I searched for a long time to find an affordable automatic car wash that offered a monthly subscription, and Im so glad I found this place! They are awesome! The workers are always happy and friendly, and the car wash itself is amazing! I bought the creme de la creme package and every time I leave it looks like my car has been hand washed and a clear coat refresh added. The couple of times Ive vacuumed they have worked outstandingly well.The nicest package they offer is almost half of what other similar places charge for their default monthly packages, and with a convenient location and good workers, its no competition. This place deserves your business, and your vehicle will thank you for it!

First off not happy about the younger kid Delvin taking the time to stop the car in front of me before it got on the track to completely brush their car all the way around and every window. Don’t want to believe it’s a racial thing but I feel like it could have been bc he stopped the car before guiding it onto the track and did more for them than he did for my vehicle. He did the bare minimum for mine. I have this video and pictures of him doing this. He was very loud and obnoxious yelling at customers to roll down their windows so he can talk to them and ask them for tips. With this being said I go back through The wash again the next day and The kind gentleman with the badge on name TY was on the brush. He took the time to do my car the right way and others very well all the way around and made sure my car was clean he was very respectful and apologized about my bad experience I told him about the day before. Everyone needs to work on the same page like He does he takes the time to clean my car and others very well to make me want to come back when he’s there and I believe it’s poor management when the manager is never no where to be seen.From what I could tell TY was running back and fowarth from trying to help customers by the podeum and then having to run and brush too. I did see a man in a different colored shirt possibly maroon or red walking by where the brush person is and went into a little room with a woman and was never seen after that. I hope upper management takes the time to address these issues because it doesn’t seem right and very fair for your employees to have to work harder due to poor management and employees not all working on the same page.

When we pulled up to the payment station, the workers were chatting with each other and cussing right in front of us, the customers. Very disappointed in the language and lack of professionalism. The wash was decent, very quick despite the long line.

Most preferred location! I will drive 40 miles to come to this location! Clean and well maintained! Vacuums are very strong on suction and they have vending machines with cleaning supplies and air freshners.

No issues with the quality of wash but deducted first star as I was refused a wash from my gift card as I was told that the company has been sold to someone else in last quarter and the e-gift cards do not work any more so will have to get them converted to some different cards. Wrote an email via web side contact us option and waiting for reply. Hopefully that gets resolved soon as I spent last few washes from out of pocket and could not use the $20+ balance in my card. Another star I deducted was for few times when the vacuum did not suck the dirt and lack pressure. Overall I would recommend the economic and quick wash offered. thanks.

Accident on the property 3/27/20. The pickup truck in front of my grandson rolled backward and hit my car. The manager, Caleb and another employee on site told us theyve seen vehicles roll backwards before. The driver said he followed all of the employees instructions. He also viewed the video at the car wash and he said it clearly shows the accident. Owner of the car wash, Dr. Myers refuses to accept responsibility for the accident. It is my opinion that Dr. Myers conduct is unethical and highly unprofessional. Proceed with caution.

I really enjoy going to this car wash. The staff is super friendly and really nice. They’re always so helpful even in 100 degree weather. Hands down one of the best locations to get my car washed. I don’t go anywhere else.The only con is that the parking lot is small. But I think I’ll just vacuum first and then wash my car.

The guy taking money told me my buy one get one receipt was no longer valid. When I asked why he said just kidding. So I apologized for getting angry. Should have known that it was a omen of what to come. Worse wash job ever. My car actually looks worse than it did before the wash. The fans that blow your car off were not on so I now have dirty water stains that ran down my car. Will NEVER EVER USE THIS PLACE AGAIN. If employees can retaliate when they want then I will take my money elsewhere.

Great prices like the car sent they gave and towels to wipe the car down plus the air blowers at the vacuum stalls you can blow the water out of the cracks of your vehicle and ever thing out from beneath those seats to better vacuum your interior

While inside of car wash there was a pile up where my car ran into the car in front & car in back of me ran into me. Manager took out claim form & said owners were Doctors & are busy & may be a little while until they got back to me on claim. Will a little while is going on a month & no contact to me. I contacted franchise & they said that was was independent owned wash & they would contact them to see why they havent got back to me. That was over a week ago. I am also busy & I need my car that was damaged fixed!!

Love this car wash, I use the $14 monthly wash and use it almost daily and they always let me go 2x to get my lower van cleaned where all the dirt streaks are from the tires and roads. I can always use any Quick N Clean with my pass as I travel from here and Dallas using the one on Midway allot also. Staff dudes are always cool and I hope they are paid well and get earned raises??Thanks guys. I’ve been using and saving 2 yrs now.

Ok. You cant beat the price. $3 or a monthly plan as low as $9.99. It is a very small location and has a limited amount of vacuum...but they are free....if you are willing to wait. Best plan is to vacuum first, then pull out to wash your car. It is a small location, so the space can get tight, since many people come due to the low prices. I think it is worth it. You get a free towel to dry your car, and also a free thunderbolt air freshener...which smells amazing!!!! The staff are always super friendly as well.

I had my car washed 2 times. After the second time I noticed scratches on the two front panels and one of the back lower panels. I have NOT hit anything, especially in those 3 areas at the same time! I hadnt reported it because Im sure they have a Not Responsible clause/sign somewhere. Today I started looking at reviews and looks like Im definitely not the only one with this type of complaint.

My previous post was very favorable until I tried to cancel my subscription. We attempted to cancel in sSeptembe before our next charge. Went in person and was referred to online. Surprise online doesnt work. Only form of communication is email. One phone number that no one responds back. We have attempted 3 times to cancel call email and go online to use website. We have been changed twice since then and will have to take things to a higher level it seems to get our money back and have this cancelled. How can it be that hard to cancel a service we have not been able to use. Charged for October and it rained 2-3 weeks straight. Not happy at all.Thank you Sarah for the information. I sent an email November 6 and still we have not been contacted by anyone regarding the cancellation or refund. We sent proof of the charges as well. What will it take to just have this cancelled, refunded or even a common courtesy call regarding the matter?

Beware!!! I went in for a quick car wash. The car wash ripped out the mounting for my antenna, caused several dents, scratched up all the side of my Truck. I told the manager and he said, OK, what do you want me to do about it, were not responsible. I was shocked and immediately filed a claim and wrote an incident report. The manager did not even offer me a refund. Im an easy going guy, and after this incident Im putting it in the long arm of my Insurance company. Beware

Service is always excellent. Prices are great. The free vacuums are really why I come here as not many car washes have them anymore. One time my window broke as I was entering the car wash. They generously gave me a come back pass which I used when I fixed my window. My cars paint is already covered in scratches so Im not worried about that.

Update:Unfortunately, the prices have risen for 2021. Cheapest wash is now $4 and all other washes have increased by $1-$2.Their monthly passes have risen as well, making it difficult to justify using their services.Other car washes, such as Q-Speed wash or Benbrook Full Services car wash, offer a lower monthly pass while offering newer equipment.

Brushes dirty. Should your car be damaged by this service, the company will NOT take responsibility for it. The new wash 2 blocks north has cleaner brushes, more professional staff, and competitive prices.

I went there to get my car washed a few days ago. I asked for the $3 wash, was not given a receipt. The lady that took my payment charged me way more. I have called and left several messages for someone to call me back and have yet to get a call back. I will not be returning to this car wash.
