Nice place! If they served real drinks Im pretty sure I would not leave here. LOL love the little wooden table & chairs inside, the very comfortable seating outside, the fast and courteous staff and the attention to detail they give your car. Coffee smells great by the way.

Had a full detail and expected to be without the car all day. Called for pick up before noon. It looks great. Afraid the reason for the detail was to remove a spot from the passenger front seat. The detailer said he couldnt remove it and further attempts would just spread the stain. Otherwise it was a good visit.

Quick service. I’ve only gotten the two cheapest washes which always come out good. Free vacuum stations and garage cans for cleaning the inside. No complaints!

Left oil all over my engine bay and on my hood/grill/lights. Literally dripped on my intake, fan shroud and motor cover which wasnt even wiped off. My entire trucks drip pan and skid plate were pooled with used oil (see image) and dripping all over my driveway. Took me 30 minutes just to clean/soak up all the oil sitting so it would stop flying all over my trucks undercarriage as I drove. The truck is a few months old and this was its second oil change. The first image is from wiping the oil off the bottom of my gas tank at the back of my truck from it flying everywhere. U use to come here often since it was a nice location and I could run through the car wash however this is just carelessness, laziness, and a waste of time and money for this service level. You almost have to go out of your way to make this big of a mess doing such a simple job.

The location is convenient to downtown and the reception is expedient but its a bit pricey for just an ok car wash... I got the $25 service expecting my car to look pretty excellent considering thats the most Ive ever paid for a car wash. It was just ok. I still have water streaks all along my door panel and it didnt even get all the bird droppings off my hood. After taking closer looks it also left my hood with swirl marks and micro scratches which I know came from here bc the car is barely 2 months old and werent there before. I would say to save your money and go to a $5 Exxon car wash because it looks almost the same, and just wipe your own dash down with a cloth. If I come back it will be just for the $6 wash.

Very disappointed. I took my car here for an inspection and wash, my car needs to be turned on a specific way and I did forget to communicate this. I waited patiently and took a walk as I was told it would at least be 30 mins just for the inspection, not including the wash and they were quite busy.I received 2 back-to-back calls from an Arlington number, but like most people I receive so many spam calls I didn’t answer. They left no voice message and never called again. After I was waiting for over an hour I finally asked the cashier what was happening. At first I was told I’d be called when it was ready, but when I pressed she realized that there was an error with my car.Nobody made any attempt to reach out to me after the two calls from a private. No additional calls from the store number or voicemails were left. After I showed them how to turn on my car it was placed back at the back of the line. When I asked to speak to a manager I was informed they were on lunch. The cashier had no idea when they would be back, and only told me how to call later when asked multiple times how it would be possible to speak to a manager. It was clear she did not care. No expression of sympathy or apology was made. When I asked why I hadn’t been left a voicemail or called using their actual Fort Worth number she had no explanation and her entire demeanor was apathetic.

The workers are 5/5 but the way the company almost doubled prices is crazy. You pay for tire shine yet if theres a raincheck they make you pay again? Crazy. I use to travel 30 mins to get my truck cleaned here not anymore.

I will drive from another corner of Texas to get my oil changed and car washed here. Best customer service, best overall service, they vacuum out my huskies dog hair, clean the French fry grease off my steering wheel, change my oil, and give me coffee. Literally the BEST. I see people complaining about the price being raised of the express wash? Go to a gas station then. This building is fully staffed and top tier. If you cant afford 9$ I know some 711 got them for 5 but this company has employees to pay. I dont even think that what they have to offer is expensive, I would gladly pay even more to bring my car here.

Paid $25 dollars to get my car washed and the following day I noticed some areas that were missed. I brought my car back and was told they would rewash my car but would not shine the tires. I told them that the tire shine would come off when they rewashed the vehicle. That did not matter they still wanted to charge me to shine the tires. I finally came back after months to find out they have raised their prices. Thinking I will make the drive to another Carwash that offers the same service but will actually back their guarantee.

This place used to do a good job but they do not value quality anymore.My husband and I arranged to drop our car off first thing in the morning at 7:30 AM and left it there all day to be cleaned. Went to pick it up at 5:30 PM and it wasn’t ready. They didn’t even have the courtesy to call and let us know that it wasn’t done so my husband left work, showed up, and they told him to come back tomorrow.A separate incident is when they broke the antenna off of our truck. The person cleaning the car told my husband he would have to talk to the manager about a solution but the manager wasn’t there. So they wanted my husband to leave and come back up there to meet with the manager at another time.Do not recommend

Got there as they opened for an inspection. Let me know I had a bulb out and were able to fix it at that time. Nice and clean area inside for me to wait while it was all getting done. I will be returning for future services

This is one of the worst car washes I have used. I made an appointment online for a wax. There were no options but it said it would cost about 250. When I showed up and said I had an appointment to lady that greeted me said she couldnt look at appointments only the manager and it took asking three times before she got the manager. I was then handed a bill for almost 400, which included two car washes. When I asked the manager he said they charge by the seat and they charge by each thing that they do. After walking through it with him we got the bill back down to 200. But it made me not trust them because I realized what they were doing.. i came back again for a hand wash last Saturday right when they opened. I waited un line 20 minutes and she said they couldnt do a hand wash. They were too busy. I said its opening and you cant do it all day? After checking she came back and said they would wash my car but it would cost 65 dollars. I told her that was crazy and they normally charge 55 which is already too much. I asked her if they increased the price just for me and she said they increased it generally. Not sure I believe it. Either way who pays 65 dollars for a hand wash?And if they inflated the price for me to get rid of my business then they are a horrible company regardless. Doesnt take three strikes for me. Dont go here. Terrible customer service and over priced!!

Good car wash but they need to take it easy on the armor all. Covering dust and grime with armor all isn’t clean it’s oily dust and grime. Be prepared to go home and wipe down your interior.I don’t think I’ll be going back.

Absolutely amazing service!! I drive a massive truck and I have 2 golden retrievers that like to go everywhere with me. My truck was filthy and I brought it here expecting to pay upwards of $200 for a full detail because of the hair. They got me in and out within 1 hour and took care of everything for only $75!!! Highly recommend anyone and everyone to use them.

I use to go to here all the time during my time at TCU, was very convenient that the prices were fair and had a discount for students. However, four years later it seems that the quality of the wash has gone down. There are plenty of times where I have came and paid for the $25 wash and the car comes out half-clean. The exterior will look fine but will have water still dripping, smudges on the door, and areas not cleaned.Went today to get my car washed and interior cleaned well, tried to use the student discount and was told they not longer offered discounts. Okay thats fine whatever its only 10% but then once they called me over to go to the vehicle I realized that driver side mat was flipped upside down and that there was still dirt on the floor. The inside of the car still had food in the cracks and passenger seat had NEW dirt on there. I do not plan on bringing my car back here especially noticing how the quality has decreased.

Today made 3 weeks in a row I showed up at this car wash and was told they couldn’t do the super clean wash. Today they said it was closed. Normally they are packed and it’s never an issue. I let them do the $25 wash.I the extra $5 for the floor mats also. I was told the inside would get wiped down but no armor all and the outside would be cleaned. The inside did not get wiped down at all, it was covered in water marks as if it just sat to dry, and the tire shine was put on over the dirt on the tires. The floor mats were still covered in dirt. The whole truck looks awful. I tried to ask the detailing lady about the inside, but she said she didn’t speak English. This place used to be top notch, but has gone down hill

Ive been going to this car wash for over a year with no issue. Im mostly satisfied with the service but did notice they never vacuum my trunk, so today I got the deluxe package and specifically requested for my trunk to be cleaned and the lady who gave me my ticket said it would be taken care of and never asked me to open my trunk. Turns out when I got home they didnt take care of it. so I called about my situation and also asked if they can inspect a large scratch on my car as well. The person on the phone with me told me I can come back with my car. And so I did where I met with Jon, the Manager. He was nice at first but seemed passive aggressive towards the end when paying for the extra buff for my car. He said it was a dollar a minute I was only there for about 5 minutes waiting for my trunk and buff to be done. Not sure if they keep a timer or anything or how thats calculated. Jon signaled me over when his associate was finished buffing out the scratch completely and asked me if the job was worth $20 which made me really confused. I follow him over inside to pay where he said hell drop it to down to $10 for me. I told him that I didnt wait 20 minutes and he literally said Well, it could have been. Which rubbed me the wrong way. He also said I backed them up a few cars but is that really my fault though? This business basically inconvenienced me since I had to come back again when I asked from the beginning to have my trunk cleaned.Side note, I always recommend this place to anyone in Fort Worth looking for a car wash. Im quite disappointed with the quality of customer service I was given today from Jon.

I’ve been coming to this carwash for awhile and it’s been pretty good. However, I was there Sunday and after they were done with my car I got in to drive away and noticed a quarter sized hole in my gear shift plate. I brought it to the attention of the lady who had just finished up and she denied having done anything and told me to talk to the man who first took the car which I did. He told me he didn’t see a hole when he was in the car. So again, I went to the lady. Finally, the manager (Jon) came out to see what was going on. I explained to him that my car did not have that hole when I came in and he immediately denied his workers of any wrong doing and if so to “prove it” He was absolutely rude and belligerent and refused to accept any responsibility for the damage. He told me I must have done it, how I have no idea my Mustang is pristine, I take very good care of it and if that hole was already there and I never noticed it then I have no business driving it! Eventually he calmed down a bit and offered my money back for the wash and told me to go to Ford and order the part and he’ll install it for me... Thanks for that Jon but no need for that solid, I’ll install it myself AND find a new carwash!

Very disappointed in the service Ive recieved my past few visits to this car wash. I have had to point out obvious filth left in my car to the staff. One staff member even argued with me. I dont expect a detail cleaning but I want my car to look clean as I use it in my business.Update it seems Im expected to pay $5 extra to have my all weather floor mats cleaned. Hello a little windex and a towel spray spray spray wipe wipe wipe = happy customer. Im not expecting for them to be pulled out and hosed off. Just wiped down. I really cant see why I should pay more for that! In the meantime Ill take my business elsewhere.

After they finished detailing my car, I couldnt believe my eyes. A rainstorm could have done a better job. Obviously I was upset at the poor quality of service. I spoke with the manager, Jon, who was completely uninterested in anything I had to say regarding the matter. I would not recommend this horrible place to anyone.

Theres not a disclaimer on your website about not being able to do a full detail during the weekends. I pulled up and was told only car wash was available on weekends. Im sure more business is lost by this way with lack of information on your site and wasting the time of potential drive thru clients.

This would have been 1 or 2 stars but management saved the day. My car came out dirty and when I pointed it out, the attendant said youd have to pay for the detail to get that off.After spending $25 for a dirty car, I called the manager and told him the story. He was extremely kind and understanding and credited me for the wash.Ive been going there for years and that will keep me.

Half the car wasnt vacuumed, the windows still had bug splatters and dirt on the outside. They were not thorough at all. Very sloppy job.

Would not recommend using beyond their car wash services.I decided to knock out my car inspection, oil change, and car wash all in one go as I have been to University previously for a car wash and had a good experience.After paying for the services and leaving, I happened to check the inspection report to find out that my car failed inspection. I was not notified when called to pick up my car or when paying that my car failed inspection. Apparently the inspection (and the failure status) were not on my services list upon check out so they were unaware that the inspection had failed.Immediately called the front office and they told me to come back so that they could review my receipt and provide me with additional information on how to resolve the failed inspection. Spoke to John who told me to ask for him and said that I would be provided with a discount.Returned to the office. The inspector did come out to explain the failed inspection as well as how to resolve the issue.However John did not come out to speak to me, even though the woman at the front desk alerted him of my return, and instead of receiving a discount I was charged for the inspection that they had failed to charge me for initially.

$25 for a car wash and outside was still dirty where the drive through did not clean. Inside was half wiped out. Wheels half wiped. Not worth it.Update- they saw this review and reversed the charge. Increasing star review for customer service. Thank you.

Make sure you explain to them EXACTLY what you want done. Otherwise, you will be disappointed with the end result. (Ex. I wanted the carpets and seats cleaned and I thought that’s what I was paying for; they only ran the vacuum and said “oh, you said you wanted them clean, not deep cleaned, that’s an additional $55) The management and clerks did not explain well; the actual cleaning crew did do their job well, as explained to them)

Good if you want your car mostly clean, quickly, and at a decent price. If you want your care totally clean, go elsewhere.$6 wash is an awesome deal and you get a lot for it. Sometimes I get that package and go home and detail it myself, but you almost can’t do as good a job as quickly as them at home for 6 bucks.Even with the $25 or $55 dollar package, there is still a lot of touching up to do if you really want it done right. It’s a good start though.Disclaimer: I have high standards.

I came in for a state inspection and asked for them to also clean the inside of my car. I paid for both the service, and the inspection. However upon getting my car back I realized there must have been a misunderstanding or miscommunication between me and the service floor because my car wasnt even touched on the inside. I brought this to the attention of the manager and he was quick to fix the issue. They even tried to still do the service and offer me a refund, which I turned down. They did a fantastic job and I will definitely bring my car here again. 10/10

I took my car to this car wash on Aug.22 for a $25 carwash and I added cleaning the floor mats for $5. Ive patronized this carwash numerous times before for a hand wash and wax, smog testing and a quick wash. This particular occasion I was completely disappointed. By the time I got in my car again, it reeked of a mildew smell! It was as if either the mats on the inside or the interior was cleaned with a dirty rag or the interior carpet was wet. I had to take it back to the dealership to get it repaired which cost me extra money and wasted my time. I enjoyed the carwash but Ill never go there again.

Attention to detail is what comes to mind from my first experience here. They have earned my business for the foreseeable future. I paid for the $55 super clean and feel as if I paid for a $150 detail service. Definitely check them out!

I’ve been going here a while and they’ve been okay, but they drastically raised their prices recently without any justification. I won’t be going here anymore. Last time I was here, I handed the girl a $10 for a $6 wash (before they raised it to $9) and she was distracted and never handed me my change, so I had to ask for it.

I arrived late one afternoon too late for a super wash and gave John a hard time about them not being able to do the work even if it would require them to stay a little after closing. He took it well and kept selling. I was SUPER impressed with his singular focus on continuing to sell and ensure customer satisfaction. The truth is the car needed a lot of attention. Not only did they do a phenomenal job with the time they had but he offered a discount if I brought it back for a full detailing. I dont need the discount but Ill definitely be back for the full detail because of Johns super professional demeanor and focus in the face of criticism. Im hard to impress but I was this afternoon. I Google for a full service car wash that was close by for me because I didnt fill up to driving 20 minutes to my regular place in Arlington. IM SO GLAD I DID. I now have a new favorite place for my full service car wash!

This is my go-to place for car service. They always do their best to be speedy and clean my car very well. I enjoy the waiting room, the free coffee/water, and the amazing small business swag they promote. My daughter loves to watch the cars as they wash. We often make a family event out of it because it is so close to Trinity River & the shops / spas behind it.

Excellent!But one man was allowed to speak on his phone the entire time we were there without his mask on. I was disappointed because he could have potentially infected all of us. Mgmt. Should monitor this better.

I’m shipping my car and they have very strict standards on cleanliness for the interior of the car so I went and got the deluxe package. I specifically asked if the trunk could get vacuumed out too and was told of course. I’m in a hurry so I do a quick look and leave so I can make it to my appointment on time. when I get there and actually do a good look most of my dashboard still had dust on it, my doors didn’t even look like they were touched at all, my phone cord looked like it was just ripped out of the way, and my trunk wasn’t even touched at all. Even after I still have to take it to a car wash to Finnish the job myself.

First time visiting and it impressed! Staff was nice, the waiting room is more like a nice cafe or boutique than a typical car wash waiting room, service was quick considering the number of cars, and most importantly, my car looks great. And the price isnt bad either! I will be returning.

I came here on a coworkers recommendation. I came by on Saturday and the employee recommended coming first thing on Sunday for less wait. I came by at 9:30 the next morning. The gentlemen who initially helped me was fast and helpful. He told me the drawbacks to the lower packages (they clean very little) and told me which ones I needed. He even gave me a discount! I asked him if I could throw my car trash in a nearby trashcan and told me not to worry about it (indicating they would do so). Very nice man. However, the rest of the experience was awful. The cashier gave me the incorrect ETA of 30 minutes, which I even questioned. I grabbed food nearby and came back and sat at the door where employees consistently came in calling for people when cars were complete. I could see my car being worked on for a long time, so I didnt mind waiting at first. Then they moved my car out of my eye sight. I continued to wait. 2 hours later I go up to the counter asking for an updated ETA. They said its being dried. 30 minutes later I walk out to see my car done and parked with other cars that hadnt been claimed. All the employees were busy with other cars so I went back to the desk asking for my keys. The new man was very rude and told me to go back outside and ask someone else. No one ever came in with my keys or calling my name and my car had been sitting in the same spot for an undisclosed amount of time. The final straw was finding all of my belongings in a trash bag with the trash from my car. I did not mind removing it myself but was told not to worry. I will not be coming back here and would not recommend it to anyone else.

Best car wash in fort worth without a doubt. I get the same wash every week and it lasts all week. They do oil changes/servicing as well, hard working employees & mgmt to be expected if you show up.

I love this place and I’m happy to change my review because y’all do a great job for a great price. BUT y’all need to get your employees some appropriate gear. It’s COLD outside and the poor guy that works out front of the express car wash should be given some water proof clothes and gloves. It’s cold and windy and wet! I hated seeing that.

I’ve gotten our cars detailed (carpets/seats shampooed) here twice and have been very impressed both times. They do a very thorough job of cleaning everything. Each detail service takes about an hour so plan accordingly. Mornings aren’t nearly as busy as the afternoon. I would suggest going right when they open at 8. They have a nice air conditioned waiting area with clean restrooms.

Ive been bringing my car here for almost 2 years and have usually been very happy with the results until now. Once they forgot to vacuum the inside but other than that, they have done an outstanding job with washes and detailing. After buying a used car at an auction, I wanted the best possible detail and even drove from Grand Prairie to Fort Worth to University to have it done. I paid for the full detail minus the wax because it was too cold. Usually this takes at least a couple hours up to 4. They were finished in 50 mins, which was the first red flag. Immediately, I noticed a large scratch on the drivers side. Yes, it wasnt waxed but Ive seen the skilled techs take care of things like this with a regular exterior wash. On second look, it was just dirty, not a scratch, and they didnt even bother washing the exterior completely. Next I got inside and the center console still had dirt and crumbs in the cup holders and trash and crumbs around it that was not removed or vacuumed. Next, I looked in the back seat and there were large pieces of trash and dirt, crumbs, etc (I actually saw a palm sized rock, clothes hanger, and lipstick tube without a top) on and around the back seats. Additional, they didnt condition the dash or doors. They may have gotten a wipe down at the most. I want to reiterate, I didnt just pay for a wash, this was a FULL DETAIL with a $20 tip. I told the tech I wasnt happy and why so they said theyd take care of it. At that point they worked on it 10 MORE MINUTES ONLY. I was so frustrated, I just left. Left and never to return. Once the seats and mats dried, it was obvious they didnt put any effort into cleaning those either. So disappointed.

This place is exactly what I was looking for! I just like doing a quick drive-through car wash and then wiping my car down with a towel after. They wipe your car down for you after the car wash so there’s no water spots or leftover residue. The drive-through car wash is only six dollars! Super easy and quick thank you guys!

I went there for a exterior wash and tire cleaning today and the car is still dirty. Tires were not cleaned nor is the front of the car and the driver side of the car. First two times were great but staff was half stepping today! I guess cause I didn’t get the full car detailed like I normally do.

I went to get my car washed after the holidays for my moms car. I asked for a wash and a vacuum. Upon receiving my car and I did not do a great visual inspection untill I arrived back at my house. While it was cleaned it still had brake dust on 1 of the 3 wheels and the lower half was not as clean as the rest of the car. Also the vacuuming was not good. I emailed the company right away with a photo of my car and to my surprise I received an email promptly asking me to return when I could and would receive a free wash to make up for it. While I normally have no problems here this one mistake was quickly rectified. I dont think this is a reflection of the norm here and wanted to leave feedback of great customer service from a local fort Worth business.

I have taken my car here several times and really enjoyed the atmosphere and service. However, about a week and a half ago, I took my car in the have the carpets shampooed. When I picked it up, I noticed how soaked the floor mats, seats, and floors were but I assumed it would dry properly if I left the windows down for a few sunny days. I left the windows down but a mold smell slowly developed and became terrible. I am trying everything I can to get the smell out and to dry out the seats. Its been a full-time job and the problem is not yet fixed. I will never return to this car wash and I recommend dry shampoo car detailing services only.

I’ve had my car washed here 2x and both times have been really good. It sure is dirty here in Fort Worth!! I’ll keep coming back!!

Outstanding quick wash,with a ordinal touch

I always take my company truck here, and they do an amazing job.

My husband always takes his ford 250 to get their full detail service and so far, they’ve done a good job. However, I took my ford fiesta and it was awful. It was like they never even bothered to clean the inside of my car. I could’ve just cleaned it myself and saved my money but oh well. I guess it depends what day/time you go.

I took my Jeep to get the seats and carpets washed and scrubbed. (cost $180+). So, I asked if I could have under the carpets cleaned as well (just bare metal). After returning, the the seats were cleaned well and smelled great. However, the carpets looked untouched, as well as underneath which still had some mud stains and dirt stains, after specifically asking them to clean under the carpets.Also, the rear seat was also NOT latched back into place (it unlatches and they took it out to clean underneath). Quite a serious safety concern, as if I would have had the passengers in the back ejected in an accident due to the unlatched seat.At least the seats were done well, but overall wouldnt not recommend. Way too expensive for a seat cleaning.*for got to mention I had a tow strap and other misc items in the back that were not replaced when I got my jeep back

Everyone was very nice and pleasant. The interior cleaning was atrocious. Somehow my leather seats were dirtier than when I arrived, like dirt was poured on them. The windows were pretty clean. Everything else was just bad.

I had a full detail done here. I was impressed by the quality, but mostly the speed at which they completed the job. Would come back again in the future.

The absolute best place to get your car washed/detailed. The price in no way reflects the great job they do. I could spend three or four times more at another place for practically the same job that they do here. 5 stars. Theyve earned every single one of them. The employees are always kind, funny, and respectful of your vehicle. Keep doing a great job!

This place looks incredible. But looks can seem deceiving. Prices seem reasonable and the waiting area is clean and inviting, there is free coffee and water and customer service is incredible. Very nice things sold inside too. They also have oil service. However my car really wasnt clean at all inside. I was pretty upset. They vacuumed sure but my seats which is leather wasnt shiny and there were stains on it easy to take out, I had to borrow his towel to properly clean my center console and my door still had stains on it, nothing looked shiny, just a simple vacuum, I could have done for free at my house. Disappointed as I will still have to clean my cars interior. Really wanted to like this place. Ill return for outside wash only maybe....
