Best drive thru car wash Ive ever seen. I usually stay clear of these and use them sparingly and cringe at the abrasiveness. Well this Britezone is absolutely flawless. Wouldnt have designed it better myself from a clean sheet engineering plan. Almost makes me sniffle tears of joy. I would imagine every employee here is super nice too unless you happen to be a jerk. Car wash Perfection.

My fiancé highly recommend me this car wash. I’m usually really picky about car wash but my thumbs up I have had couple incidents were my driver side wiper have snapped or my Ford emblem have came off with the blower. But today 08/10/2021 around noon came by like any other normal day, and half way the tunnel I heard a snap sound I thought it was my passenger rear view mirror that had snap back, but no it was normal until I notice by the blowers that my front driver door window had scatter. As soon as I came out I went inside to talk to one of the employees. The manager looked at it he confronted me that it was front the inside when u can literally see is from the outside so he review the cámaras was pointing front a cámara before you drive in he showed me a glare that was way of like in the middle of the window when is way higher. So he gave me to sign a claim paper so the owner can review the cámaras and see if they will do anything he said In a couple days they will contact me that’s a bunch of bs… this needs to be repaired immediately hopefully the opener will see this and respond to me ASAP

I come to this car wash all the time and I’ve never been disappointed. Well my fiancée has been a few times and the last 3 times were not a good experience, but he wanted to give it a try anyway. This last time he went today, he heard a pop, and then while he was in there; it was either the roll, the brush or something cracked the window on the passenger’s side window. My fiancé immediately got off and checked the window and got a hold of one of the car wash employees and he was saying the crack was from the inside which is not true. The windows were not broken before he went in. He also said the owner would get in contact with him in a few days???? We need this window fixed ASAP because this car wash broke it or we will get authorities involved. This is ridiculous.

Good wash, no damage, good self vacuum with compressed air hose.

Love this place. I took the 17$ wash. And it is good. It rained all night and the car did not loose the shine. I usually try the 8$ car wash. (Bnsf employees get 4$ off) . The vaccum is strong enough. There is also a small air blower. To blow off excess water from your side view mirrors. (Its towards to middle part of the vaccuming section.

I was referred to this car wash place from my Niece. She was right, they are quick and fast and all the vacuums work. The car washs are affordable and employees are quick to help if you have any issues. Its also a few places to eat near the area. Thats always a plus.

I love my membership (highly recommend) and this place is always clean with working vacuums all the time.

Good but its a hit or miss if they do actually scrub the front of the car before you enter.

It’s not right when you have a monthly subscription, drive 20 minutes, only for them to be closed way before than they’re supposed to be. Please update your hours if I’m mistaken 😅

It was awesome, first timer, needed microfiber towel and some glass cleaner and the young dude that works there has a 5$ package that has 4 different cleaners plus the towel. Car looks spotless and the vacuums are a huge plus. Will definitely come back soon.

Pretty good wash, I pay $60 monthly for 2 vehicles, but because they are white vehicles when the car wash brushes are dirty and greasy I see it on my vehicle and have to hand wash them to get the black grease off.

The wash system is great! It cleans the car very well and i drive a truck. Of course if you dont want water spots you will need to hand dry it a little but this car wash gets about 98% of hidden areas washed. The service is great too. They have a team member come out & assist you with the payment machine. Every time.

I love that they use a soapy spray and brush on the front and back before you even go in. My car came out very clean and almost spot free. I purchased the Silver package.The vacuums stopped for some reason while I was there. I was pretty much finished so it didnt really matter for me.

Best car wash in the area. My only complaint is employees not wearing masks, but approaching your car while you’re using the kiosk to pay and practically standing a foot or two away from you. So, no masks and no social distancing. I don’t really need their help paying at the kiosk.

I love this place and come here a couple times a week. Always really friendly staff and hardworking. Recently I’ve been seeing them do more work then they should have to. I’ve seen them paint curbs and do yard work, which if I’m correct isn’t something a car wash attendant should do. Only giving 4 stars do to the owner’s poor use of their friendly employees. Other then an owner that over works his staff, this place is absolutely amazing! Definitely my favorite place for a car wash.

The car wash is very good, and cheap. But every time I am there, want to pay, roll down the window to handle the credit card payment, an employee appears without a mask, comes close (to about 2 ft). What about social distancing?

Good car wash. I wish they wouldnt scratch the back of our car with the dirty brush and dirty water when the car first enters the tunnel. They scrub the back of you car when it is dry.

This wash is very thorough. Attendants even cleaned the back of my car as I went in. This is awesome as this is a normally missed area of my car due to a spoiler on the rear of the roof. Will likely frequent this place!

They get extra points for taping down my rear wiper. Nice clean place, pleasant people.

BriteZone has great prices and your vehicle comes clean. Mine hasnt been clean in several months and I ran it through with a coupon and its clean again. Location is good and the vacuum cleaner is fantastic. Keep up the good work.

Nice new place with state of the art equipment, all in excellent condition. A couple of really nice folks, and an occasional bad attitude from the guy who really doesn’t want to be there. So sad. Puts a little tarnish on what could be an exceptional experience. They need a Big Sign on the street. You can very easily drive right by this place, and never see the driveway until you’ve passed it up.

My car always comes out sparkling clean! The service is great; I especially like the employees washing the back of my car (Fiat 500L) prior to going through the wash. Other car washes it would come out dirty! So now I only come to Brite Zone!

Great wash and friendly staff. Does a good job of the wash and a great job on the tires. This car wash does a better job on my truck than any of the other drive through washes in the area. You will still need to wipe off he excess water, and spot clean the grill and wheels, but that is typical of any drive through.

Nice car wash but the drain at the entrance and my low car don’t work well trying to get over the guide bar.Takes 2-3 times and coming in at an angle to finally get into the wash.To be fair, this happens at 2 other car washes in the area too.

I personally had a great experience. You get a lot of different products applied to your car with the platinum package and its only $35 for the unlimited wash club. So far I have no swirl marks.

Was looking for a place besides Jerry’s on Beach to go to. I don’t know what it is but my car never seemed to get cleaned at Jerry’s. Saw all the great reviews and I dropped by this morning it was great. Payment was quick and easy unlike Jerry’s. I did the $8 to check things out see how the wash goes first. To my surprise the people that worked there that direct you into the car wash start scrubbing the front and the back of the car with soap. Which the other car washes don’t do. As soon as the water hit the windshield I knew I was in heaven. My car finally came out squeaky clean and dry. Brite Zone made me love my Nissan Murano again. The vacuums are great and fit really well in those crevasses by the seats. Yeah those annoying ones that catch all kinds of debris. Now I can finally clean them enough to where if a french fry falls down there now I can eat it. Haha just kidding. For the price this place simply cannot be beat.

Pretty good wash, there is no turn to go back west on western center so it is hard to get out and have to go to the long light and turn around. I hate how they all come out of the wash when u come in because they think u are going to use their vacuums and not wash your car. Its just a vacuum guys go back in its not like u can chase a car down if they dont wash the car there. I know I wouldnt risk my life to protect a vacuum that is free. Some people are crazy out here. Get off the gas a little.

Vacuums work wonderful and car dryers blow so hard it shakes the car. I really liked that staff was there to help if I needed and were friendly even when I was last customer of day, i wasnt rushed off. Place is clean and very well lit and conveniently located next to where Ive had my storage for years.

Keeps changing hours, says open on sign but closed, I bought a subscription but can’t keep track of all these changes. Seems like twice a week I come when their hours say they should be open and they are closed

Went thru car wash today with a rental. I did not notice that I had a small rock chip at the top of the windshield. Prior to entering the wash I did not have a large crack across the top of my windshield. Once the vehicle was being rinsed during the wash, I noticed a large crack on my windshield. Upon exiting the wash, I stopped at the office and informed the staff. A staff member came out and said there was no way his machines did that damage, and pointed out a supposed small chip at the top of my windshield. He then replied that the pressure from the wash process caused the crack from the chip. That they were no way responsible, other wise they would not be in business. That this happens sometimes and has occurred to his personal vehicle as well. Most ppl do not get out and visually do an inspection or photos of their vehicles prior to entering a car wash. But I would have noticed a large crack across my windshield prior to entering. I would not recommend visiting here and to visually do an inspection and photos of your vehicle prior to entering any car wash, to avoid this potential problem.

Definitely the best car wash in the north Fort Worth area. Nice and strong vacuums, the tire shine actually works really well, compared to other car washes in the area. Definitely my choice around here.

They mailed out a bunch of free car wash coupons for a few months, those were pretty sweet. Even now that I have to pay for it, still does a good job.

I love coming here over the car wash at Fule City. This one goes a bit slower which gives my car more time to be scrubbed up.

Used to be a monthly paying customer until they offered a discount to BNSF yet didn’t off it for military members... still came back every now because the location for convenience. Yet today I requested that they not use the brush on my vehicle the gentleman said “ok” yet he still used the brush on the back of my vehicle. I won’t return that’s for sure. Thanks Trevor for not refunding my wash after you ignored your customer.

I drive all the way from Haslet to come to this carwash. I have never have had a bad experience and the reason is because of how great and affordable the wash is and the care and maintenance provided by the personal that works there. Everytime I have been there Trevor Holfer has always made sure that my truck looks immaculate. He helps clean off all the road and bugs gunk on my truck before the wash and it makes a huge difference. If it wasnt for his customer care I wouldnt be driving all the way from Haslet for this carwash. Ive been coming here for over 7 months now and have always had supreme service thanks to him. So I definitely recommend this place to wash your vehicle. Thanks Trevor for always looking out!
