I used to LOVE this car wash. I would pass others & drive 20 mins just to go to this location. But they have changed it. They removed a few top brushes & replaced them with droopy mops. Now this carwash no longer cleans my truck properly (posting pics) after going through the car wash TWICE. Seriously disappointed.

Who ever thought it was a good idea to put these door dingers in every bay. It really can’t open door with out creating dings in car doors as you open them. Great idea!!!!

WORST car wash Ive ever been to!!!!! Paid$18 for a wash that was a $5 basic wash anywhere else. Paid for tire shine and it didnt even put any on. Windows didnt even get cleaned. Please dont waste your time or money. If you do go, buy the cheapest wash because thats what you are getting from them anyway.

As others have stated the price went up without authorization from previous company. The baskets are a nuisance and will cause door rings if its your first time there or youre not careful. The towels are nice but hardly worth the price increase. Soap remains on your vehicle and it doesnt quite get clean, it was great under old ownership, the water pressure isnt as powerful or long and the blowers are horrible.

They say that 3rd time’s the charm, but for this car wash, it’s quite the opposite. You people really ought to train your staff more on customer service or remove them.

Tire shine didnt do good, asked clerk if could finish them up and he said let me go check and never came back. The other location takes care of the problem every time. Clerk could have came and said something.

Under new management, and they down graded washes and upped the price!! Old car wash was much much better. Search for something else!Update: I canceled my membership, but since I still have a month left, I am using everyday. Differences I have noticed are:-Less water is being used-Less soap being used-They sped up the car wash, and you move through faster (not getting as good of a wash)-less air drying at the end, each time I pull out the car is still very wet. There is usually still soap leftover also, and I have seen the same on the cars in front of me.The new owners are bad businessmen! Find an honest company to support

Oh man I cant get a break. I went to this location yesterday and left extremely disappointed. How do you go through a car wash and have hardly any water sprayed on your car? The left and right side of my van were completely dry and DIRTY. There was still soap on the top of my van. Tried contacting them for a refund or atheist another run through as i paid $13 only to leave with soap and dirt smudged on my car. No one has called me back. Just throw Jerrys a$& in the trash and be done or get better equipment

Terrible wash - had to go through twice and it still didn’t even remove a light coat of dust on the right side. Staff wasn’t helpful either

Price is fair and car is fairly clean. The only thing I really hate (and have addressed them for this on many times whitout they doing anything about it) is that the front of the car DOES NOT get cleaned. And this happens on all locations.

I paid for a $5 car wash and ended up with my vehicles bumper ripped off. Mgmt refused to do anything about it, which is shameful specially during these times. Horrible customer service, do not give them your business.

This car wash is great! I have the basic membership which gives you unlimited car washes and tires for $15 per month. It does a great job and you can use the membership at all of their locations.

Dont do the monthly membership. They think they can change your level of membership without asking. It took 72 hours of constant calls and emails to finally reach someone. I cancelled because you cant trust them. The air driers dont work worth a damn any way.

They said the $7 wash cleaned the front of your car and it didnt even do anything. My windows still look dirty and I ended up with a bunch of scratches on my car. Im so disappointed . I shouldve just done it myself.

This is a great car wash. The vacuum sucks hard! These bad reviews are pissing me off! Wash your car at home if you are so particular! Lazy people! The air compressor is great too! Boom!

Previous management kept it running. Now, under the new management, the machines keep breaking down literally every couple of days, so you pass by and its always under maintenance or closed. Horrible service for this location and the one around North Beach st.Waste of money every single month....

They changed management and upped the price without permission. Closed 1/2 of the time we showed up for car washes during normal hours. I canceled and was told I would get a refund. Now they just charged me $50 more. Do not give them your card number!!! They will steal your money!!! Very unprofessional and probably criminal.

Car wash was good but more than half of the vacuums dont work. Had to pull into 7-8 different spots before I could find one that worked.

Pay for a expensive car wash and none of the vacuums worked the employees just watched as I was trying to figure out how to work them and no one came to tell me that they were not working. I had to go ask.Will not be coming back to this one.

I came here and paid $17 for Jerrys best car wash and my car came out the other side still dirty. I could have achieved the same results with a $5 car wash. Do not use this car wash. Also the last time I was here the car wash took a chip of paint off my roof. My car is only a 2018.

$13 car wash that was super fast & didnt really clean very good. 3 guys standing at the entrance for what reason, i have no idea as they dont spray the front like most other car washes do...total rip off. Will not be back.

They first time I used this car wash the back of my prius was still dirty with a layer of dust on the back window. The second time was a little cleaner but not by much... if you have a hatchback you should we aware that it wont be super clean.

Average job. Above average prices. Lazy employees!This location opened under a different name. The manager made certain that you were happy with your wash and because of that I joined the monthly club. Im cancelling. The current staff couldnt care less how you feel about doing business with them.

CLASS ACTION LAWSUIT!!!! $13 wash. Front bumper was not clean. Spots blatantly missed.I asked the worker (young, chunky hispanic male) about it, and he said a piece of the washing equipment is in the shop, so the cars wont get totally clean.I received a refund, but they still took other peoples money who came to get a wash.I informed the worker that 99% of the vacuums were clogged, he told me that since they were free, then oh well.All of these reviews with unclean cars need to start a class action suit. I am def going to other sites and city offices to report this companys scam.It seems the owner only likes to respond to 5 star reviews, which shows he doesnt care that he is scamming us.

Changed ownership and charged my monthly auto pay from $20 to $24.99 without my permission or any notice before doing so. I filed an official complaint with the BBB.

Doesnt clean back for SUVs well and the vacuums werent strong at all. Windows were spotty as well.

I took my car in for a wash after a road trip. The car had a lot of bugs stuck to the front just like any trip. I paid for the works. I was shocked that no one washed/brushed the front of my car like they do at most carwashes to help get the bugs off. When the wash was finished I checked my car and it was still covered in bugs. I told the attendant and asked if he could brush the front of my car. He told me they didnt do that at this carwash. They sent me through again even though I told the guy it would make no difference. They gave me a free wash, the cheapest wash they had. I left the place with the same amount of bugs on my car as I had going in. Dont use this place if you have bugs on your car..

I pay 14 a month for the membership and my car always come out clean.Multiple locations.Vaccums do their job.My only complaint is they need a mirror in the sky right as you pull in to guide you into the wash area .I’ve seen this at other car washes and it’s way better than being guided in their by someone who doesn’t care about your car like you do.

This car wash definitely need to make some changes. I paid for a $9 wash wheel etc. Wheels were not wash properly, no shine and the car was very very wet after the wash. Parts of my car was not wash properly. No attendants to spray the car front and back. Please make changes where needed.

My car is still dirty- no guy washing windshield at the front. Staff look like its the worst day of their life. Will never use this place again!

The Good - Early last summer I started going to this car wash and paid a per-car-wash price for Jerrys Best ($18) service. I use my car as a commuter vehicle and during the rainy weeks, I found myself going each week. I did the math and realized that if I wash my car twice a month on the per-car-wash rate, it pays for their monthly unlimited pass (approximately $36). So if this is you, buy the monthly pass. I believe you can also purchase the pass at a lower rate, but the quality of the car wash is also lowered (just as you would pay for an ala-carte or menu service).The Not Good - To be fair, the wash rate at their highest Jerrys Best is cheaper than other places I have been, so I will not harp on anything extreme. The one thing that is lacking is a bug scrub. Other places usually have a person who scrubs the bugs off the front end of the vehicle with a soft brush. The car wash system does not do a good job of this. If the attendants would use this brush to get the hard-to-get areas of the vehicle, there would be better reviews. The attendants dont appear to do anything except guide you into the lane and put a plastic sleeve on your rear window wiper. The air dryer system is improperly directed at the vehicle. Much of the water on the sides is still present afterwards, so bring drying cloths. At times the vacuum cleaner system is either down or weak (not enough suction), but the bays are wide and plentiful.Conclusion - If you are looking for a reasonable-rate car wash with decent service, this is your place. It cleans as expected with good results.

Nice new car wash, very nice machines but very poor job with the blowers. Had to wipe down almost the entire car. Beach St Jerrys does a much nicer job. Went to vacuum the car and the left side vacuum was clogged, wasnt working. Notice a employee emptying the trash containers, got his attention show him the vacuum wasnt working and he just shrugged his shoulders. NOT a great employee, NOT IMPRESSED ON THAT LOCATIONS FIRST VISIT

$5 wash; sides and roof of car were clean, but hood, front grill, and backside bumper still a bit dirty. the dryer is horrible and less than hslf of vacuums work! yeah it was $5, but Ive been to other washes for this price and was satisfied. Try the BriteZone on Western Center! 😏

The tire shine system is awesome! They are these giant rollers that are on robotic arms that squeeze your tires and get the shine all over the tires and none on your wheels. According to the owner they werent cheap lol. I had a monthly subscription at another car wash and I had to come home and armor all my own tires, a messy job. If you wash your car more than 3 times a month, the pass is the way to go. The owner is super friendly and has been there every time so I bet this place will be very well managed.

A great new car wash at Basswood and 35W. Also I contacted them about some plugged up vacuums. They promptly replied that they had fixed the problem.

Dont waste your money. I paid $12 for a $1 car wash. Dirt still all over my SUV. Areas where the water never even hit it. Dont be get started on the vacuums. Very very little suction. Nice looking car wash but horrible services. Will not be back

Workers ther are not curdiuse the drive thru car wash does not wash the car good,you let them know about the problem and they ignore you.

Car wash works, but every time I give it another shot thinking the vacuums will work, they don’t. When they first opened I tried them out as it’s conveniently located, and even then so soon after opening I had found several non working. I will have to go just a little bit down the road from here on out, unless they care enough to fix the vacuums soon.

Other places dont clean in certain spots. This location gets our entire van clean.

It’s okay. I like the air blaster for extra drying and the vacuums worked well. But there was still some dirt and residue on my passenger side door and front bumper. Maybe it’s because I got the cheap wash.

I am very disappointed with the management on duty tonight. I pulled in 15 before closing time. They shutdown all the vacuums, without giving me 5 minutes to finish up. I come here a lot, I will be calling the district manager. They lost my business 100%.

Took my car to get washed and one of the employees asked to take my antenna off before entering and scratched my paint on my new truck.

This was my first time at this establishment and I will never return. I got the $16 wash (the most expensive one), and all they did was put water on the car. My windshield still has bird poop on it and bug residue is all over the bumper still. I’ve never been to such a poor car wash.

Most car wash companies have there attendants scrub the front end and windshield and back end before your car enter the washbay. These two attendants did not. Not happy with this wash today. Still had bug residue on my bumper.

I’ve been with location since they started with different name and taken over by jerry’s since then the vacuum machine always clogged I have to clean it myself every time and the drying is the worst you have to dry out your car after the wash cause machine will never dry your car....just canceling my membership and moving to any other car wash in the area
