David McDavid Collision did an outstanding job on my body work & paint and their customer service was top-notch!!

Do not waste your time or money on this place. Took my truck in because of hail dents and roof leaking. Roof is still leaking, tried to take it back and they told me I needed to take it to a mechanic and pay out of pocket to have him diagnose why it’s leaking and to prove it has hail damage before they will touch it. Even though on the bill from the original job it says they did repairs on the roof to fix water leak and hail damage that they charged for.

It was great working with the folks at David McDavid. Everyone was very professional, and my truck came back looking great!

I was referred to this auto body shop by Allstate after I was in an accident. The staff was quick to get my car to the shop, and had all of the repairs done (it was a lot of damage) in less than 2 weeks. The staff was very friendly and helpful, and they did an amazing job on my vehicle— you can’t tell anything ever happened! They called to update me twice a week and they took such good care of my car and me. As a young female I can sometimes feel like I am being taken advantage of but that was not the case here. I am so grateful for their service and would highly recommend this shop.

I would highly recommend you take you vehicle somewhere else. I took my truck in for repairs and the staff was friendly and told me it would be about 3 weeks for the repairs to be done. It is now going on week 5 and the truck is still not ready. They do call twice a week to let you know the status of the vehicle. Well for the last two weeks they have been saying that its ready to be moved to the painting process. At the end of last week they called and said the tech decided to push out some other cars instead so it you be the following week before my truck was moved to paint. They left a message today to say they hope to get my truck into paint by the end of this week. So I called them back and started to ask questions and the truck is not even ready for paint at this point. We are talking about a 2014 f150 with minor damage not a totaled Ferrari! After looking up other reviews for the David Mcdavid collision shops in the area seems like this happens with them as well. The only reason I went to them was Allstate recommended them and said it should be a quick turnaround but that has not been the case. Find another shop if you want your vehicle back in a timely manor.
