The apartments are great and the management is amazing wouldnt live anywhere else
Neighbor uses his deck area as a woodworking shop using noisy power toolsand manager knows about it and disregard lease rules. Gates has been damaged 2 years.
Management is not friendly at all. Its summertime and she always has the pool closed. WHY? Tenants pay rent for the amenities/perks to the apartment but yet are not able to enjoy them. The fitness center is always closed as well. The property manager is just mean for no reason and does not want to do her job! Its sad that my daughter has to leave her apartment to go swimming or workout when she signed her lease according to what was offered on the property. We want out!!! I wish I can not give a star at all!
Ive lived here for almost 2 years and have very minor issues with Avondale. So far I love these apartments for the most part aside from the gates and not water going in and out. I love the cares team, Stefanie is very helpful in reaching out and communicating. Jennifer is a great site manager and Charles is nice as well. These are the folks I typically deal with 😊Maintenance come out almost right away when you have a request that needs attention. The one thing I really like about these apartments is that the cares team like to throw little holiday parties and events to get the other bellmar apartments together so people can meet and greet. ❣️❣️❣️
Staff is VERY KIND! And very helpful. Especially Dawn! She is great. Apartments are beautiful and updated so well! But noone answers the phones.
Bridget is amazing but my neighbor next door is a nightmare my car door broke and she complained about it asking why I havent fixed it also the neighbor yelled at my wife calling her a horrible mom for getting in a argument with her lol. Bridget is the only reason why we stayed and didnt break a lease shes amazing and will try her damn hardest to move you in and will always love to help you out, youll never find a property manager like her! Plus the apartments are beautiful
One star because I cant give them 0 stars. Move here if you love nosy neighbors and small-town people who always want to see whats going on in your life. Be prepared to be stared down as you enter the gates. VERY thin walls, no space for a small dining table unless you would like to eat by the front door, never swim in the pool its never clean, and the office NEVER answers the phones or returns messages left from days ago.
My children and i absolutely love our three bedroom Apartment.The office staff is wonderful and very friendly. Always with a smile. A joy to work with and speak with.Need something repaird? Or need help doing little chores? Mike is our guy, in charge of maintaining all the units he is wonderful!! Quick and efficient.I hope to be here for many years to come...Dawn
My family and I loved living at Avondale Apartments. However, the management and staff changes along with the miscommunication, is not worth it. It is not professional and thats a bummer because they are really nice apartments. We were great renters for over a yr. Now after being moved out for over a month I find out from a different property management company that Avondale is stating that I owe money which is false! I gave 2 written notices and have a witness who was with me, they even asked if I would consider leaving earlier then I was suppose to so they could get the apartment rented. (there was a lot of interest in the 3 bedroom 2 bath apartments) I have yet to receive a call about the issue and when I called to inform them, they are wrong, they said theyll get to it next week. Excuse me, not good enough. I will be taking the necessary actions to get this cleared up and I advise renters and future renters to document every single thing and keep your guard up.
The staff is wonderful and always willing to help. My kids and I love our nee apartment
I applied for a unit through the apartment complex and also Fort Worth housing authority. I ended up being denied through Fort Worth housing which is fine, I actually specifically asked about the issue I was concerned about being denied for and the Assistant Manager said I shouldnt worry about it. I also asked would my $100 deposit be returned if this occurred and was told yes. Ive called in regards to the letter of denial and my deposit, this woman who answered tried to say well it depends on the reason for denial, I would not just gamble at $100 like that. I would not have completed application process if I was told that from the beginning. So I asked to speak with General Manager who was not available, I was told a woman named Bridget would call me back and have yet to receive a call.
If you enjoy swimming in human feces every weekend this is the place. Twice now there has been human feces in pool and managament doesn’t care or close to properly clean, health risk if you ask me. A lot of unattended young children, managment says nothing they can do.
I love love love this place my family is really happy and enjoying living here we love all the stuff especially the manager Dolores she is amazing 🌹🌹
Nice apartment complex on the outside of Fort Worth. Lots of Plazas/or regular chainstore. Cosco, Target, Marshall, Kroger, etc and one I didnt know, Sprout. Restaurant are few and w a lot to know as far of service. Back to the apartment complex the rooms are spacious and well design. Only negative point is they were cheaply manufactured there for you need to be extra careful w all cleaning and cooking done on the app.Free covered parking.This was not rented as any Airbnb. I was a visit to old relative. Will I visit again, definitely.

Love these apartments HOWEVER the office is ok..they give you 3 days to turn in your rent money but they are closed on the weekends... you can only do it in office and they have no Dropbox! It’s $25 for each day late and when you work everyday of the week 8-5pm it makes it impossible since they close at the end of the day, then they are closed on every single holiday, even if it isn’t that big which is very frustrating... they need to have an online deal to pay or something.Forgot to mention that almost every time I take a shower or try to cook without the vent, the alarm goes off for DAYS!!! I have to sleep through it!!! Usually 2 days but goes up to 4.. because they are closed on the Holidays and Black Friday and then it leads to the weekend... idk if I have bad luck that it always happens throughout the weekend or what?I’ve called 911, I’ve had the fire department come down on MULTIPLE occasions.. and they told me that they could NOT do anything to fix it from it being linked to the office...Finally the maintenance guy (very nice guy, points to him) came to replace the smoke detector and it still does NOT work and like I said this happens over and over and over and is a BIG inconvenience for me and my family! I have 2 little boys, one is 2 yrs old and gets terrified every time it comes on and a 2 MONTH old!!! This is NOT okay for his little ears or the flashing lights!!!!!
BEWARE IF YOU VALUE YOUR FINANCES. I moved out and put in my 60 day notice and they voided it out and never told me so i was stuck paying for an apartemnt i didnt live in for even longer. Theyve given me 2 eviction notices by accident and they havent answered their phone for me in literally months. My father has to go there personally when im having an issue with them which is often. I live out of state now and payed someone to go get my things this weekend and when he arrived, my front door was bolted shut and ive called them 20 times this morning and left voicemails and still nothing. MANAGEMENT AT THE OFFICE NEEDS TO DO THEIR JOB AND CALL ME, AMBER DIBICCARI, APT 915 BECAUSE WE HAVE SOME SERIOUS ISSUES TO SETTLE IMMEDIATELY.

I hate to give a bad review but i Had to change my review when new management arrived. Old management was great but the new staff seems to be on a power kick.. The old manager bridget cared about her residents and got to know each of us. She ran the complex very well. Mantinence is very friendly and hard working. The mantinence men, John and mike are the reason im giving more than one star..
Managerial staff seem like slackers. Difficult to get ahold of anyone about applying, wait list status, anything. No. Thanks.
I was in hospital at first of the month in January I got 4 days behind . A note my on my door said I had 3 days to evacuate the apartment. Never been late on rent the whole 12 months I lived there.
Beautiful, nice community, very blessed to be apart of.This review was when Quadco managed these apartments, now the new management is not managing ANYTHING except poor attitudes! Umeikia is VERY biased and i now get the feeling that where there was once a community, now ran by the warden/ sargent Umeikia. I only hope she magically changes but we ALL know there is nothin magical about her style of managing.
I love these apartments staff is Awsome although the process is a little slow when appying for pbv through housing its all worth the wait!! I cant wait to move in im very thankful💓
