THEY NEVER EVER ANSWER THEIR PHONE CALLS OR EMAILS!! This place is honestly not the greatest either. Parking is way to crowded. I went to the office at 5:00pm they close at 6:00pm but had the sign at the door stating they were closed. I literally saw people in there. I wanted to pay my deposit since I received the call that I’ve been approved but the website wouldn’t let me so I called 10 times no answer. I emailed twice the past two days and no response. I rather look somewhere is and not waste your money on the application. There’s better apartments with cheaper application fees, and friendlier management.

There was a major roach infestation, which they did respond well to I will give them that. But there was also a pipe above the bathtub that constantly leaked that was never fixed. I gave them my 60 day notice via email, turned my keys in on move out day and everything. They claimed I did not send them my 60 day notice and turned my account into collections using the same address I had at the apartment! I never got a phone call or email from them about this, they just immediately put it into collections. This is the most unprofessional apartment complex I have ever dealt with. I got it straightened out when I went to visit them in person and showed them the email I had sent with my 60 day notice. It also took a couple more emails and phone calls after the collections agency started to call my mother. This place is the ghetto. Do not rent an apartment here.

I do not normally leave reviews but I wanted to recognize the people in the office to where I live at. The manager called me back today when I called and left a message about my garbage disposal not working and she told me a maintenance tech would call me back and he did and helped me reset my garbage disposal and now I am able to do my dishes I also am appreciative of Nicole who when I walked into the office she always build a relationship with me and asks me about my cat and she knows my name and I am very grateful for the service that I received Thank you

I have been living at these apartments for about a year and i want to take the time to recognize Nicole from the office. She has been there anytime i needed something about the apartment. She will go out of her way and beyond for your needs. Nicole has made my living experience here at The Woods of Ridgmar amazing so thank you so much!!

This place would be great without Crystal (property manager) My mother and I both live here and trying to get in touch with her is a nightmare she is never there and when you call the sweet lady in the front has to try to do her job for her. And bless the heart of the new girl she tries. My apartment is great but I will be moving my mother out when our lease is up because of Crystal.

I have been living here for a year now and there is one person in the office who is way beyond helpful.she is the one person who has helped me. With all my problems and she is always the first to help resolve any problems. I wish we had more people like Nicloe in the office thank you so much for what you do Nicole keep up the great work

This is a 5 stars about the fully love which manager and her staff gave us like family members. We have found the coziest place ( Woods of Ridgmar) to keep our life going smooth and happy after moving to Texas last year. Even we moved out already, but we really thank for the experience and communication at Woods of Ridgmar.

I been living here for a couple of months. Reasonable prices and quiet area.Nicole helped with a easy and fast move in process . I did have some issues with plumbing due to the Winter storm but was fixed in a timely matter .

DONT MOVE HERE. I WISH SOMEBODY WOULD HAVE GAVE ME THIS WARNING. This has been a nightmare once again we have no hot water day 4. I try to call the office to speak to the office manager and of course she is NEVER there. The office manager sends us a email saying we can reserve to take a shower but dont get a response back. The girl that answers the phone has no clue of what she is doing I ask a question and I am always told she will get back to me and I never hear nothing back. On top of that The maintenance guys said that they can not work on the washer and dryer cause its not theirs. Im glad I will be Moving soon cause I cant take this.

This has been the worse apartment ive been to. The reason being because the apartment manager dont care about the customers/renters. We have been without water for 4 days now and i have a baby. I should be able to bath in my own home but i cant. Everytime i call the office the office manager is never there and this new girl dont know anything and says well we have to wait for the manager which is never there. These are nice apartments but the managment is poor.

I can truly say living in these apartments have been a wonderful experience. It is a safe environment. Management keeps you informed of anything major that we need to know regarding the community. It is quiet and peaceful and maintenance is on point at a 100%. You send in a maintenance service request the next day it is done. The management is AMAZING!! The staff is also amazing. No apartment is perfect but if you do what they ask of you then you won’t have any problems. I have seen officers that come through checking the area. I would recommend these apartments if you want great maintenance, safety. awesome office staff and a quiet place.

We love living here at Woods Of Ridgmar Apartments! The staff and maintenance are very helpful and always make sure everything is 100% satisfactory! We feel very safe here as our neighbors are very friendly and quiet. Our apartment is very modern and new, smoke-free, and fresh, and of course we enjoy the very affordable price! Me & my partner lived here for over 18 months, we loved it. It was a great place to be & we rented out two different apartments with our dog. The staff was always super accommodating & helped us in away way they could.

Lived here for 13 years with several diffent management companies and employees. The past few years have been the best with Crystal and Nicole in the office. I have had issues but they were willing to help all they could. I am a disabled veteran and I loved the area because it is close to the base. We had a trash problem for a few months and this new trash company has been doing a great job and are so nice when I see them. Thank you everyone who helps keep this place going!

I am a brand new resident and I am already extremely satisfied with my new home. The day I got my keys, I was happy to walk into a clean, well-kept unit. Its beautiful and in great condition. The complex is overall quiet and easy to get into and out of each day. The parking is great lots of space there is always a spot close to my apartment. I am already anticipating that I will live here a long time.

This is gonna be long.I signed a 12 month lease with WOR because the price was within in my broke college student budget, however you definitely get what you pay for. I have never done a google review and I initially was not going to write a review but after cleaning out my phone I found a lot of photos from my time there and felt it was necessary to share my experience to future renters.PROS:- Good price (especially for a 3x3)- Right next to Alta Mere and Camp Bowie (tons of food, shops, store)- Nice size of room and closets- Neighborhood isnt dangerous as sketch as it looksCONS:- Bug and Rodent issue. Despite it being newly renovated and us requesting Pest Control we would find droppings in the bathroom by the kitchen and little roaches. I have attached pictures.- Staff was not responsive to emails, phone calls. Would never call. back, often times had to call 3 times to get a response on maintenance or on packages. We ended up not having heat for the first couple of weeks of winter.- Water was cut off at least once a month. Something they failed to tell us before we signed our lease is that they have 1 system for both sides of the complex so it was common for them to shut off the water for some reason. We would get emails at least once a month on the water being turned off or no hot water.- We had mold in our unit and it took for us to go buy a mold test from Lowes for confirmation for them to actually come take care of it. Maintenance just put bleach and warm water in a spray bottle.- Smell. There was a constant smell of mothballs through the unit so our clothes and furniture smelled like it too. Their ventilation/filtration system has some type of issue because our neighbors were smokers and the smell of weed and cigarettes would often find its way in our apartment.- Staff has constant excuses for not doing their job. Bless Crystal because I can tell she is really running it over there but if she wasnt there nothing would get done. Nicole was not very helpful whenever we needed anything from her so we usually have to just go to Crystal. If it wasnt for Crystal it would have been 1 star.- Poor communication. They dont let you know when theyre going to be entering your unit. I came home one time to all the lights being on in every room, kitchen, bathroom, etc. because they wanted to prepare the unit for the next renters.As I said, I never do reviews because it is easy to come off bitter, however I would hate for someone to be blindsided after seeing the model rooms and pictures on the website. (I also never got my security deposit back after calling like three times for it)

Crystal and Nicole at the front office are phenomenal. I had a package that was delivered and I was worried that it may be stolen.. The awesome ladies at the front office went down to my apartment and retrieved it. I appreciate their continued dedication to their job and their tenents. Great job.

I just renewed my lease with The Woods Of Ridgmar. I cant believe it has already been a year since I moved in. I would definitely recommend anyone to move here. First of all, the staff is amazing.They are always available to you when needed. As for the apartment itself, I love it. When I come home, I am at peace. The maintenance staff is also great and so kind. They are also always available to lend a helping hand. And Ive never seen a community who cares so much about the grounds. They constantly work to keep everything looking great and in working order.

I love this place! My Father is so happy here and the staff is wonderful. He has really thrived since coming here - the restaurant is excellent, the activities are fun and engaging and his apartment is lovely. I dont think we could have made a better choice for his well being

I absolutely love the staff here. There are super friendly. They notified the residents about events weather and or suspicious behavior. The neighbors are quite too . Ive been living at The Woods of Ridgmar West apartments for about 6 month now and have enjoyed living there, decided to renew my lease for a year. Shout out to Nicole and Crystal for always being kind and respectful whenever I stop by the office. Also shout to the maintenance team for quickly fixing the heater in my apartment.

I would never move here again, the office staff / management had the worst customer service I had ever experienced. Upon move in, I discovered the apartments had a evident mice issue at the time due to me finding droppings in my cabinets under the kitchen sink. The “upgraded” apartment wasnt with new appliances, as my dish washer was messed up at the bottom and we had to have a work order placed for it to be fixed along with a couple of our stove top eyes. For a first apartment I can say overall it’s not too bad (but the second definitely is much better lol) ; my main & only compliment is that it can be pretty quiet there most of the time.

I’ve lived at woods Of Ridgmar for 2 years and I can honestly say I’m sad to be leaving. The maintenance is awesome and typically on top of things. Anytime I’ve had issues they’ve fixed them immediately or found a way to accommodate me until they could fix the issue. The office ladies are really nice and respectful.

My A/C has been out since july 4th. So far it had not been repaired. I have put in three requests, and so far it has gotten me an air filter change. My AC unit is on the roof, and so far no attempt to get it looked at has been done. The best part is, my water was out one of the nights as well. So good times. Today I was told they would look at it Monday which is day 9. No biggie I guess, since we are under a heat advisory. Being a loyal tenant of 3yrs means nothing I guess. Not to sure why I signed a 4th yr lease.

We moved in last week and we love our apartment. Its really quiet at night. They left us a cute gift on my bar with paper towels and other household items. I think we signed the lease with the manager and she was really nice even though she was real busy as she seemed to be the only one in the office she did not seem frustrated. I only did a 6 month lease because my fiance is expecting but so far I think we will transfer to a 2 bed.

I originally did a 3 month lease and ended up staying 1 1/2 years. My house that was getting built was not ready and I was in no rush not one bit! I truly enjoyed my time here and will miss the staff dearly. Nicole and Chrystal always were so nice and accommodated me in so many ways . I have so much respect for the girls I always see them working late and one evening it was 8PM and I see Chrystal leaving but she stopped her car because their was trash in parking lot and she picked it up! I was walking my dogs and she is still so nice and said hi. I’ve seen Nicole clean the pool and she has even brought my package to my house when I know I would not make it home in time. Thank you girls and maintenance! It’s very quiet at night and best part is I was close to the highway. I will return and recommend family and friends.

The office staff is so friendly and helpful. They really go out of their way to make sure that residents are taken care of and that problems are resolved quickly. I have lived here for 3 years and would recommend this complex to anyone looking for an affordable, friendly, quiet neighborhood to call home.

I have lived here since January and they have been so accommodating and friendly. With it being my first apartment to rent they have helped out so much! The apartments are also beautiful and affordable

I have put in 5 maintenance requests to fix the thermostat/ heater in our apartment. They come by and get it to kick on for a few minutes. It has yet to stay on and work. It is freezing in our apartment. I pay way to much to not have heat!!!! Its time to get our attorney involved!Management and maintenance came by last night to check on the heating situation as a new thermostat was installed yesterday. The thermostat is working amazingly and our apartment is nice and cozy now. Thank you to the Woods team for taking care of this issue and for checking up to make sure it was working.

This is my first apartment I have ever rented on my own and I must say I love it here. It’s a great starter apartment for a full time student/full time employed. Rent is at a decent rate for the unit I lease and I love it so much here I extended my lease for another year. Crystal and Nicole at the office is always so kind to me. Crystal and Nicole have stuck their neck out for me on multiple occasions for which I am so thankful for. I couldn’t be more pleased and can’t say enough nice things about my experience in this community.

Apartment living can be tough, but the staff at Woods of Ridgmar does their best to accommodate their tenants and provide a serene space to live. There was recent work done to the outside of these units to update their look and new plant life added as well. The inside of these homes are updated and modern. The dog park is a favorite of mine and a few other doggie pick up stations were added around the property to encourage a clean grass area. Ive never had an issue with the maintenance staff being attentive and quick to fix any problem. My apartment is incredibly quiet and peaceful.

I have lived here a year and I think the management and the maintenance are doing a great Job! They are friendly and eager to help when I have a problem. They are doing some fantastic upgrades with the new appliances, landscaping and new toilets. I love it here at the woods and i look forward to being here for quite some time.

The Woods Of Ridgmar are very nice and quiet place. Their location is good, there are businesses, stores and restaurants close by. The management is very helpful, and responds to issues and questions in a professional and quick manner.

Update: COCKROACHES in cleanly apartments. Fleas by the pool. The nightmares never end. Also please ignore the canned response from the management team below. They have made no attempt to resolve any of the issues that I have raised.I have lived here for 2 years. I even worked here part time for 6 months. DO NOT MOVE HERE. I understand that you get what you pay for. Im not expecting a pristine place. But the staff here is horrendous. The maintenance staff does not at all know what they are doing. I was without HOT WATER for 4 weeks, and management honestly suggested that I boil water to bathe in. My A.C. has broken 3 times in the last 3 weeks. The apartment itself is fine, its old but understandable. But the management should be embarrassed about how they treat their residents. The apartments directly adjacent would be a much better choice. Move elsewhere.

If i could give this place 0 stars i would. They lost a money order of over $350 for 3 months and still can’t tell me where it went. Tried to blame me for it when i have the receipts from when i paid them. Hot water is always OUT. Atleast 2 times a month. When i moved in i had to clean the WHOLE apartment MYSELF from the last tenants because it wasn’t done yet. Carpet wasn’t done. i ended up having to stay in a hotel for 3 days while they fixed the bathroom that was horrible, and put new carpet in. If i could post the pictures i would. ROACHES we’re everywhere. They say “ updated” apartment but it’s NOT. SUPER unprofessional. I can’t wait to move from here.

I enjoyed my time at the Woods. I lived there for two years. Although they frequently have water issues, but it is getting better, there was nothing wrong with living here. Quiet area, nice neighbors, good apartment size. Id recommend them.

So far so good. I have lived here since the end of January 2017 and has been pleasant so far. I have not had any issues with neighbors, managers, or the community. Its very quite and clean around our building. Great community for dogs/dog owners as well. The pool just opened a few weeks ago and that has been great, its clean and well kept. I love how theres so much around us such a grocery stores and shopping areas. Weve only had like two issues within our unit and maintenance came right out to fix it with no problem or hassle. Definitely recommend and will be considering renewing my lease when the time comes!!

This apartments are very nice. The people is nice and kind. The only cons are that the people have dogs and some of the fleas climb on their clothes, they wash their clothes in the laundry place that this apartments provide and the laundry gets full of dog hair and some little flea that survive the drying cycle goes in to your laundry. And they start eating your legs. The pest control just sprayed one drop in the kitchen for less than a minute and left, But i love the swimming pool and the parking spaces and many goood things.

I moved into into this place and it is just wonderful. The neighbors are very friendly and the service people and managers here are even better ! All of the appliances are usable and the studio lights are amazing in my kitchen. The bedrooms are spacious and the closet space are amazing. On my balcony i have electricity as well!

The blonde woman in the leasing office needs to learn good customer service skills. Due to her rude behavior, I decided to not consider this apartment as my next home. It seems kinda sketch anyways...

DO NOT MOVE HERE! I’ve lived here without incident for almost a year. That being said I can no longer endorse moving to these apartment. I recently purchased a motorcycle on 4/6/18...had it for two weeks and it was stolen in broad daylight on 4/20/18.I understand that things happen, but after speaking to police and the lack of help from this apartment complex; it just left me with a sour taste in my mouth.When my bike got stolen; I immediately went to the apartment office (from which I just came from) and asked to see their security footage. Which was a huge plus of why I moved in here...our apartment has a sign posted that the parking lot is under surveillance as soon as you pull in. What did I find out...the cameras were NOT working. Which upon looking at more reviews has been stated to be a problem previously...dating back over a YEAR. So are they ever working? Who knows...Sure the apartment staff felt bad, but not a single email blast was sent out alerting/inquiring the tenants about the incident. Which having lived in multiple apartment complexes over the last decade seems to be standard practice.The icing on the cake was after talking to police; I no longer trust the staff, tenants, or anyone associated with this complex. Let me explain. This apartment complex is set up on the back end of a U SHAPED one way road. My bike was parked in the very back of the complex (where I park my car) under the covered parking. “Casing” this complex for opportunities to steal would be a huge inconvenience for a robber. Said the cops. Not to mention the cop pointed out that the robber would have to pass 4 motorcycles of greater value and desire just to get to my bike. The officer told me he suspected that it was someone who is on property regularly aka staff or a tenant or friend of a tenant. His whole explanation just left me feeling that this place and the people in it are just shady.Needless to say; go ahead and move in here. But watch your things closely; unless you want to be out thousands of dollars with zero help from the apartment complex. I CAN’T WAIT TO MOVE OUT.

So, I have been wanting to leave a review for a while but figured I should pass the 3 month mark, and I did.I absolutely love living here.***The apartment ITSELF:I am new to TX so I needed a place that I felt secure enough in and this area did it for me. I researched for months and narrowed it down to 20 complexes that I wanted to visit. After crossing places off my list, I was down to 3 main places that I absolutely loved. I chose here because the approval process happened immediately and I was allowed to move in the same day, while the other 2 places were saying that it would take about 2-4 weeks and theres no way I was going to be staying at a hotel for that much time. I ended up being able to cancel the rest of my hotel stay with a refund of the difference and moved in the same day I applied and was approved!The community itself is relatively quiet and well maintained. Maybe twice or thrice I heard noise outside but it was the weekend and someone had friends over and I literally live by the pool so I have no complaints. It has happened so rarely but Im mentioning it just as an fyi.Downtown is about a 6 minute drive. 10 minutes (without speeding) to get to Trinity Park, which I absolutely LOVE and frequent.It is safe for children and you do not hear a lot of ranting/drama.I was able to move in to the exact unit I was shown. It is VERY SPACIOUS! I will include pics... feel free to ask any question, I will answer. You will not regret your move to Woods of Ridgmar West!STAFF:The manager, Crystal, is very business oriented and that makes her very well at her job. She knows when to joke around and when to get back to business, rightly so because her job is not to be your friend but to maintain and manage the property, which she does superbly well. And once business is handled, shell joke around with you.Nicole, Nicole, Nicole! Where do I start? She is AMAZINGLY nice. She answers questions, direct concerns, point to the right direction and makes her best attempt to make sure things are done in a timely manner.Nicole and Crystal balance each other out and work so well with one another! They are always dressed nicely, so they keep the face off the company looking well.Then theres Daniel, whos in charge of maintenance. He is soooooooo friendly, in a good way 😂😂😂. He always had something to talking about, great conversations and approaches you very well and concerned. And James is also nice.

The truth is,The leasing staff get 5 stars. They are very respectful and prompt to provide a remedy to any of your issues. But the maintenance staff is very disrespectful and does patchy work! I was treated as if I didnt know what MOLD was! This one guy would spray paint over the mold! When I had a leak? Spray paint! Ceiling leak? Spray paint! LOL. Every remedy got spray paint! But for the awesome leasing staff, I would have reported it to City Code. My tip for all new/old residents. Please save all of your money order receipts and save all paper utility bills.

Ive been a resident here for 7 full years and have seen three different management companies in that time. The management, SIMC Property Management Group, is the best of all. Crystal, the manager, is one who actually listens to the residents needs. In the months since SIMC began managing these properties there have been excellent upgrades, good communication with the residents, and a caring attitude from all the staff.

I tried writing a review last night but im not sure it posted here so Ill write a new one! Love the staff, they have cared about my well being since I had an accident here and had to go to the emergency room (nothing of their fault).Each time I need maintenance they are there the same day or the next, you dont have to wait around for your problems to be fixed. Theyre always fixed before I even get back from work! I had a leaking a/c unit because of the condensation. They were out there in a FLASH to get that done. WOW.The biggest plus is how QUIET and FRIENDLY the community is in this complex. You never hear people yelling, or fighting. It seems people keep to their own as it should be. And being able to sleep in a quiet environment is godsend.Apartments are aesthetically pleasing if you love the Mid-Cent Modern era of Art, as I do.Overall, I recommend this complex if you want attentive, responsive, and caring staff you can actually carry conversations with and also respect your needs and grants them as well.P.S Apartments are well hidden outside of the highway. I never wake up in the middle of the night to loud cars. We also almost did have a problem with Feral cats trying to take place here. Woods of Ridgmar took a very humane approach and carefully caught the cats and gave them to shelters. They did it very quick too!Best Regards,Braedon

The apartments are nice, the area is safe, clean and peaceful. My only complaint is the WiFi service, they ask for $35 which is not bad but the internet has really bad reception. Some days it works fine but it’s been every other day that won’t work and it can you can be hours without it. It’s really annoying. I depend on their WiFi for everything, because my phone’s internet is not good inside the house so every time I want to entertain myself or even answer important emails I can’t do it because the WiFi goes off every half hour no joke. This is very irritating. Please fix this.

My A/C doesnt work and it is very difficult to breathe. It is well-known I have pulmonary illness. My heater has also not been fixed in over a week, so the cold nights are horrible. I have noticed the staff likes to dehumanize people as much as possible. My vehicle has also been burglarized and the video footage was not shown. In addition, I received a notice stating I had to remove a wicker patio chair from the patio or balcony. Then a few weeks later, I received a notice stating that there were two black storage boxes on my patio. There are no black storage boxes, only pots for plants. I removed them in order to avoid a fine. During a call to the office, the lady also mentioned folding chairs, which I dont own. In other words, the office staff can simply invent any falsehood in order to impose a fine. It sincerly feels like a NIGHTMARE! I cant wait until its over.

I had the greatest experience with Nicole. She was very sweet and nice, she went above and beyond to get me an apartment and she made sure she helped me out till I got the place. She’s literally the best !!!!!!!!!

I wish I had more time to find a place prior to moving from California. This place feels like a nightmare. There is currently a power outage in a couple of the buildings and ours has no hot water. Every maintenance issue is a head ache to deal with and you are told it is your fault. the Summer is miserable, the account system is outdated and not designed for this climate. The heat only works upstairs. Peeling paint, leaky windows and mold are only a few of the problems we have experienced while being here. The pools are disgusting and the landscaping is deplorable. I cant wait to move my family from this place. Dont put yourself in this situation.Update: i have spoken to the management and they have listened to our concers and have addressed the problems that we are having. The manager of the propery has gone out of her way to ensure that any problems that we are having get taken care of in a timely fashion.

The team in the Leasing Office is incredible! My wife and I were moving down from college all the way in Eastern Idaho to start a new job in Fort Worth. Having been in a small town for years we were a little concerned about some of the changes we would experience moving back to a big city (based on what we had come to expect growing up in a large city in the Pacific Northwest). The managers at Woods of Ridgmar amazed us with how caring and compassionate they were, helping us every step of the way with what is usually a very stressful part of moving cities, especially over such a long distance. Not only did they make the moving process seamless, they also helped to calm many of our preconceptions of moving back to a major city. Never have I met managers so ready to help. We felt at home the day we signed our lease.Thank you again!

Our electric bill is extremely high. The problem with that is we barely use anything . WE EAT IN THE DARK. they said the reason why its so high is because of the heating system . they said since everyone is using heat your bill will go up .why should we pay for other peoples problem . Also the new Staff is horrible.the only person i like 2 go 2 is the lady with the dreads. Shes. The only reason y Im giving this two stars. The other staff members forgot to update our rent Status. And we got an eviction notice for rent money THAT WE ALREADY PAID . after going to the office the nice lady with the dreads found out the staff forgot to update it . she fixed it for us .

Literally the worst staff Ive ever had to deal with. No hot water for 5 months. Had to call multiple city code inspectors who issued multiple fines until the problem was fixed......they do not fix anything, they just sit on any issues. Maintenance man does not know one thing about maintence, and is extremely lazy....DO NOT MOVE IN AT ALL COSTS! DO NOT GIVE THEM A 5 STAR RATING They will BEG you for one because they have such bad reviews. THEY ARE HORRIBLE!!!!!!!!!!!!

Dont move here.They turn off the AC in the fall and still havent turned it back on (its march). Texas is hot people and our winter was very mild. It has been miserable.The residents are trashy. Literally. The parking lot looks like a huge waste basket because people leave their trash all over the place (including dirty diapers)The office and maintenance people are nice, but whenever you need maintenance they do a very sloppy job and always leave the place a huge mess for you to clean up.Not really dog friendly. They have a dog park in the east community, but there arent any bag stations anywhere else and they barely keep the one they do have. Grassy areas are FULL of dog poop. Watch your step.Yes theyre cheap, but not worth it in my opinion. Keep looking!

The staff and maintenance here are wonderful, and my apartment is HUGE for a decent price. I have lived here for years, and plan on staying.

I am staying here from last five years. The apartment is really nice to stay .The Cooprate office staff is so nice and talk to you respectfully and they listen to your concern and the owner too .The Susan the supervisor is really nice and professional. Very respectful.Maintance staff is nice. I give five stars to Cooprate office. This place is safe to stay. I am really thankful to Susan who listen to my concern.

I moved in and my apartment was FILTHY. The manager is rude and impatient. Expect to wait at least a week for a MINOR work order. The utility bills are OUTRAGEOUS. I wish I could move elsewhere.

Have been at the apartment for nearly a year and have had all kinds of issues with this place most of all my noisey neighbors that live right above me. They live off taxpayers money so they stay drunk all day and night. They have damaged their apartment have been visited by the cops on more than on occasion and nothing has been done. I confronted them yesterday cause I had had enough with the noise and the guy asked me what my problem was and I told him. When I returned from running errands there was damage to my front door.. I filed a police report now the office may evict them..my question is why were they not evicted for the police calls or the damage they have done..I have to stay here till the end of May so if these people get evicted now my property my car myself and my grandchildren are in jeopardy because these people are very unpredictable!! Had yall listened to me when I first bought this to your attention we could have avoided all of this but I guess Rent money is more important than the tenants safety!! I will not be renewing my lease come May!!

Staff is very RUDE & DISRESPECTFUL with no common curdosy! When looking for clarification on things they become VERY defensive as if they have something to hide. They act as if they dont owe you any explanation when questions are asked! Everything is fine and dandy until you sign the lease agreement and they turn into vultures! I only rented here because I thought they were good people! They do not treat you as their tenats but as people off the street! They are in NO way proffesional at all! I regret ever renting from this place! I pay too much money to be treated as such!UPDATE . THE OWNER IS SO NICE & RESOLVED MY ISSUE WITH STAFF IMMEDIATELY!! i appreciate him & his concerns ! Other than that this place is quiet & very nice to stay at ! Maintainece is also veey prompt & respectable & nice !!! Thank you again Ron !!!

Maintenance sucks, water has to be turned off every week for repairs, something will break in your apt, and it will take them a week to fix it. The plumbing is a problem here. My sinks and bath tub would back up over night or when I was at work so I would come home to black stuff lining my sink and tub.

The manager is working to resolve my situation and I am very appreciative that my concerns were heard and taken to heart.

I knew someone who lived here and her apt was infested with cockroaches. The water was turned off at least once a week for maintenance. I wouldn’t suggest living here!
