Both technicians provided information throughout the job regarding all the steps to cleaning the ducts, and also provided tips along the way regarding maximizing home efficiency of furnace. Sergio came out and cleaned the vent for my dryer that goes up to the roof. He did a great job. He said the dryer did not need to be done this year. He could have easily said it was dirty and charged accordingly. Honest, hard working, good with dogs, very polite young man. His dad Sergio came out last time and also did a wonderful job. Bryer Air Duct Cleaning has very professional crew!!! They called 30 minutes prior to their arrival to let us know that they were on there way. The technicians came in professionally dressed and immediately placed their booties over the shoes.
