(Fort Wayne, Indiana office)If I could give negative stars, I would. They were all nice when I got the job, lied about the hours and days, 12+ a day 7 days a week, so when I ended up having to quit because I couldnt find childcare for such a huge chunk of time, 6pm-6am or later, they didnt pay me for the time I worked. Its been a month now and I get the same response every time I call. Wouldnt recommend anyone working here if you actually need to be paid.

They were friendly and helpful. Not a single complaint. They can get you working asap!

I have heard about this place from listening to the radio.

Tha atmosphere was amazing. Made you feel important and wanted to meet your needs. No matter how long it took because of covid, I did not mind. Their costumer skills are what I found that if anyone needed a job I would send them there.

The Fort Wayne Indiana office needs to but shut down for good. Their practices are very poor, unethical, they mess up your hours and pay then blame it on the employee and Im pretty sure theyre practices are indeed breaking some of the states labor laws!

I got up to bring my son to work at 5:45am to take a shuttle to his job out of town one day, show up the next day and he mysteriously wasnt on the list smh the staff is rude and very unprofessional! I guess they dont care that people need to work and take care of bills...Or simply.. They just dont care..I hope that they know karma is coming for them..They are just plain evil

Rude staff members. The owner is disrespectful and rude. They steal money out of your checks. They lie about everything. I’m filing an employment discrimination complaint against them now and going to sue them. Do not work here.

Dont go here for work! Go ANYWHERE but here! They refuse to pay the workers! I had to report them to the BBB before I got paid! If I could give them less than 1 star I would. these people are making THOUSANDS a week off their workers and won’t pay them on time and in some cases not at all. Then when the workers complain they take them off the temp jobs as punishment. It’s TERRIBLE! They are praying on people in need! I was just told the owners name was SUE SHAFFER and now I am being told her name is SUE GOODING? Why do you think she won’t give her real name? Because she’s GUILTY of not paying her workers! If you have worked here and experienced this report her to the BBB! Don’t let her get rich off your labor.

Don’t recommend!!!!! They lied to me about a job that i was supposed to start Tuesday and that i would receive a text on Monday to let me know where to go...... never got that text even after calling twice that day to let them know i had not received a text. Called the next day and “Carmen” told me that she sent out the text but that they had already filled all the positions.... how if i hadn’t showed up? They aren’t professional at all! I was clearly told that they had first shift jobs they claim they only have Saratoga and republic. DONT WASTE YOUR TIME!!!!!

I gave them a one because I couldnt give a zero or negative number... This place is a scam they will send you to jobs that are so far away.. 40 mins to 1hr away.. and you make nothing.. they loose your hours and mess up pay checks.. so unprofessional and lazy staff... If you dont have bills to pay then go work for them...

I love this work place .... very easy to get some quick cash and most definitely they have the best staff ... And rude no everyone not perfect but has a rude mouth but I been with this company for over two years and I can say every year I make more if I apply myself more and I could of be hired but never went for it lol

Perfect place to work for

Never once called me back. Id call everyday, after hearing nothing, then I would hear them answer and immediately hang up, proceeded by a text message to me. Never once have I heard of anyplace, respectable, texting people who arent even working for them. They tried giving me an assignment that wouldve only been for 1 day out in Huntington, after reminding them I live on the opposite side of town with a vehicle that I feel comfortable only traveling within city limits. I understand I may be complaining, but after never getting called, only texted with rude responses. You wont last much longer as a business. Ill forget all about you in a year, after you get shut down. Not worth it.

Sue Goodin is very rude and unprofessional. I don’t recommend anyone to work for her company. She also steals money from her employees.

Hi I give them one star because I call once a week to be put on the availability list and they say there going to call me back and dont I get False promises of being called back Once in awhile I see texts for jobs come across my cell phone for jobs from an Ashley but thats all and I have even went there in person to check on jobs but nothing I think all Im getting is the run around and I really dont think they have any jobs at all or there just not looking to help there temps its kind a sad they cant call there temps back im desperate for a job but yet I hear nothing I recommend people not to go to them for a job because your just going to get the run around like I do !

Extremely unprofessional. They text you from an unknown number telling you about a 1 day job and get upset when you tell them text message is very informal and unprofessional and proceed to tell yoy they cant place you for work based on attitude. Dont waste your time here.

Worst place in Fort Wayne that I have ever went. The staff were rude to employees while I was applying. They had everyones payroll all messed up and waited over an hour after I finished all my paperwork to talk to someone. I just left my application of the desk and left. I would not want to work with them very unorganized and unprofessional. The waiting area is hot, cluttered and uninviting. Reminded me of a broken down housing project in the ghetto.

Really rude and not professional. Lost resume several times and been on available for 5 months. They wanted me to drive a hour away to show up for a job and see if they needed help everyday. Worked 1 and half days for 10 hours of driving. Wouldnt recommend

It’s an older lady in their name Rose she’s a older Mexican lady she called me for a job I went in she gave me an interview told me that she would get a hold of me tomorrow she never did when I called her about this she acted like I called and told her I didn’t want the job but I never talk to the lady I swear I didn’t I think she’s too old to work there and has memory loss And she is very rude And she smelt like too much perfume and liquor That’s probably why she can’t remember anything fire her
