Highly informative..Jobs everywhere..People just dont want to work!

I told the lady on the phone day I would call back after she offered me a couple positions, when I called back she told me I was a no call no show to one of the offers she gave me that I never accepted then proceeded to tell me that I called back and accepted it which I never did because the job was a job I alresdy worked for.

If you use manpower and they want to send you to DHL on Bluffton Road, pass on the job! DHL ships for General Mills and is very discriminating at their employees, they give you 5 minutes of training and turn you loose! The supervisors and 1 trainer sit in their office with their feet on their desks specially on the night shift! My husband worked for DHL and was very upset because the trainer and supervisors refused to take the time to train him properly, but yet they expected him to make rate and if he didn’t he was threatened by the supervisor! No my husband did not work there through manpower but was a direct hire, but I’m warning any job seekers using manpower if they try to send you to DHL refuse the job! Check any Google reviews on any company because people post their true feelings about how companies are run (even temporary services)

They hired me on spot after filling out the application. They hired me knowing that I have a felony. They make sure you live the job, youre comfortable, and you worm where you want. Very thankful. Theyre also very kind and caring.

Beware if you get upset when Manpower do wrong by you they will terminate your contract!!! They told me I was going to get a check during the company shot down, then when no check came Dreanna replied sorry I read the paperwork wrong....She tried to turn things around like it was my fault saying “well you knew the company was going on shutdown, you shouldn’t have been expecting anything anyway”. Then they ended my contact because they wouldn’t properly investigate my wrongful termination, stating they didn’t like how I responded to matters. This company will lie to you and will not help if an issue happens when the employer lied. They really should be ashamed of themselves. And corporate needs to take a better look at the type of employees they have working here.

I dont have any felonies, I dont do drugs and I have worked steadily.Manpower in Fort Wayne took the tax credit and never employed me.It was always we have nothing available every call.It was a waste of time.

I showed up to Manpower, 3 ladies were sitting at there desk Doing nothing . I asked what i needed to do to get a job, They handed me a card and said Goodluck . Yeah i beleave Manpower employees are pretty lazy and could care less to help you

I walked in manpower 3 days and asked what I had to do for a job they said do a application I did it 3 days later they got me a job making 15 an hour blew my mind dont be picky about the job a job is a job

Terrible service from the ladies. Soon as I came In they had an attitude that made me leave. Unprofessional body language and no sense of urgency to help.
