I cannot say enough good things about the people that work at this Pakmail. I run a small business and we ship packages several times a week and I always bring them here. They have opened packages and repackaged them for me when I was concerned they were packaged securely, they help unload my car when I have multiple packages, and theyre some of the nicest people ever. They know me and my son and treat us like family.

Bought a light weight pitcher from Strawser and Pakmail wanted almost $50 for shipping. If you buy from a strawser auction I advise you to use another option.

The customer service here is superior! I have been coming here for several years. Recently I went in for an estimate on a large shipment. I had been told it would be an expensive mailing. I received several options to keep my cost as low as possible and I was surprised how much lower it was than what I had been told. I will use this location for all future needs! They packed my items from Strawser Auction Group and it arrived in perfect condition. I honestly could not believe how ell it was packed. to us these were very priceless antiquities being shipped and it was done very professionally. While I dont rent a mailbox here I have been regularly stopping by PakMail for a couple years to pick up a clients mail for them. The selection of gift items for sale is always changing at this location, and the staff works quickly and efficiently.

Best service anywhere!When you bring in a pkg. they will often say, I can save you $5 by putting it into a different size box, at no cost. PO would never do this.(Padded envelopes are not cheaper than boxes, as some think.)
