Absolutely horrible claims service. Moved from overseas to the US with the military. They had one of our containers soaked with water, rotting out, patched and painted over to conceal it, desiccant packages strewn around to dry it out (???) then the whole shipment sat in NC summer heat to create a science experiment. Mold that destroyed our furniture (see the remote!) and obvious water damage - but they claim that was how it left our house at packing time. Ridiculous and terrible customer service, no response, 4 months now and they refuse any responsibility.STAY AWAY FROM THESE FRAUDSTERS

Shipment had broken items and tried didnt payout on time as well as lowballing for replacement items.

My agent doesnt email back if she doesnt have the answer. If you have a choice dont use this service.

Virginia McDonald just stopped responding. She sent me to a computer shop so I carried my desktop a mile (military base overseas) into town and they said they couldnt help. I emailed her every week for over a month to follow up and she just stopped responding. Shes giving the company a very bad image.

So impressed after working with Accelerated to coordinate my move from North Carolina to California. Janet was incredibly professional and responsive, regardless of what time I contacted her. She went the extra mile to ensure the movers arrived on time and treated my items with care. She was also able to work with my budget. I highly recommend Accelerated.

Ive been waiting over 1.5 years to resolve damage to my shipment (moved from Ohio to Germany). No payments on any damage at all! Part of my claim was denied entirely without even investigating the shipping damage to my motorcycle. Ms. Karen Biddle just blew me off. This company stinks and I would not ship anything with them again!

I am a moving damage repair contractor. Every company has damages, but the difference is how those damages are resolved. AIF is among the best at making sure their customers are happy campers and that any loose ends are tied up when all is said and done. They are a pleasure to work with!

Awful service, staff was not professional in their packing procedures. If you can avoid them and use a more reputable source, do it. Nice to see their own staff are writing reviews for them to make it appear they deserve a higher rating when it isnt truthful.

If I could give this company zero stars I would. We moved overseas and the claims department has called us liars saying some of the items we are claiming were never shipped with our unaccompanied baggage. We received our UB in Oct and our household goods in Dec and have time stamped photos for proof. Our UB arrived in busted up boxes, no crate. It’s very frustrating providing dozens of photographic evidence of what was roughly $600 in damage and being told they’re not reimbursing us for some of it. Big items... items we couldn’t have possibly moved here ourself. So what AIF, did we fly to Hawaii with a Blu-ray player, our keurig, and instant pot in our luggage?! We’ve had to work with JAG to move forward with our claim. This company is absolutely ridiculous, unprofessional, and borderline criminal and shouldn’t handle anyone’s move! Will be reporting to the better business bureau. They should be shut down.

Just bad! The staff that coordinated the move wasn’t as bad at first but they got worse and so did the move. The company they sublet to come to my house was an aunt her disgruntled boyfriend and two nephews. They argued with each other and got mad at me because I had a record of my boxes and they wanted to unpack my boxes and repack them and do a different inventory sheet. Then they did not want to use the proper customs office. I had to drive 2.5 hours instead of 10 minutes because it was easier for them. They could not answer simple questions and then said, since I have a history of problems with the moving company they sent, they refuse to call me to resolve the problem, I don’t have enough space to talk more about them.Just use a different company.

Awful service. Take for ever to deliver and excel at giving excuses. Better let transportation know i wont have my things for another month... heck, lets go for a year!

Very friendly and knowledgeable staff. If you need something moved from point A to B, this is the place to go.
