Steam A Way did a wonderful job cleaning the carpets at both the apartment I moved out of and the home I moved into. Each time I called, the owner (Keith) answered practically after the first ring each time. There was some miscommunication on my part and Keith corrected everything without any issues. They were very reasonably priced and professional. I would use this company again and I cannot recommend them enough!

Keith the owner answered my call after one ring and sent me two of his finest men for service the very next day. He sent Brian and Jerod and they were on time- they vacuumed my carpets before cleaning them- they lifted couches and dug out toys from under- they left foam and plastic covers under all my furniture. I even added on a last minute couch cushion I wanted cleaned and they added it no problem.I then wanted my terrible gross white grout cleaned- they cleaned it so it was 100% back to its white brilliance. But then also showed me hundreds of colors to then stain and seal my grout should I want another color. They gave me my time to make a choice and tried several colors on the grout so I could envision it. They even moved my rug, kitchen table and all my pantry items from the floor to ensure they got every square inch of my grout stained and coloredVery professional. Very patient. Worth every single penny and won’t ever use anyone again.

We recently bought our dream home and had Steam A Way come do the carpets upstairs, downstairs and all the rooms AND the entryway and fireplace grout. We couldnt be happier with the results! Also, even with the add-ons, we still saved $70 over Stanley Steemer! Will definitely be returning to Steam A Way for any of our future floor cleaning needs.

Fantastic company to work with! Keith & his team cleaned my old carpet before I replaced it so I could gift it to someone who needed better carpet. They did a great job & the price was very reasonable. After putting in new carpet, one of my dogs got very sick with diarrhea & vomiting. My new carpet is very light so I thought it might be impossible to get the stains out. Not a problem for Keith & team. They assured me they would come back at no additional charge to get the spots out. They came back twice to work on a stubborn spot and got it OUT!!! They were also super quick to come out when I called and explained the circumstances. These guys are nothing short of AMAZING!!! Reasonable prices, incredible customer service and fast response times. Please give them a try!

Each room was about 75% cleaned. There was something that I was disappointed with in each room. For example, areas in the carpet and stairs that werent vacuumed/steamed at all, furniture that didnt get plastic feet covers to protect them from the wet carpet, recliners that didnt get cleaned on all sides, etc. I was told by the receptionist on the phone (who always sounded annoyed, btw) that they DO clean under the beds, when in fact they only clean about 1ft deep on each side. They didnt put all of my furniture back where it was originally, my window is scratched where they leaned furniture against it (they actually just left it lying against the window). They we polite (Ill give them that), but not professional (just said hello and show us where we need to clean). I paid over $250--I wont be using this company again.

For me, I personally like to deal with locally owned companies if I can. You get that with Steam A Way. Deb had me scheduled in within 3 days of my initial call. Keith was kind enough to give me a confirmation call the night before the actual cleaning. His two coworkers showed up on time and were respectful and courteous. They handled themselves like gentlemen and true professionals. The price was more than reasonable and left my carpets looking fantastic. Fast and Professional, I use them for cleaning rental properties and definitely cheaper than other companies in the area that I have used in the past.

Ive used Steam A Way once and would use them again. The first time they came out they missed a small spot on an arm chair. When I called to let them know they came out as soon as they could to fix it and ended up recleaning the majority of my chair even though they didnt need to. Brian and Josh did the recleaning and they were great. The only reason Im docking Steam A Way a star is because I had a negative experience with Deb (the receptionist) while telling her about the missed spot on the one chair.

Absolutely the best in the Fort!!! They did my carpets and tile and they look brand new!!! Would 100% recommend!!
