Worst insurance company ever, way to expensive!

The most unprofessional company in the world .. Especially Daniel Downed.. not responsive.. will only try and reach by text to avoid any questions when he finally responded after 17 days

I recently purchased a new vehicle, and after being a customer for years with progressive they quoted me 182 a month for insurance. And when I went online and got a new quote, it was for 96 a month. I contacted customer service to ask about it, and the woman I spoke to was rude and not helpful at all. My family has been with progressive for years, and I will do my absolute best to convince them all to go with a company who values customer loyalty instead of progressive who takes advantage of people who have been faithful customers.

Would have given them a 5 star but when I arrived at 5:55 pm the doors were locked and the open time is till 6 pm. I went back the next day and I had great service.

Progressive took great care of me when I had an accident. Got me paid very quickly.

I was in a accident and the driver was insured with Progressive. I was very, very impressed with how quickly my claim was processed. They went above and beyond what I expected. Excellent customer service!

Most unhelpful insurance company we have ever had. They only care about making money. Trudy in the main office is very condescending rude and crass. Its true you get what you pay for. Switching back to Farmers. Do not recommend to my worst enemy..

They will decide your case so that they make the best profit if they can regardless of what really happened. Their story and events will change to make you feel guilty. Avoid them at all costs. Scam company. Their disrespectful commercials tell it all. Funny but who makes fun of people and are worth respecting? They do not respect others less fortunate.

Horrible customer service! They took months to settle my claim and the lady was really rude. She was supposed to send me an email so I could send her stuff and I didnt hear from her for weeks. No email and no calls. I would never get this insurance.

Progressive will randomly increase your rate by more than twenty percent by claiming that where you have lived for years is suddenly an accident-prone area. Forget your spotless driving record or years of patronage; apparently, any and all manner of pretext will be used to justify price gouging.

Wow! We didnt know what to expect when my husband was in an accident, but Progressive blew us out of the water! After the phone call to report the accident at 4:45 pm, my husband received a call back at 8:15 am the next morning with the Information he needed to know, the rental car reservation, etc. Progressive was amazing!

Expensive joke. Apparently I am better to run a red light than to stop to hard according to their snapshot. Go somewhere else.

Quick and easy to get something done

A terrible company to try and deal with. I was in a traffic accident almost two weeks and still no answers to getting my car into a repair shop. Their “investigation needs to be completed” is a joke! It was over a week ago with police reports ! What’s to investigate.

I was a platinum point owner...been with progressive since my first license...was treated very unfairly due other people wrecking my vehicles...they lost me as their customer..Ill stick AAA insurance
