I had been with my previous company for 30 years and figured I was getting a good deal… after all I had been a loyal customer. When refinancing my house I was told I paid a lot for insurance. So I contacted Olivia’s office and asked Conner to see what kind of rates I could get. I sent screen shots of my current t home owners policy. Within 10 minutes he was able to give me a quote saving me a significant amount of money for the same exact coverage. I asked him to look at my car insurance and see if he could get me better rates… and again a quick turn around and big savings. In a matter of 30 minutes max they able to save me over $1500/year!

They got me my renters insurance in 20 minutes! The whole process was so easy and fast I didn’t have to do anything but call. Very nice staff and answered all questions I had.

I am having a horrible nightmare of an experience. They seem to be as nice as can be when they take your money for years upon years, but when you have a storm come by and mess up your roof, siding, fence, ceiling damage, and furniture damage, they stop being your friend and look the other way. They will pay out as little as possible. Be very careful when considering who to use as your insurance agents.

Crooks. For car insurance I was given monthly payments of $61.57. Days before i was to pay the first full months bill i recieve a letter saying my insurance will be canceled because a report from LexisNexis Consumer Center. I called state farm to inquire but was told they dont know what was in the report but I could continue coverage with them for $130 per month. In the days since this i have contacted other companies for the same coverage and none come close to as much as they wanted. Liberty Mutual=$105, Allstate=$89.72, Progressive=$80.I contacted the LexisNexis Consumer Center and there is no option to speak with a human being. Had to enter information then at the end it said they would get back to me in 5-7 business days.Just makes no sence and all the companies Ive called are as baffled as i am becasue i have no tickets, no accidents and im 33 years old with great credit.

This woman is a liar and is writing illegal policies. Be VERY careful when dealing with her office as she has several agents working for her that are NOT licensed yet writing policies...this practice is ILLEGAL!!! State Farm Corporate has been made aware of the forging of policies and I spoke with them at length. State Farm is a great company but there are always bad apples...beware!

My wife and I bought our first home in March 2019. We were told 1 week after we closed on our home and moved in that we did not have home insurance due to some repairs requested from a third party underwriter. We have been told to fix what was listed on our initial inspection (which passed our house). We got those repairs quoted, but turns out that was not what was being requested, they were requesting we replace our whole roof due to minor shingle curling. It took 7 MONTHS for me to hear this. I called State Farm National and they had NO RECORD OF THIS ON FILE. I asked who did the underwriting and was told they were unaware, but when I came into the office to finally see it, the logo and name were at the top of the report, they also wouldnt print me a copy of the report to have on file.*Update 2021We decided to stick with Olivia as our insurance agent. Since our home purchase, the professional relationship has been much better. We bought a new car recently, and the transition was seamless.

I had missed some appts with them due to illness, they went so far as to send me a get well card! I used to live in a small town and this agency gives just that! Had an incident involving my son and my new car (new to me)...Thankfully my son was fine...if you ever have that happen to you the last thing you need is trouble communicating with your insurance company...I have been super stressed over the whole thing and I usually never take the time to leave a review, unless I had a bad experience of some sort...I’ve had .State Farm since I’ve purchased my vehicles and I am so glad I did...it was nice to not have to stress over getting your car fixed...guess what I’m trying to say is that I was super impressed with how things went...smooth sailing...now just waiting for my car...so I believe they deserve the five stars...for real...
