I have had State Farm insurance through Pat for 15 years or longer. Very friendly staff. Never had any major claims, but for car towing, locksmith they had a reimbursement fast.

Great office staff! Everyone is friendly, knowledgeable, and responds immediately when weve called or stopped in. Weve had State Farm insurance for 30 years (several different cities & states) -- this is by far our favorite office!

Incredibly poor response. I had my first claim ever having had State Farm for over a decade. Pat would not return phone calls and the adjuster would not cover the cost of the roof repair indicating I would have to make up the difference. If you desire State Farm do not use this office. Better yet dont use State Farm. My sister has Amica and had a much better experience with her roof replacement.
