We were with Allstate for a decade when this lovely office messed up a simple auto switch on our policy, which let it lapse while we were on vacation. They kept calling my husbands old work phone even though I had updated with my number SEVERAL times as Stephanie and I would talk. Yet none the less I had to pay extreme prices with another insurance agency like I had a lapse in coverage since Allstate threw their hands up after giving them years of business. Stray farrrrr away from Harkleroad AND Allstate if you dont want the same awful experience, no joke.

Justin Harkleroad has changed the name/moved his business again in an attempt to evade all of the negative reviews he received from unsatisfied customers. As you can see from the negative reviews he has already received in the short time he has been at this new location, nothing has changed. If you want to spend your money on quality insurance service, go elsewhere.My personal experience with Harlkeroad was one disappointment after another as he routinely failed to provide the service I requested/paid for. Instead of being a hands on owner when there are issues, he repeatedly passes customers concerns off to incompetent staff members (one of whom was typically the cause of the problems I encountered in the first place).In the two years I have been with my current Allstate agent (Jonathan Morales), I have received nothing but professional, timely, and accurate service without a single issue. My biggest regret is that I gave Harkleroad way more second chances than he deserved and that I did not switch agencies years sooner.

I have been with the agency 7 months. They raised my auto rate one month after giving them my home and auto because of a birthday. Clean driving record. Not a smart move on their part.

Staff is always plesant and ready to help you with all your needs and questions! Love this office!
