We started working with her when we needed insurance for our business, she has since helped us insure 3 new business locations, a business vehicle, and both of our personal cars. When my car was hit by another car Myer & Hayden took a genuine interest in my situation even though no claim was filed through them. They helped me with the other drivers insurance company who was dragging their feet. They showed genuine concern for me and helped elevate some of my stress. I was very impressed with the extra effort and support they put into helping me.

When we have questions or concerns, an employee is always available to help us and can quickly and courteously solve our problem or answer our question. Seldom have we found it necessary to file a claim, but when we did, the claim was dealt with easily and efficiently.

The process was easy and I always get personal service from Don. Even when I have had to submit a claim, the adjusters respond within 24 hours and are also very easy to work with. Lenora went above and beyond to help us with our insurance needs. Because we have an inground pool, but not allowed to have a fence, it is more difficult to find an insurance company to insure our home at a reasonable rate. Lenora worked until she found a plan for us. We now have more coverage for less cost.

So I made the switch and my interactions have always been great at Myers & Hayden. Jill & co did everything they could to get us the best rates for both our business and personal policies. They saved us thousands. I recommend them any time someone I know is looking to chance their insurance or is having trouble with their current company.

Don has always given me a quick response to my questions or concerns. I know he has been quite fair to me. I believe in loyalty to someone who has treated me with respect and fairness. All my insurance, home, auto and life are through Don. He calls me if he thinks there is a better deal for me and I appreciate his trying to save me money. Also, the staff that answer the phone are always friendly and act as though they know me personally. They have been very helpful with insurance issues as well. Even when I have had to make a claim, everyone still treats me with the same respect and I get answers quickly.

Don set me up with four different policies, and saved me a preposterous amount of money. Really good to work with and he was very accommodating to my weird work schedule, as well as very responsive to email and quick to resolve my questions. You are able to take care of our needs over the phone whenever I call.I dont have the trouble and repeated phone calls or emails it takes with other insurance companies. I can call Bonny and tell her what I want and I know it is taken care of on the first attempt.

I have been with Grange for over 35 years, and with Myers & Hayden since 1985. Issues have been handled rapidly and professionally. I never have had a service issue. Am sure some of the national car insurance chains may be slightly less expensive; but the response time would not be as good (likely).
