Merle K. Maples: Allstate Insurance company is absolutely amazing. Merle and Chip are wonderful. They are very professional and they also answer all your needs for your car and home insurance. When I switched to Allstate I just had liability insurance only so I called and spoke to Chip, he helped me get full coverage insurance. When my windshield cracked Chip had told me to call them first for any accident or anything else before reaching out to Allstate that way we could handle the issue first and they walked me through the entire process. They are just absolutely wonderful I cannot stress that enough.

When I got into an accident earlier this week, Merle was willing to answer all my questions and helped me think rationally in an otherwise extremely stressful situation. Even though some of my questions were outside the scope of the policy itself, Merle was happy to explain how insurance generally works (even on a Friday at 5 pm) and how to protect myself from being taken advantage of by an opposing party.
