The person came quickly and fixed the problem for now. Not sure if it is going to be a permanent remedy. Time will tell. The repair person was courteous, friendly, and diligent in his work. Could not ask for more. Thank you.

So far so good! We love the home, we love the location. Its really a very beautiful place to live and our home is absolutely gorgeous. Neighbors are friendly as well. So far we are really glad we made the choice to live here! We had our first maintenance request. We ran to the store and by the time we made it home it was taken care of. Thats what I call great service!

I can honestly say that for the most part my time at Redwood Fort Wayne was good. Their service response time was excellent and always addressed any issues I had efficiently and without delay. My issues were with the office staff and the sometimes curt responses to emails, how some phone calls were handled as well as giving wrong information when I had to vacate my unit 24 days before my lease was up. On the bright side, the corporate office was very accommodating with that issue and we came to an amicable solution. So kudos to them for going the extra mile.I think moving forward if they want to improve their ratings, they should take into consideration the negative financial impact that the COVID 19 pandemic has had on some very good people and be a bit more flexible at the local level as well as at the corporate level. Sometimes its just that simple and instead of three stars they would be getting a five star rating from me.

Called and they came quickly to help with dishwasher. I had dirty dishes and was getting ready to cook for guests that evening. All got fixed. I really appreciated the quick service at this time.

They did an average job scooping our our drive way. We didnt had to really work to get our Chevy Equinox easily in and out of the garage and drive because of the snow.

We have lived here for a year now and I dont have any complaints! The apartments are beautiful and affordable.

My family and I have been here since the beginning of July and we LOVE it! It is extremely quiet and everyone is so nice. Maintenance is fast and thorough. The leasing office staff is so nice and Ashley was extremely helpful during the application process.We highly recommend Redwood to others.

It good place to rent apartment, area is safe and excluded but very close to Lima road, services is also proper and efficient. Only issue I have with apartment rental contract terms. It cruel and inflexible, ridiculous 60 days only vacancy note, (industry standard 30 days if you terminated rent agreement), any adjustment or change rent contract facing unprecedented refusal. The only way how they conduct business my way or freeway It uncomfortable and not fair.

Quick and easy. Maintenance came in while I was at work to unclog shower drain. No mess, no wait, very good.

I lived here from June 2016 - July 2017. Nice house and very professional staff. Highly recommended. The only reason I moved out is because I moved to another state.

They did a great job the light works great!

The apartments are build cheap if your job transfers you have to pay 4500.00 to 5000.00 and they keep your deposit like you were getting that back anyways.

Landscaping is terrible but other than that. nice .
