Jackie was awesome from day 1 and the maintenance team is very responsive! Loved my place. Only leaving because I moved out of town.

We had new washer and dryers delivered and could not get them to turn on. We thought it may be the GFI getting tripped? He came right away, was very professional, and found out that the washer actually needed repaired. I appreciate him coming over right away! Thanks again!

We needed a place to live for five months while our new home was being built and we thoroughly appreciated the Redwood community on Diebold.The two-bedroom apartment was comfortable and clean, while the floor plan made our transition between two homes enjoyable.The location on Diebold put us in an area that promoted exercise, fine dining and other conveniences.

The management does a lot to make residents feel welcomed and comfortable. There was construction work, which created some issues for my family. The always friendly Redwood staff was understanding and made some changes that helped us.

A quick temporary fix. Second time in 2 weeks.Needs to fixed properly to avoid this problem again.

Jackie is simply amazing! She helped me effortlessly navigate through a less than optimal situation, because of her hard work and follow through. She is great at what she does and gets back with you when she says she will! I would definitely recommend stopping by if youre considering a move!

Very unprofessional. Only wants money from tenants. Overcharge money for everything. Asks money for things in the name of maintenance. Will not recommend to anyone. Be ready to be charged for things even when tenants move out of house.

Awesome community

I lived at Centennial Highlands for about 1.5 years. Maintenance is top notch timely response and very knowledgeable. Jackie is always willing to help with any questions and answers every time I called. I would recommend these apartments to anyone looking for an amazing place to call home. Thanks guys. You are the ideal team that makes living at Centennial Highlands such a great experience.

Broken door, locked out. Fast response. Was fixed in a hour and was very nice guy. Very thorough.

Front office staff is poor. Maintenance is actually good. Will rake you at the end with very detailed walk through, which you are not a part of. Very cheap “everything” in the apartment, which breaks very easily. Rent is very high for this apartment. Only reason it gets a star is due to location, single level apartment style, inability to leave no stars.

I moved to this area from Northern Virginia and I have been living at Centennial Highlands for the past six months. I just love it here. The staff was amazing at helping me pick the apartment that I wanted and made sure I had what I needed to make my cross country move go smoothly. The common areas are well maintained and maintenance responses within 24 hours. There is not a single negative thing that can be said about Centennial Highlands. Wonderful place to live!

Unprofessional office staff, only incentive is to get more money out of tenants

Maintenance came the bext day. Problem was fixed.next day, fixed refrigerator handle that broke off.

Very quick and efficiently took care of my problems .

Excellent apartment community. Very quiet, clean and spacious. Management, specifically Jackie, was great.

The team here made it easy and low stress.
