At closing of our home we were fortunate to be able to move in same day to an apt. of our choosing. We were made to feel at home. We did need brighter lighting so updated those while living there. Repairs were made asap. We did not know about paying rent on line so that was a surprise but was set up smoothly. We loved walking around the complex and met several nice people who became friends. The garage is not insulated well and was same temp as outside so that is a bad review. We found a villa and proceeded to end our living at the apt one month short of lease. We loved living with woods behind us for bird watching & feeding. Having a side window facing east gave us sunlight in the mornings. It was so good to live on single level with a double car garage. Lots of storage & living space. They made moving in at last minute and moving out in several months so easy. I would highly recommend living at Redwood Apts.

3 years goes by fast. Excellent service and comfortable living with responsive staff. On the pricey side, but you get what you pay for.

Everyone here is very helpful and courteous. The maintenance team responds to any problem andgets things replaced or repaired ASAP. I was very impressed with the snow removal this winter. Having just moved here from Minnesota I didn’t know what to expect. I was pleasantly surprised, they did a very professional job.

My heat wouldn’t turn on after a large snowstorm on a Sunday morning. Zack with the Redwood Noyer maintenance department was professional, quick, and efficient at diagnosing the problem. In order to fix it, an outside contractor had to be called, but this was also done quickly and had my heat back on without a problem! I’m so thankful for their help even when the office was closed!

Doesn’t feel like an apartment. Feels like your very own house. Don’t hear the neighbors. Staff is very friendly & Efficient. Love living here. One of the best apartment complex we have lived in so far!

The units dont feel like apartments. I usually tell people its like a single story town home. Theyre modern and spacious. The square footage is well used, so they look as large as they sound. Im really impressed by how well insulated they are as well. If I hadnt seen my neighbors trash cans out, Id have never known someone lived there.Its a quiet and safe neighborhood. People are friendly when you cross paths, kids are often playing outside, and I would never worry about walking my dog at night.The staff is very pleasant and professional. They seem to enjoy their jobs and have been happy to help whenever weve contacted them. Jaime and Judy were awesome when we were touring and moving in. Andy and Kyle explained why a particular issue was happening in my unit while fixing it, which made me all the more confident that the neighborhood is maintenance-free for the residents.I would recommended Redwood to anyone whos looking to move. If the lack of amenities you would find in a true apartment complex at this price point isnt a deal breaker for you, definitely choose Redwood. The quiet community, spacious units, amazing staff, and maintenance-free living are worth it. As they seem to still be expanding in phases, I hope theyll add things like a playground or pool in the future. Then youll truly have it all!

Very nice place.My only negatives are:The ventilation system is LOUD. When it kicks on you practically have to yell to hear each other and blast your tv.The online portal is very sub par. Its buggy.Despite what they tell you about thicker walls, you can still hear your neighbors. I could hear my neighbor peeing if that tells you anything. But thats apartment life for you.Other than that it felt very safe, quiet, and in general is a beautiful place to live.

Just moved in yesterday! Love the apartment & the beautiful view of the pond. Judy has been so awesome. Very helpful in every way. My new neighbor was graciously accommodating allowing the moving truck block her drive while they unloaded. Thank you!

We love Redwood! We loved it even more when Judy was working here! She was always very friendly and always smiling she always made an effort to talk to us.Love the maintenance guys! They are always happy and love our dogs!They have new office staff now that Judy has left. We never received an email saying Judy has retired that made us sad! We are super friendly people and We have only been greeted once by one of the new office staff girls other than that if we don’t yell hello we don’t get a hello at all! No smiles or even a look.( we are not used to this because all the other places we have lived the office staff was always super friendly and very helpful)We also have dogs and wish that the people who cut the grass will cut the grass shorter because we struggle to pick up our dog waste in the tall grass. I enjoyed living at Redwood apartments on Noyer Road - the apartment was clean and up to date, quiet, friendly neighborhood, and great office staff to answer questions. The maintenance guys Andy and Kyle do a great job servicing any maintenance needs and they respond quickly.

Love the place since I moved in last year, but something happened yesterday when I got home after 8pm from work with my kid. Maintenance came and and left gas leaking in the apartment all day, walked in to gas smelling strongly in the apartment. I did what every parent will do thinking about safest first. I called maintenance and did not stay at my apartment.According to my neighborhood manager I should have stay in the apartment that night .REALLY............ I bet she would not do that with her kids.

Like the accommodation, and the location, but the leasing procedure could have been handled better. The apartment was not cleaned well before handover. We are looking forward to living there and discovering what Southwest has to offer.On site staff response to snags has been excellent to date, keep it up!

Very over priced for what you get. Walls are very thin and you can hear and SMELL what your neighbors are cooking...Cant wait to get out of here.

Very happy here. Our home is spacious, pretty, virtually soundproof. Maintenance issues have been few and far between but when something has come up, its been handled immediately. Taylor and Andy are friendly, warm, and extremely helpful. Paul and I would highly recommend Williamsburg Village.

My repair request was handled the same day! Friendly staff too.

The best place I have ever lived! The community is clean and quiet, the neighbors are friendly and respectful, the staff is competent and carrying. My home itself is spacious, home-y, and welcoming. I have finally found a great place to live in Fort Wayne!

Very Well maintained and pet friendly apartments.They have beautiful one storied units and most of them have a lake view.

Aesthetically, the apartment itself is very nice. However, the property management communication has been absolutely terrible. Had several issues trying to get a move in date locked down which caused out of pocket expenses for my family as we are from out of town. When we finally got the chance to move in, it was obviously the place wasnt cleaned - there was sawdust all over the windows, carpet wasnt vacuumed, and there was visible dirt on the hardwood floors. We also have an awful bug problem. Spiders are crawling all over the place, and its not just our apartment, our neighbors are experiencing the same thing. My family and I have only been living here one month and already regret signing the lease. We will be looking to move out as soon as we find other living arrangements.

I really wanted to like this place, especially due to their pet friendly policy; however, I was shocked about a few things. First, the rent is based on some vague, fluctuating scale which varies daily; was not sure about what that meant (nor was I going to ask). But, todays cheapest place was $1300, a slight uptick from the $1100 pricing for the cheapest place on their website. Second, for the high cost of rent, there are zero amenities; no fitness room, clubhouse, included utilities or free cable. The only perk is snow removal, lawn care, attached garage and the fact that they are single floor apartments . Lastly, the units dont even have a washer and dryer as a standard feature. Even your basic apartments offer onsite facilities and many have W&Ds in the unit. Nice, overall place but way too expensive for very little return.
