I like to see the comments on the price being to high. People don’t seem to realize it’s a convenience cost. Just like how you pay more at Walgreens or CVS. Had my oil changed in 10 mins and I knew I would be paying higher because of the convenience but that was ok with me. All that matters is they took the old oil out and put new top tier oil.

Rude. Unprofessional. Refused to change oil because the engine made a noise, even after I offered to sign a waiver not to hold them liable for any potential damages or issues. Had to drive across the street and buy oil myself. Avoid at all costs if you have an older car.

Pulled up to Kwik lube to see if I can get my oil changed, they had me pull right up and had my oil changed within 15 minutes. As I was ready to pay I realized I didn’t have my debit card with me so I decided to pay cash but then realized I didn’t have enough I was $10 short. Brandon One of the techs came over and handed me a 10 bill! What a nice Gesture!! I was in and out with a smile on my face! Thank you Brandon for helping make my day easier!!

Oil changed, was told rear and front brakes need replaced and will go out in a week. So I need to get my brakes and rotors replaced. I said no. There is no reason why I should trust them to do so, because I dont have any audible sound of grinding on my brakes or squeaking. Bad rotors will make a grinding sound. Will never use them again. 2 stars for changing my oil as asked. -1 stars for charging me 5 dollars to top off my coolant when light wasnt on. Dont use them. Waste of money and you will be better served elsewhere.*Edit* now my battery blew in my Ford explorer. They supposedly checked it. Also the 5 dollars I spent to get my coolant topped off they didnt even put the coolant cap on. Also my hill start assist was turned off... Car owners beware do not use them!

Got my oil changed and windshield wipers replaced. They broke the windshield wiper transmission when changing the the wiper blades. I noticed a couple days later, and gave them a call about it. I expected them to do the right thing and fix it. They only offered to cover the cost of labor, and over charged me for the part. You can get that part for $45 at auto zone around the corner, and they charged me $106 for it. I asked them to at least sell me the part at their cost for it, instead of massively marking it up. Nope.Overall very poor experience. Everyone there lied to my face, and continued to do so even after I called them out on it. Thats not a part that just breaks randomly, and it is not a part that costs $106.

Got an oil changed here. Almost tripped on a cordless drill a tech left in the middle of the shop floor. They have a creepy robot woman holding a sign.

Very poor service, very dishonest repair guy Andy Matney is a crook he lies about the work he does.His boss knows that he a crook and a liar. Promise to do work on a car that was purchased from them. Lied about the condition of the vehicle and mechanical problems.Said that car was in excellent condition all the problems that was wrong with the car was fixed. Said that since there were a repair shop they fixed everything on the car. Promise to fix the minor problems with the car for free if a bought the car. Come to find after i took the car to my mechanic car was a lemon. Call Andy back told me to bring the car to him and he would fix the car right away or give me my money back. We took the car to him 3 weeks ago car has never been touch or even look at since i drop it off. Ask why gives me thousand excuses why now he wont give me my money back nor will he answer my calls when i do get a chance to speak with him he tells me he going to compensate me so i can get it fix and he has not come through with what he promised. And his boss knows that he lied and is liar and a crook just as well.My plans are to let consumers know about people like this as well as businesses that employs these type of people. Why take a chance with a crook that can bring your business down when you can hire someone with morals and family values and know that people work hard for there money . Not to be victimized. Hope these helps the next person so they don have to go through what we wen through.

Very Poor - Went in for an oil change. Was told during the review that transfer case oil was in poor condition on the front and fair on the rear. Kwik Lube had just replaced the oil in these transfer cases 11K miles ago, it was on their vehicle record database as being done at this location. GM recommends under normal conditions to replace oil every 45k miles. Discussed with management about situation, they refused any reconciliation. My question was it really changed in the first place?

Kwik lube is the most honest place Ive ever taken my car their tech Matt is so handsome and treated my car as it were a car of his own, they vacuumed my floor boards cleaned my windows and were polite and cheerful the whole way, the owner Tony is a great guy and has tons of candy and snack machines to keep kids content during their extensive check up and services, kwik lube is the greatest place Ive ever taken my car and hill auto has top notch mechanics who do timely and fair proved repairs

Two words - Never Again.....I will take responsibility for the misunderstanding about the company putting in the more expensive oil change but when I ask how we could work it out to be threatened by the owner to keep my car until I pay -SERIOUSLY? WOWGood luck with treating folks that way

I was at the kwiklube and they sent me to Hill Automotive after getting the run around by some old guy. the guy that that worked there gave me huge price to mix my car . i went down the road and had it fixed for half the the price. what i would like to know is where did Dave and Bill go? i WILL NEVER G0 THERE AGAIN UNLESS DAVE AND BILL COME BACK. if felt taken advantage of and was very unhappy

So far I have invested over $4100 in repair costs and rental fees in addition to over $1500 in attorney fees for a total nearing $6000! Read for yourself and decide if this is a company you would trust to work on your car. On February 4th 2012 I took my 2004 Mitsubishi Endeavor to Kwik Lube / Hills Automotive Repair at 9035 Lima Road in Fort Wayne, IN to have my serpentine belts replaced. This was following their recommendation I do so during my previous oil change. The belts were replaced and all seemed to be well. On the 11th of February I was driving my kids to the Roller Dome when the truck just shut off on Coliseum Blvd. I pushed the truck to AT Automotive, located practically around the corner, so it could be diagnosed on the following the weekend.On Monday the 13th I received a call from AT Automotive informing me the truck was in need of a water pump and a timing belt which I instructed them to replace at the cost of $475. Following completion of this work it was determined there was a more severe problem which was not readily identifiable by replacement of the before mentioned parts. The true cause of the problem was an incorrectly installed serpentine belt which was not placed properly in the bottom pulley. As a result a portion of the new belt was cut and and wound itself around the pulley shaft causing the timing belt to jump time and do catastrophic valve damage, essentially completely ruining the engine.I stopped in to speak with the Kwik Lube manager, Tommy, who apologized and said Well make this right for you. I left feeling good someone was going to call me with an acceptable resolution to the problem. I received a call that afternoon from the manager, Andy, who was working the day I had the belt replaced. He said he had been to AT Automotive to inspect my truck and was upset I had not taken it back to him. He mentioned they had recovered my old belt, presumably from the trash, and said there was similar damage to it and it could be from a bent shaft or pulley and not due to their workmanship. This I find hard to stomach since I put 17,000 miles on the truck since I have owned it and less than 300 since they installed the new belts. He also said, Sometime required maintenance causes additional problems; certainly not their pitch when they are selling $90 belt replacements. Andy said he was going to reach out to the owner, Tony Hill, to see if they were going to do anything and he would call me back; that was the last call I received.With their lack of response I decided the only thing to do was to file against them in small claims court. On the 3rd of October I finally had my day in court. The court ruled in my favor awarding a judgement of $4123.70.
