They did such an amazing job on my nails Ill be going back everytime. So friendly and they even serve wine! The photo shows them grown out a little but still look and held up fantastically!

I love going to this place! GREAT and personable customer service. Very clean and brand newly remodeled. My nails looked fantastic. I was tired of the rudeness and carelessness of places like Beautiful nails and diamond nails that are owned by the same owner. I understand some Vietnamese and the whole time the girl at Beautiful nails at uptown plaza was talking bad about me. I am so relaxed and treated with respect st VIP nails.. BEST IN THE AREA hands down! Get your dignity back as a customer and go to VIP NAILS. Laura is AMAZING!

For my first visit I must say they exceeded my expectations compared to other nail salons I have been to. Got my first ever pedicure from Hannah and I have to say how much of a great job she did. Her and her husband did my acrylic nails and her design skills are awesome. They are all extremely friendly and family friendly. I took my 5 month old with me and half way through the manicure she got a little fussy. No one got upset or angry. And one employee who was not busy at the moment even offered to hold her. I will definitely be going here from now on.

I just had the best pedicure and manicure Ive ever had. The pedicure was just so relaxing and included a hot stone massage and foot massage. It was affordable and Hannah was so excellent. I cant say enough! What a great salon!!!

My experience was not very rewarding, when I arrived the place and the nail technicians had changed, I loved those before because they were very friendly and did if I work super I never complained. Now I had a boy who was very rude to me and my girls, I cut myself several times and still cut myself, I was the last client and that is why I did a non-professional job, I made them many details missing were horrible. The next day, thank God they fixed me (the same person) and he still cut me and he was angry that I asked him to fix it. They were my favorites before and now I will never be back!

Worst experience ever. Went in to get a simple eyebrow wax. Walked in with 2 eyebrows and left with 3. I have a huge bald spot on my eyebrow and the owner and woman who did them tried convincing me I had no hair there when I came in. Wax got all over my eyelashes and I left with leftover wax all over the side of my face and forehead. Do not get your waxing needs done here, ladies!!

I highly recommend VIP nails to anyone that wants their nails done right. I drive all the way from Crestview to fort Walton Beach to get my nails done. They are very professional with great customer service. I love the vibe of the place.

I have yet to get my nails done here, but i was excited to try them out because my coworkers nails always looked so good. They open at 9, it is now 905 and nobody is here to open. Why have business hours if your not going to use them?

I always had been doing my nails over PNS due to work but I decided to give it a try Bc the “reviews”. Well everything was fine, until Dr Jenkyll and Mr Hyde, got mad 😠 because I damaged my polish in the led nail dryer. Sorry but he was rude and I don’t care 🤷🏻‍♀️ if he was just “joking” Be a professional period ! I will never use them for any type of service.
