The man that works there is not very well trained my nails are uneven I can see straight through my polish. My cuticles are not done for me to have just had my nails done 10 ago

My friend and I went in on Sunday to get our nails done right after they opened. The tech acted like we were an inconvenience to her. I wanted a full acrylic set and my friend had gel nails that she wanted filled and repainted. They started on mine first and made my friend wait (which was fine) but then the lady that was working on a pedicure when we walked in had finished her pedicure and went to the back to EAT while there were customers waiting for services. It took them 2.5 hours to do both of our nails and when they got to hers they put ACRYLIC on top of her GEL nails after they had been told she had GEL nails then proceeded to charge her $40.We will never be going back to this salon.

I’ve been getting my nails done for years and this was by far the worst experience EVER getting my nails done... I’m not from the area, and just wanted my nails done. They took off my old acrylics and put a new set on, I had to ask the guy to thin out my nails several times because they were so thick, all of the nails were different lengths, not even at all, gel polish all over the sides of my fingernails, and they cut me in THREE different places. I paid $60 for something that made me walk out and cry. Would never recommend this place to anyone.

They are always so friendly

I’m giving it two stars because they didn’t charge my account until 11 days after I went there! Unexpectedly $70 came out of my account. They need to fix that. Ridiculous

This was my third time coming to this salon. As I walked in, there was only one nail tech working. She asked how she could help me. I said I needed a fill, as they had just done my nails 3 weeks ago. She asked if I could wait 15 mins. It was 5oclock and they close at 6. I also told her I wanted a nail polish exchange on my toes. She said “ok, come pick your color”. So I showed her a picture of what I was wanting. And she told me she couldn’t do that. I was so confused because what I showed her had no designs whatsoever. It was a white gel with gold ombré effect. I just said ok and she didn’t acknowledge me after that so I left. It was a really weird experience and needless to say, I won’t ever be returning:(

This is a review of Sandy Nail Spa. I guess they changed names located next to the Thai hut in FWB.Went to go get a manicure. Told them no tools. I guess that also meant forget how to do a manicure. The woman didnt speak enough English to even get by. I basically had to walk her through the manicure. My nails are not shaped and do not look good. I will never come back here. Im disappointed that I didnt just wait until tomorrow and went to R&R day spa. At least they know what they are doing.
