First visit there and Steph was amazing. There were three customers ahead of me and she was quick and efficient with each and we all got excellent service. My haircut and beard & mustache trim were outstanding. I got far better service than I expected near closing time on a Sunday.

Well I have been getting my haircut at Renegade for over 10 years. I am 68 years old and disabled and dont mind waiting my turn. But today was different? I waited more than an hour for 3 people to get their haircut ahead of me. Only to have a woman come in with 3 children and have the next available hairdresser take them before me. If the hairdresser had said they had an appointment or just explained something to me I may have had a different outcome. Needless to say I wasnt about to wait another hour or so. I felt very disrespected. And will be going somewhere else.

Ashley was great with my 2.5 year old. They have a little car and a little airplane seat for the little ones.

Waited 45 minutes, watched several employees leave, a couple more show up only to let people walk in and cut in front of everyone else. Wasted my lunch break for nothing.

Christy has been cutting my sons hair for about 2 and half years now, she is amazing and my boys love her. She cut my hair today and did an amazing job. She is an amazing barber and stylist. I will recommend this place over and over again. All the staff is friendly and caring.

The talent at this shop is awesome. However the gimmicky compressed air (used for blowing cut hair off the customer) is dangerous and uncomfortably loud. If you need a haircut in a pinch grab some foamie ear pro. Again the ladies that work here are awesome. They give GREAT haircuts.great clips down the road as well as cuts by us, give great haircuts too and they dont blast 30psi near your head.

Showed up Friday as I work during the week. Arrived at 6:15. Doors were locked even though their hours say until 7. Understandable, so went Saturday. Arrived at 1. Sign on the door says closed until 2:30 for lunch. One of the busiest days for haircuts and they decide to all go to lunch together?? Wont be going back again

Use to go here often, staff is never consistent enough. Decided to go back and ask for medium taper and ended up with a high and tight, my most hated haircut. Some staff I will give 5 stars but you never what you will get here anymore.

My Haircut was actually pretty good (4/5). They do a good job unlike many barbers in the area. However, It was far and away the most painful haircut ive ever received (0/5). Im guessing they removed more skin cells from my head than they did hair. The haircut was quick (4/5), the wait was average (3/5), and the staff were wonderful (5/5). Id give them another chance all things considered but for now a definite 3/5

It is a great place to work. The environment is friendly and the clientele is fantastic. We are busiest on the weekends, so if you want to avoid long waits come in on Tuesdays, Wednesdays, and Thursdays.We are open 9-7pm. We are a Walk-In only shop.Open 7 days a week!

DO NOT COME HERE FOR A HAIRCUT!!! I took my 4 year old son here on Sunday to get a trim, he ended up with, what looked like, a haircut from a drunk Edward scissor hands!! It looked great when we left because she styled it to cover up the terrible job she had done. Once we got home and I actually looked at it, I noticed that it was so uneven, I almost cried!!We drove back there and showed her the awful job she had done. She said oh yeah, it does look a little choppy!? ARE YOU KIDDING ME?!? Why didnt she notice it when she was cutting it??One of the other ladies offered to fix it but kept asking me if my son was moving around or if he was being fidgety? I told her that he was sitting still the entire time. She tried to fix the awful haircut but just kept cutting his hair shorter and shorter. I might as well have just done a buzz cut all over. She even left some long hair on the back, It was terrible!!I hate this place so much!! Please do not go here!! Spend a little extra somewhere else and get a decent haircut.

I have lived in FWB for close to two years, my son will be four in December and since Ive lived here I have not been able to find ANYONE to cut my sons hair and it look half decent...UNTIL I went to Renegade Barber Shop, Stephanie was AWESOME and did an outstanding job cutting my sons hair, even with him not being able to sit still, she was very patient with him. We came by today to get our 18 month old sons first real haircut, and for my husband to get his hair done again. (He has come before) the lady in the far left chair rudely attempted to see what we needed, and acted as if we were bothering her. She treated me and my family so poorly that after putting the apron on my son and I, we got up and left. Her attitude and over all demeanor made this place lose out on our repeat business (military members) as well as any referrals on our part. Very disappointed.

Worst hair cut i ever had. The ladies said the dont know how to do beards. They were even joking about how bad they are at cutting hair and telling stories about really bad hair cuts they have done. It was a nightmare. Now i have to go somewhere else to fix my hair cut! I have been here 2 times and got bad hair cits both times from to different ladies. Do not get your hair cut here it is a waste of money

If i could give you negative stars i would, the girl that cut my hair didnt even know what a fade was, i can only say this becuase i still had hair on the sides, i looked as she only used one size clip for the whole haircut, and for the price i was expecting something better. Id much rather shave my head than go get a hircut here. I felt embarrassed to look the way i did after i walked out of there
