Awesome service. He was very professional and got our system working perfectly. He helped me understand better how to identify future issues and how to extend the life of my ac unit. Fully recommend and I will call them again in the future if any issues arise.

Preston was my tech, very courteous and helpful, kept me from wasting money on services I didnt need and fixed the issue with my ac on spot while telling me ways to do preventive maintenance on my unit. I called on Friday morning in reference to an air conditioner that was not working. I was told that a service tech would be at my home by 3.pm that afternoon.David arrived at my house and began to diagnose the problem (in the rain) it only took him a short period of time to determine that the thermostat was faulty. He replaced the part and my A/C unit came on and began to cool my house.David was very professional and was concerned with repairing my equipment, and not just s3lling me a expensive new system.I would recommend this company to my friends.

Express Air Conditioning offers dependable service at a very reasonable price. This is my third time using them and I couldnt be any happier, Preston (repairman) is knowledgeable and honest, never trying to sell me anything unnecessary.

We found out that we had an issue with our AC when the carpet in our girls room went squish I called Express Air and they were at my house within 2 hours. After flushing both lines the issue seemed resolved. Express guaranteed for 30 days that the issue should be resolved, but after 5 days the issue came back. Express sent out another Tech and blew out the lines and inspected the hardware for the HVAC( which he informed us that we may need to replace our capacitors soon and inquired if we wanted him to do this), and again concluded that the issue may of been just the amount of buildup in the drain line. Two days later the issue was back. Called and another appointment was setup same Technician came out(Thank you Preston) and he did a more through job on the drain line. After some modification of the drain line and some household chemical reactions it seems our drain line is working correctly down. We will see if this holds up in the next week or not. Other than the cost for the first day we did not incur any other expenses for the other times they came out. Very friendly, and willing to go the extra distance to get it done. Would recommend them if others are having an issue with their HVAC.
