I can’t recommend Southern Comfort enough! I’ve rarely met someone who is so honest and hard working. We have used him for the past couple years and Jim always does a great job and for a very fair price. He also stands behind his work and makes sure you’re happy.

We had adam come out to service our A/C from southern comfort..the company came the very next morning on time and did the work in 15 minutes..our air is running cold and because of adam and his sharing about installing a new unit we have decided to finance our new A/C and furnace thru southern..very pleased with service..use them its worth it

I own a rental property in Fort Walton Beach and live in VA. My property manager quoted an exorbitant price to replace my aged system. I found Jim through a referral and was comforted to find his 5 star reviews. The system shut down the 1st of July and Jim was there to replace it on July 3rd. He came in $1500 under what I was being quoted by my property manager. I had damage incurred to the unit less than 3 months after it was installed. Jim came out immediately and covered the parts and labor under warranty. His service after the sale is impeccable.I will demand my rental company coordinate annual maintenance and any future service through Jim. I’m fortunate to have found Jim. He is THE BEST!!

A friend recommended him to me when I first moved here and my A/C stopped working. He was able to come and repair the same day. I’ve called him a few times since for yearly service and he’s always been fair and honest and has never tried to talk me into anything I didn’t actually need just to make a sale.

Jim is honest & very knowledgeable about a/c systems service and repair. His prices are very reasonable. For the past 16 years he has been servicing our AC system on our old house & our new house as well. 2 years in our new home A/C system had a problem Jim diagnosed the problem and made sure that the part was paid for under factory warranty, and got it fixed fast. We wont call anyone else. He is the best around.

Just had a new A/C system installed in my home by them. Its works great, much better than my old one. Picked them to do the work since the owner was there himself to make sure it was done correctly and not installed by a employee with little experience. Expect my power bills to finally go down.

Southern Comfort Climate control and heating is the best HVAC in the Fort Walton Beach Destin area I will recommend Jim Larder is very honest, trustworthy and prices are very reasonable I am in the customer service industry and customer service means everything to me at most businesses customer service is taking your money. As most of you know customer service is dead these days at Southern Comfort Air Conditioning it is Alive and Well give him a call you will not be disappointed.

My AC went out and Southern Comfort came over and got it going again the same day. Thank God we didnt have to sleep without A/C!!!!
