They were very friendly and explained everything they did. As soon as I pulled up, they came 9ut with an ice cold bottle of water. They offer free top ups in between oil changes too.

I read the reviews for Take 5 and the local competition before selecting. Im so glad I selected this one. The two young men were both respectful and professional. Being in retail and a manager myself, I recognized they did their job well with promoting extras to purchase, but did it without being overly aggressive.

Super friendly + fast! I love that I did not have to exit my vehicle & they had an attendant specifically designated to handle communication from the “pit crew” to me, like I was part of the team! They showed me things that needed to be changed, like the engine filter. As well as things that could go a bit longer. For example, my glove compartment air filter! I opted to change it. NEVER knew my car had an internal air filter, did you?!! They also provided a bottle of cold water! My experience was amazing 🤩 🚗

Thought they did good at the time of the oil change (a couple of weeks back), well today I was driving on the interstate and hear a loud scraping noise. I pull over and look under my car, and the front lower cover plate is just dangling down and missing 5 of the 8 screws that holds it in place. Guess they forgot to put all the screws in, so I now have to replace this out of my own pocket. Will go somewhere else next oil change.

Mr. Ron was the sweetest person ever and so polite and friendly getting my information and walking me through it! And Aaron was the kindest gentleman and offered to thoroughly clean off my windshield for me! When I mentioned a problem with my washer fluid sprayer (an issue I knew they couldn’t fix) a simple look under the hood showed that I had a clip loose and the issue was fixed like that!! I an SOO extremely grateful to the guys at Take 5! PLEASE go see them the next time you’re in need of an oil change because you will not regret it! 😁👏🏼

I was pleased using this company. They gave me a veteran discount and they were fast and efficient. The representative was very personable and did a great job!

The customer service there was really good. All the workers very friendly and answered all my questions and over all a nice experience. The prices were a little more than I pay at other places, however you can drive up in there and get the oil topped off and all the fluids in your car checked free of charge as long as its under the 3000 miles of the oil change. Which having a car that seems to burn oil before I need an oil change is a plus for me. Thank you guys for the great service. I will be a return customer.

We have been to the location in Fayetteville a couple of times and always received excellent service so we thought we would give this one a try.The guys at the Fort Smith location gave outstanding service and exceeded our already high expectations!

Quick and safe drive thru (stay in vehicle) oil change. They inspected hoses etc under the hood and indeed found a small leak in one. They were both professional and efficient.

This place is the BEST! 🤩 My dad has always came here even when they were Express Lube, and I never knew why he did because I always go to Walmart for my oil changes. I just think they’re all the same.. well now I’m gonna stop going to Walmart and go to an actual real auto care place!! Take 5 is on a whole nother level! Boy was this the best service ever! It was my first time there and I’m sort of a blonde and a little ditsy 😂 but they helped me out so much and made me feel so comfortable! They kept me updated on everything that they were doing step by step! Even gave me a cold water bottle right when I pulled in! Most convenient thing about this whole experience is that it’s ALL drive-thru! My oil change was so quick!! You don’t have to get out of your car and wait for an hour. Take 5 does the job fast and does it WELL! Thank you Tyler for being the best!! And to the other two!! All 3 of them were patient with me, a clueless girl! 😂 Take 5 you got a customer for life!
