I signed up for basic $33/month internet service to stream video 3 months ago. In those 3 months Ive seen 3 technicians and they have charged me everytime! Im ready to pay to cancel my service and do something else! No good company!!!
Very difficult to deal with. Just wanted to switch service over From my dead father over to my mother. They informed my I had to uninstall the working equipment and bring it to them and then they would give me the new equipment for me to install myself. They charge a lot of money for service when they want you to do the work.
Kait got me and my cable bill in order im not going autopay or paperless as long as i am serviced in ft smith im taking the current due upcoming charges right up to her face to face and oi do prefer that opportunity to pay in the upbeat Cox Cable store on Rogers
I found them to be more helpful in person with the things I needed, however their prices are out of this world and continue to rise. Because of that if I could find service less expensive I would take it.
I have had pretty bad service when I chated online. But when I went to this store Rosie was super helpful. She was nice and very knowledgeable. She helped solve my problems. Im very satisfied with her service.
Bad service in person and over the phone. Always have outages at least a few times a month in my area. Not reliable at all and over priced. There are better options out there and I highly recommend you pick something other than cox.
I had excellent customer service. The workers there were so nice and kind. A sweet gentlemen even held the door open for me, too. I had to go back the next day to get my bill resolved.
Cox is nothing but an senior service rip off. They will lie to you and tell you, you will only pay 60.00 dollars a month for a bundled deal but when the bill comes its $90.00. Then every year the price goes up and up to 140.00 now. When someone tells you something you wish to believe them but do not. They even look at files on your computer and I dont believe that is legal. My niece used my service and had a file on my computer that I did not know about but they did. I have had the speed measured many times and always comes in at 30 but they say 100. My TV loses connection many times and is lagging. My solution is cancel them and I did. I am now using a Jetpack MiFi from Verizon. It is only 30.00 Dollars a month and still have my computer and television for entertainment. It is lagging some but so was cox at 140.00 a month. I cant tell much difference so far. Lying is a sin even if it is your job.
As a business customer, this is not really where I needed to go. However, I must give the associate a glowing review. Knowledgeable and honest, his assistance did not go unrecognized. Thank you.

The only complaint I had with Cox cable was it was to high. I am a widow and could not keep paying the $165.00 per month.Had cable for 30 plus years.! To High.Getting a Antenna!!
So nice & helpful when purchasing service and equipment, non existent after the sale. No one wants to help, just tells us to call the 800 number. The manager wouldn’t come talk to us at all, told her staff to tell us she was busy and call the 800 number. The. 800 number shuffled us around and still no help unless we agree to a $10 monthly fee. We will be switching our service. I can’t believe the manager wouldn’t even come out to talk

To any and everyone who may be thinking of getting internet, if you have another option but cox that will give you good speed take it. I say this because I have had multiple issues with cox. when it works it works and is ok but if there is ever a issue with their system a tech will put a ticket in and then it will just sit in limbo until another team choses to pick it up and continue working on it. I have called multiple times and have found a big gap in their policies and procedures that has yet to be addressed. once that ticket is made there are zero ways to communicate with the team who would then work on it, so if it falls through the gap and is never picked up the only thing you are told is that you have to wait no matter how long it has already taken. There is no way to escalate or even communicate and ask the team that would work on it if there is an ETA or an issue that has prevented them. This huge gap can result in you just waiting for some team to hopefully find your ticket and choosing to work on it all the while you are still paying for services that you are not receiving. So again if you have the option to chose something else I would say do so.
Awsome people and service
Bought the gigablast and it’s worse then ATT’s cheapest plan. Had a tech come out and tell me that he cannot get any better service, but the sales rep keeps insisting that he can get me a “good deal” every time I call and complain about the speed. It’s all SALE SALE SALE with them and no actual follow through on the promises they make.
Whoever hired the Lon Pen person should be fired right along with her. Zero people skills. Zero customer service. Zero empathy. Zero consideration. If this is the best Cox has to offer, they’re in sorry shape. Pathetic
A gentleman that helped me was the most friendly gentleman Ive ever met especially in the cable place,. I could tell he might have been from Kenya cuz his accent was a little strange to me but I found him very nice and very eager to help and was more than helpful and even held the door for me when I walked out which was great!!
This place is a rip off. They promise one price for a year, then 2 months later the price more than doubles with no warning.

Worst company Their employees lie and tell u their complete care covers a service call to put a hook up in your childs room and then you get a bill for 100 more than it should be when its already high and they tell u oh well sorry you were misinformed but you still have to pay this $305 bill!
If could.give lower i would, so we had a schedule payment then they took 100 in a different payment, called said yes would give back, then took it back same day, then called again. The girl on phone said oh no we dont see it at all, asked for sup she put us on hold for an hour, sup said yes we can see it let me fix it, then got an email stating they cant fix it go through our bank, cox are lairs and thiefs as soon as we can afford to switch we will be and telling everyone not to use cox
Very nice people easy to work with, the staff will inform you of anything you have questions about. The staff is very knowledgeable about each product and the features they have. They also work with you to find the best service and price they can provide.
Paid my bill on time and set up payment plan when money was tight. Just got my bill it was nearly $600 called and they said they never received a payment. Would not recommend them. Going to At&t. Also they know my son is being home schooled . And I told them he needed the WiFi and they said it sounded like a personal problem.
Cox Communications has top-of-the-line devices when it comes to communicating.Ive been using their service for over a year now and have had very good service.
I tried to get internet set up. They looked up my address, said they could do it no problem. When I attempt to install I discover that theres no cable outlet in my apartment. So I called the store to explain my situation (I had to call at least 5 times, before they picked up the phone).The rep said that they could install a cable if I got written consent. Fair enough. My landlord apparently cant answer their phone either and I couldnt get written consent before the technician came over.I canceled the tech appointment and tried to call the store again, and I have currently called 5 times (about once every 10 mins) and the only greeting is voicemail. Im 4/10 upset that the digital communications store is having such difficulties answering a phone. If this is what I can expect, Id really rather just go without.Not to mention in order to install the outlet I need, there was going to have to be a pro installation which means another $75. Not a big deal. But its a kind of salt in the wound.
The people in the store are great.Not too busy. Got a receipt for the equipment and on my way.

Rude and very uncaring!! I showed up and found that they dont open up until 10am. It was 9:20am, so I knocked on the door to see if I could at least sit inside out of the heat and the lady was super rude and uncaring that its to hot to just wait outside in over 80* weather with no air. So just let your customers die in the heat, instead of being nice enough to just let them sit and wait for you to open. Nice company and excellent customer service you got going on there.
I went in to the location on Rogers Ave in Fort Smith to return two cable boxes. I was waited on promptly and after the boxes were returned I was given a discount on HBO, internet and DVR for being a loyal customer! Talk about great service! 5 stars from me!
My dad pays $207 every month. Got his recent bill and it was $246.6 . They dont tell anyone but you oy have 1,024 gigs of internet. And every 50 gigs you go over its $10. Thats something to tell people when getting internet. Also why should we have to watch how much internet we use and worry about going over when the bill is already a lil over $200. Internet is taking over the world and Cox sees that and gonna come up with some excuse to get some extra money.

The customer service is beyond piss poor, absolutely terrible. I have screenshots of chat agents blatantly lying, or transferring me to people who cannot resolve my issues as that is not in the scope of their job, they just pass you off in hopes of not getting a poor quality score. Use anyone else, literally. I refuse to visit the cox store as my two visits were also piss poor. 3 agents standing around 1 customer, 2 other agents just standing around chatting, meanwhile no one even acknowledges people walking in. Then they tried to assist a family that came in after me, the family had to tell them I was there first! Unbelievable! DO NOT USE COX

Was great until I ordered a ppv event. Watched the event a second time after a message on the TV said if I had already purchased I would not be charged a second time. Bill came and went from $146 a month to over $300 this month. On top of that the second time watching the event it was horrible quality blurry and no HD at all. Customer service was rude and had an attitude, told me they didnt see the message on the TV so I was stuck with the bill. Now Im stuck with a huge bill because of their loopholes to get out of helping me.
Never handles all my issues in one round. It should be 70 to move my router to a different room from what the installation tech said, went to move it, guy kept offering alternatives. Just shut up and take my money. Worst service ever especially on phone. If they didn’t have a monopoly on the internet I wouldn’t do business here. Unfortunately this is what we are stuck with.
Could not fix the problem so what good does it do to go there I cant get on my email address and I cant they say I dont have an account the right hand doesnt know what the left hand is doing one person tells me the theres an outage for email addresses nobody knows whats going on not worth the damn thank you

They keep increasing charges all the time. I wouldnt recommend them for any services. You can get a hotspot on you phone and a Bluetooth for your tv and you have internet for your computer. I pay 1 bill for all...cell phone, internet and all kinds of Tele channels for 80 dollars less than Cox Bill.
Long line but the wait was minimal. Great customer service and friendly people. Ive always complained about Cox high prices, but the store was almost as good of an experience as you can have.
They were courteous but cox cable is way overpriced. You have to pay for channels that are in a foreign language to get the English speaking ones and to get a channel you want you may have to buy 5 that you dont.
The COX store in Van Buren was closed fairly recently. I tried to call a local store in Fort Smith Ar to make sure it was still open. Instead of a simple call, I spent minutes listening to needless chatter about services and offers I had absolutely no interest in. How difficult can it be to list the phone number of a local store instead transferring the call to an automated system? Extremely poor customer service choice.
After the third installer came out and couldnt figure out what the problem was with my internet, I decided to investigate myself. Yup, the first installer ran it right through my drain pipe.

Cox gave me a new receiver no problem & also considered me a loyal customer & reduced my bill $15 first month & from then $10 reduced from my bill for 11 months which is a year long bill discount all it takes is a phone call to cox to get that discount
