Absolutely awful...TL/DR:Terrible service.Only 60% uptime.Archaic speeds.Week(s) long lapses in service.We have had wind stream for about 10 years now and in that time we only have internet 60%of the time. We pay for 25 mbps speeds but only get 7, the customer service is god awful, there have been multiple time when we have gone weeks without service, when you do FINALLY get a technician to come help, they usually dont have the tools or materials to fix the problem. Luckily they are not the only game in town anymore and we will be switching providers no matter what the cost.

I got Windstream when I got married and moved where I am with my wife. They came bundled with DirecTV at the time. We got rid of direct years later and kept Windstream. They have been a great internet/phone provider. They have always been great at troubleshooting any problems that arise (which is rare) and been good to upgrade our router when they finally quit working. They have also given us a few free upgrades to our internet. Started out at 5mbps now at 21mbps no extra charges. I think they installed fiberoptic where we live which is odd because we are in the boonies but it has been fantastic.
