I have never attended this establishment before and dont plan on i did however attempt calling them to inform them of someone using what they learn from there establishment to start fights rather than defend themselves and or stop a fight from happening and all i got in return was attitude and an invitation to come learn to fight to even the playing field instead got to say very poor behavior by someone who is involved in teaching a art that can cause serious injury or death.

The coaches there are amazing! And very encouraging! Staff is very friendly as well :) I have been working out there for almost 4 weeks and can definitely notice the difference! Its not like your regular gym where you just go and hope you know what your doing, no these are classes, boxing, kickboxing, mma, etc. They are thoughtful and helpful to each other, nice atmosphere! My kids love it and the kid combat class :)
