We are avid gym people who love to work out. Having said that, the vibe at this gym is off. When my wife had to switch her work/school schedules she decided to change gyms…I paid for her cancellation fee $90, then she was charged twice for the annual memberships $54.00 x 2 ($108.00) and twice for another month $34.95 ($70.00), you have to give a written 30 day notice mind you and it was 28 days…after all that no one, I mean not one person could explain all the double billing, continuous billed month, annual fee after i cancelled. Needless to say it should not cost $400.00 to cancel a simple gym membership!!! I followed suit and quit the gym as well, we’re much happier at the gym we are at now. Oh did I mention that the girl at the front desk hated being bothered, and when she did look up from her phone she had no answers for anything….wowwwww is all we have to say about this gym….hope you found this helpful and have a great day!

The best gym I have ever went too. The staff is friendly and helpful. The gym is clean and well organized. Well worth the membership!!

Great place to work out with everything you could need. The staff was very friendly and the manager Paul was easy to work with. They had ample cleaning supplies in all areas for sanitation of equipment. One of the few gyms Ive been at that has a fully functional sauna for after working out. I will definitely be coming back to this location.

I must admit Edward located at, 10gym on Rogers Ave. in Fort Smith, Ar, has the best personality possible. He greets you with a smile that’s genuine and will take the time to make sure that your needs are met without hesitation!!! Edward is in the perfect field because he makes you feel at home, comfortable, and welcomed!!! This is the perfect field for such an awesome man such as Edward!!! I wouldn’t ask for no other than Edward!!! Edward, Edward, is the man if no one else can do it, I know Edward can!!! Please go visit 10gym and become a member it’ll be worth every restaurant meal passed for that future body and health! Stay fit, safe, and practice social distance!!!

Terrible employers they do not care, the girl who works at the front when asked a question or even to go tanning she get irritated that she has to look up from her phone, couldn’t even deadlift on the deadlifting platform unless I’m quiet and putting the bar down like a new born child needless to say I ended up canceling and paying a 90$ cancellation fee, then got charged for the next month (twice) 34.95$ and then I got hit with the yearly annual fees.. so 200 approximately to cancel a gym memeberships.. night as well add a lunk alarm like planet fitness!DO NOT GO here, good gym equipment constantly packed 24/7, bad employers and management

I am really impressed with the Fort Smith AR location of 10Gym.It is a very welcoming place. I went there to check it out .I was greeted by the Assistant General Manager, named Whitney.She was very through in her knowledge of the business.She gave me a very detailed tour of the gym, answering any questions I had.Love the classes they provide for their members. Its geared for any skill level. My favorite is the Zumba class..So much fun.😁The gym was super clean, several stations of disinfectants for the members to use. I love they have 2 different tanning options too..bed and stand up booths. The sauna was a great addition too.1Overall I would recommend this gym over any Ive been to. While your there, ask for Whitney, she will take care of you 😊

I have been looking for a new gym for awhile now and have to say Whitney made my first time visit to 10 Gym very friendly & welcoming! She helped me with my workout routine and I lost over 13 pounds in two weeks thanks to her my summer body is ready. 5 star - I love this place!

Very clean and well kept! The classes are awesome and they have great selection of equipment. The staff is super nice and helpful! Whitney signed me up, she was very friendly and informative! Definite recommend!

10 gym is one of the best, affordable, and very professional gyms here in fort smith. If your looking for space, this place is very spacious unlike other gyms where they are mostly cramped and crowded. This place could be full with people but will still have the area of your own personal space.Spoke with one of the managers tonight or staffs I believe,Edward was easy and very understandable over on the phone and in person, he helped one of my friends coming in tonight and tried helping my friend to sign up but the systems were down so he offered him many ways to make it up for him and also still got him to sign up!Again this place is very recommended, it’s very clean, it’s not smelly, it’s got everything you need literally. Staff are super friendly, cool, and professional as well. As a newcomer this gym is worth the price.

10Gym has been great so far! The daycare does amazing with my children and the facility is always so clean. The staff are super friendly as well.

Just retired after 20 years in the Army. I have been all over and attended dozens of gyms. 10GYM in Ft Smith is easily one of the best. The staff are always friendly and personable. I didnt think on my second day they would already recognize me by name and face. The facilities are always well maintained and clean. The equipment t is everything I need and more (except we could use some 105lb dumbells lol). I am extremely happy to have found this gym and at an affordable rate. My home away from home.

The best of the gym worlds, with machines, free weights, different training areas, group classes, sauna, hydro massage, and more, you really cant beat it for the prices. The space is large, which makes for a safer pandemic-workout, and everything is new and clean. Im glad I joined, and Im looking forward to working out here. One recommendation is to have more hand sanitizing stations.

I was in Fort Smith for work and thr gym on Fort Chaffey was closed by the time I got to town. Paul at 10GYM was extremely accommodating to myself and the three other individuals with me. The gym itself is amazing. Everything is extremely clean. All the weights are put in the proper spots. The layout of the gym is top notch. Other gyms need to take note. The staff was very friendly. My only complaint is not living here permanently to become a member permanently. I will highly recommend this gym to anyone that wants a great experience and a awesome gym. Thabk you again Paul.

If your not going to this gym and still going to planet fitness, what are you doing with your life! This gym has everything and more for the same price as planet fitness! Love it here!

Music is awful unless you are 12 and loosing your first boyfriend. Other then that not a bad gym

Been coming here every day after work since the beginning of December. Very clean, friendly staff and great equipment.

Gym is clean. Its big, multiple sets of free weights. Has a sauna and hydromassages. I went today on opening day, Ill be honest if you are thinking of this one. For the price its a great choice.

The way they make people pay out what they owe and there pay out is highly unacceptable and I don’t see y they would make someone pay that

I absolutely enjoy this gym, it’s clean well organized, has great addminitiess, it is filled with great staff and a great experience all in all. I am grateful to be working here.

The only thing I really don’t like is it’s hours y close at 9 I guess the kids they hire have a curfew I can’t stay up past nine if it was up to me it be open from 4 till like 11 at night

Only thing I can say is I wish it was 24/7. Because I sometimes have to use the weekend to catch up on workouts and Friday 7am-7pm/ Saturday 8am-7pm is hard for me to get a workout in that time frame...
