THE therapist was awesome, giving me a set of exercises. that seem perfect for my issues. Im quite impressed & feel strongly that doing them faithfully will help - a lot.

I love how many classes they have to offer and the freedom to do your own personal workout. I also love that after a hard workout i can enjoy the sauna or hot tub .

Nice place to workout or just stay fit with classes in the water or in small groups.

They have 10 dollar day passes which I use as Im only here occasionally. Good sized place. Basketball court. Mostly machines. One dumbbell rack with about 5 benches to use. One squat rack. One Smith machine. No good place for deadlifts. Couple bench press set ups.

You guys need to update when youre opening on the recording. It says March 30th, well its April 1st and youre still not open.... great place to work out tho... little pricey but good overall

Love the equipment! Mercy Fitness has exercise equipment for every part of your body! I really enjoy the workouts and the people are very nice!!! 5 stars!!!⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

First, they don’t allow your kids in the pool area but from 12-2 on Saturday and Sunday, so I can’t teach my kids to swim! Second, your start are a bunch of airheads, who only worry about flirting with each other, while the gymIs disgustingly dirty! Filthy towels in the locker room, soaked, missing soap from the showers, broken equipment, and probably the worse, indecent expose in the sauna. They don’t patrol it, monitor it, clean it, and they don’t even take their job seriously. For 100 bucks a month, y’all are a joke. Some of staff needs to be training. I have pics of such nastiness - you allow people to shave in your sauna naked. Very disturbing. I would stay as far away from this as possible. One of the grosses places I’ve very been. Check out the other gyms in town, I’ll be canceling my membership.

Facilities are designed with participants comfort and convenience in mind. Super clean and well organized. Womens locker room is perfect to do a full shower, hair do, makeup etc. Love days I can spend a leisurely afternoon there. Just unwind in the atmosphere!

Always feel great after working out

I love this gym. It has everything from wait, cross training equipment, to a pool, sauna which falls, and everything in between. Its the full gym experience for a very decent price. It is also attached attached to the Mercy Hospital work program so if you work there you get in for a little work right so you can attach it to your paycheck it just offers a lot of the perks to people so I consider this the best gym in town.

I like the wide variety of equipment, the saunas, and the pool access. The staff members are friendly and very helpful if you have any questions. I just started going to this location, and I can already feel a difference.

I go there for therapy. I receive pretty good treatment there, I believe, except for the fact that the girl that is supposed to be massaging me is always trying to sell me something. I asked her about it and she said that she doesnt receive a commission for the sales, however, Why does she KEEP UP THE Sales gig, I try to skip that service when possible. I also go to, to what I feel is the real therapist and he gives me orders and shows me excersises that have seemed to help a lot.

They do a great job of individual needs being identified, and then giving good therapy plans and help.

Excellent fitness center! Great staff and very clean facility. Definitely a relaxed atmosphere with a varying level of fitness enthusiasts - from beginners to experts. I am always able to find someone who can give me advice or encouragement!

Love these kind helpful people. Know how to help get a body back to independent living. Appreciate these people very much and they are full of helpful tips on exercise

These guys really seem to close at and keep whatever hours they feel like. I sure wish I could remember to call ahead of each and every visit to see if they feel like closing early that day... I could save myself a lot of aggravation.... Actually, what I really need to do is move my membership to another gym.

Wow, unimpressed. Planet Fitness disrespected me hard and I was eager to change gyms. But after touring mercys gym I was shocked at how far into disrepair it had fallen. Equipment was either falling apart or just plain dirty. The showers had a mildew smell noticable the moment i walked into locker room.Possibly if a trial day was offered Id have comeback in a week in hopes I was just there on an off day. But with the price of a trial day I could pay for over a month at PF and despite being insulted by staff at PF atleast it is clean and equipment is in good repair.I really expected better from what was once Fort Smiths top gym.

Spoke with the manager a few times, my impression was that she did not want someone asking her questions, or maybe because I am a person of color, either way her manner was not acceptable to a paying member

The people that work here are great!! I always enjoyed seeing them when I walked through the door generally during the summer!!

This place has classes and a good variety of machines to work out on, however I wish they would expand their facility someday.

Not a bad gym but if your serious about making a real change and building your body theres a better option in Fort Smith.

This is not a place for someone looking for the cheapest gym in town. This gym has it all. Free weights, machines, cardio machines, separate room for women training, a couple mirrored rooms for yoga, bathrooms with plenty of showers, plenty of comodes, separate steam rooms, separate saunas, a pool, hot tub, a therapy pool, a halfcourt basketball court with 3 total goals, a track inside, even a tennis court. If you want amenities and a very detailed gym... This is your gym.
