EDIT** Russ Berryhill personally called to resolve this issue. We were extremely pleased with his professionalism and initiative to reach out to us. Although we have already obtained coverage through another company, Mr. Berryhill did everything he could to make us feel valued and appreciated as clients. We are confident Berryhill Insurance Group as a whole is very professional and great to work with. **Several months after receiving a quote from Kim Dillon, well after paying our annual premiums, we were told sorry, an additional fee was owed. It wasn’t a lot of money, but due to the horrible attitude and complete lack of professionalism, we decided to move on to another agency. When issued our refund for the remainder of the year, Kim withheld the amount she had misquoted saying it was a balance owed. Even after providing several documents showing the amount quoted and amount paid were correct, Kim refused to accept any responsibility or even acknowledge a miscommunication on her part, attempting to place “blame” on us, the customer.

Kim has taken care of my business insurance needs better than I could have ever expected. Ive never had to wait to long and shes been extremely helpful. I would HIGHLY recommend Berryhill Insurance Group.
