Arvid has taken care of all of our needs with patience and kindness. He has been known to call us at 9pm to confirm that our claim was being dealt with. This was after he just had some major health issues. That is going above and beyond!My daughter was involved in an accident and Arvid was with us every step of the way when the other driver decided to file a lawsuit. I have a large family and we are loyal to State Farm and very loyal to Arvid!
