I like the insurance and the people are friendly but, I got a late charge for my payment not going through. After I had an email confirmation that my payment was processed. A week later they call and tell me that I need to fix my information and my payment wasnt processed. Great. Then they charge me a late charge for a mistake that either party couldve made. Since I set everything up with them face to face. First payment with the company and first/only mistake. Couldnt wave the late charge. That isnt to customer satisfaction oriented.
