I helped out my mom after she was forced to go on disability due to a heart condition. I had her set up auto payments from my bank account to cover her expenses when she had to stop work, and before her disability came through (really wish I could give the government a negative 5 stars for that mess). She cancelled her State Farm policy, but Sean made a mistake and did not stop the auto withdrawals. I didnt notice until a few months later. As soon as I discovered the error I called his office and they said Sean was busy and would call me back. He never did. I called State Farm customer service and they issued a refund for the latest month, but needed Seans office to do the remaining refunds. I called his office and talked to two people multiple times, but never Sean. I was told he would call back and he NEVER did. Still hasnt. Its been a month and he still owes me close to $400 in charges he was supposed to stop. I have been patient. I asked his office to call me back today, for the 5th time, and he failed to do so. I am sure i will get refunded the money owed to me, State Farm customer service has said they could see the error, but Sean has to submit some documents or make a request from his side. Poor customer service. Im just glad it was coming out of my account and not my Moms. It was bad enough she had to lose her car due to being forced onto disability, but to be ignored and discarded once they have your money (on their error) is sad.
