I had to jump on here and let the kind people of my state of Arkansas know that I wouldnt trust another soul with my insurance needs. They have guided me through childrens growing insurance needs, my husbands death, our other policies and always give me sound advice for the right price. They protect my family and my business, home & property and personally check up on me when Ive had to make a claim to guarantee complete satisfaction! If youre looking for honest people with Christian values who will treat you fairly and like family you must use this agency. I have dealt with the owner, John, on several occasions. He pulled quotes for me multiple times as I wasn’t ready to switch providers the first time and kept getting new vehicles. Not only has he been professional and polite in all of these interactions, but he gives back to his local communities!! Who doesn’t want to support a business that gives back? In addition to all of that, he also makes sure to pay his employees a living wage. There are many business owners who could take their lead from John. This guy is rude, and is abusive. If he doesnt like something you say on Facebook he will call you names, be abusive, and even brag that he has more money that you and ask you to compare bank accounts. His wife runs and illegal business out of their home with no business liscense and breaks cottage laws. He is shady in every sense of the word. He just starts attacking people out of nowhere just because he doesnt agree with them. However once asked to meet in person and say those things to my face the coward backed down and all of sudden his comments were gone. Hes a big man behind a keyboard but a coward in person. He degrades women and is just flat out a coward.

Great customer service!! I work 6 days a week and I have to constantly have to talk to customers, and I am unable to call and search for rates and shop for insurance. My sister told me that her insurance company texts her and that she only had to call to finalize. I went out on a limb and decided to try them and I am so glad I did!
