After 9 years with Shelter we are so glad to be leaving. They have been sticking it to us acting as if they have been giving us the best deal by rewording our policies, however, we have actually been OVER PAYING by $400 X 2 on our car insurance. After a recent move to Texas, in which we let them know, they rewrote our homeowners policy yet included the SAME coverage and are charging us $228 dollars more a year because we no longer live there. Thank God Shelter doesnt cover Texas, or we would still be getting screwed. Disappointed in the coverage and customer service when told sorry nothing we can do without even checking in to it. Run and dont look back!
