Long review. but read fully if you desire *BEWARE I STRONGLY DONT RECOMMEND HIS SERVICES*My car broke down on the turnpike on Easter, 2020. And Covid-19 didn’t make the situation better, so i respect the man for coming out. Upon arrival he starts backing up to the car, doesn’t even get out so i’m flagging him to stop because i clearly see the bumper is lower than the arms of the tow truck. He proceeds to back up to hook the car any way, initially cracking the bumper and leaving deep scratches. he then gets out and says why didn’t you tell me it was lowered? I can see his point but that was the last thing on my mind in the situation i was in. when we get to the drop off location the car bottoms out on the trucks arms not allowing it to be dismounted, he continues to try and unhook the car resulting in denting my brand new intercooler not even a month old, and rips my entire bumper off, only one bolt was left holding it on. i took pictures before the tow, while it was being towed, and the aftermath. he then charged me $235 to tow it 21 miles and insist cash only and doesn’t provide a receipt. I get the car home and assess the damages and easily it’s $500 if not more worth of damage. i have text messages of him admitting to causing the damages and claims it was accidental and that he’s a christian and would like to do anything he can to help. so i tried to be civil and asked for $125 back to replace the new intercooler. He says he can’t best he can do is $35. It’s extremely shady and not very christian like, but in a situation like this religion doesn’t belong, it’s about a business and being an honest good person. being refunded for the entire amount of the tow would have been the easiest route, and i would have been happy with that. due to his failure to comply and make things right after being given 2 days prior to the tow and multiple text messages and phone calls, i had no choice but file a law suit, and BBB claims report. the reason i don’t recommend his service is because he said if he would of known it was lowered he would of brought the right truck, and whenever someone with a lowered vehicle calls he denies the tow, and lets another company deal with it. he also said he’s shown up at the scene and realized the vehicle was lowered and he kept driving. so i’m confused as to why he proceeded with the tow... was it because i’m a young 21 year old man, and he thought he could make quick money and i wouldn’t take legal actions? or is it because he needed the money that bad. either way he did not properly handle the situation, and will now have to pay DOUBLE or more than what he received for the tow to cover the expenses of all the damage he “accidentally” did to my vehicle.

Mr. Willy went out of his way to help us when we had a flat tire on I-95. The road ranger put a spare tire for us and we drove to his business after hours and he put on a new tire. We had to do that because we were towing a trailer; otherwise, we wouldnt have made it to our home with the spare tire. Mr. Willy was very patient, friendly and courteous. Recommended!

Willie came in response to a Good Sam service call for my RV’s tire that was hissing at me after running over a large screw. While I was expecting a quick swap with the spare, he asked if I wanted it fixed instead. The price was extremely fair to get it done, so I agreed and he promptly got it fixed. He was very professional, and let me shadow him while he worked, and explained everything very well. There were a couple of hiccups, as with most situations, but he responded professionally and I could tell his integrity was important to him, and he was eager to do a good job - and he did!
