I own a Toyota 4 Runner. Last night, I had a flat tire and called emergency roadside assistance through my Toyota 4 Runner. This service was a huge issue. I called three times and two of the three calls they hung up on me. The first call was placed at 8:20 pm. I did not get roadside assistance until 10:40 pm. Way too long to wait in an empty parking lot. Inexcusable. I would NOT recommend anyone purchase the service from Toyota it’s a huge waste of money. The roadside service was also a huge problem waiting from 8:20 til 10:40 was not a pleasant experience.John D’Agostino. Stranded in Paradise Florida.

I cant say enough good things about my experience with this company! Specifically, that of my tow truck driver, Sam. My 2018 Chevrolet Silverado Duramax shut off in front of Chick-fil-A during the lunch hour rush. As if that wasn’t inconvenient enough I was also parked directly in front of the front door of the business with cars on either side during this extremely busy time. My driver, Sam, called in less than an hour saying he was on his way but when I told him where and how I was parked he knew he had his work cut out for him. After trying to jump the truck off, to no avail we knew it had to be towed. With very little parking lot space to do so, Sam blocked the entrance to the drive thru with his truck and had to push my VERY LARGE truck out of the parking spot to even have the possibility of towing it. He was able to get the truck out, loaded and onto his truck in less than 10 minutes, even with the insane 100 degree heat and angry blocked Chick-fil-A customers. As a female, alone, in an unfamiliar area, this guy seriously came in clutch and I could not be more grateful for him. I know it’s his job to do all of this but he really went above and beyond. I can only hope his employer is as appreciative of him as I was and realizes what an asset he is to this company.

Fast arrival, friendly driver, fair price

I called to ask if the estimated arrival time for the tow given by the insurance company was accurate. This way I could have someone pick me up after. You know..The normal procedure when you arrange a tow through your insurance company. When I called, I reached a passive aggressive “man” that didnt understand while I was calling. Come to find out, thats the owner. It amazes me how businesses/people think they can act towards people. I didnt use them for my tow.

Friendly, Professional and Gave Gr8 advice

Our Tow truck driver, Brandon showed up before the est. time we were given and was a very polite young man. When our car broke down all the shops were closed for the day and since we didnt know this area Brandon went above and beyond a tow service and called a nearby hotel to see if they had available rooms and after leaving the car at the shop he brought us to the hotel. We will always use this company because of the outstanding service provided and we also tipped him very well because he deserved it. Highly recommended!

They explained how everything works as far as getting into my car, insurance picking up, what to expect, etc. This was very helpful to me. The driver that picked up my car was very nice - they have rules / process they have to follow - and they do follow them.

I called to get a tow to the mechanics and this place didn’t want my business. It seemed like everything was going well until they took my credit card information. Then it turned into me taking pictures. Emailing them with a copy of my drivers license and a picture of the front and back of the credit card. I said I don’t work for you and if you need all that the tow truck driver can do it. They said good bye and hung the phone up. Call another place.

Very busy location, with tons of cars getting picked up after accidents. That being said, you actually get amazing service from these guys. With multiple injuries making it difficult for me to do anything, the manager let me sit in his office chair while my paperwork was sorted and he explained the process thoroughly. then, the seriously nice yard guy helped me unload my wrecked car and move our stuff to the rental car. Didn’t even have to ask. When you’re dealing with a bad accident, it is little things like this that really help make this horrible time a little easier. Thanks guys!!!

I had a blow out and needed a tow. The dispatcher told me 20 min. However, she called back and said it would be about 15 more minutes. I was pleased at the communication. I was hooked up and delivered without incident. Driver was pleasant and actually made me laugh to lighten up my nervousness. Definitely recommend this company to all. Hey we all have those bad days, but we need to speak out more on the good days for our local businesses.

They did the job they were contacted to do with no issues. Friendly staff for having to deal with a wide range of customers, some not too pleasant.But they did their job with no issues, no reason to get anything less than 5 stars.

Crocked people with a disgusting attitude. He told me do i want help finding him or not. then charged 310$ for 12 hours storage then said cash only after i called 2 times and showed up with my card. There worse then trash

I highly recommend this place, if you need their services. Unlike the lying, thieving Tri-County Towing people, the people at Auto Rescue are honest.

Auto Rescue was dispatched to me thru Geico roadside assistance. The technician worked fast and did everything he could to make it as painless an experience as possible. He did a great job making a bad situation bearable, and did his best to position me to save money when I eventually got my car repaired.

I worked for them for two weeks and they fired me because i refused to put in 14-20hr days. They over work their drivers to the point of exhaustion. That is why one of their drivers ran a red light and killed an elderly woman. All of their equipment is outdated and not up to par. Stay away from these people. Call another company.

Auto rescue is absolutely the best company, the owner and his crew provide excellent customer service. They are extremely professional and experienced with all kinds of situations when it comes to towing or any road side assistance. I highly reccomend this company above all other companys on the Treasure Coast. I also would like to thank the owner and his crew for always taking excellent care of me and my family when we call for assistance with our vehicles. You guys are the absolute best..

They damage peoples property and doesnt clean up after themselves.they dumped transmission fluid or power steering fluid all over the parking lot and tried to shovel dirt out of a pot hole to make the pot hole deeper, to cover the spill. Still a slipping hazard for my customers.

Towed after accident no contact from company while they racked up charges on my account without me being aware or informed. Would not recommend to anyone.

Absolutely the wost towing company. I had my vehicle moved and they hit my truck with a tree damaging the driver side. Didnt call to let me know and moved my truck to another location that I didnt approve them to do. Tried to fix the damage. My truck is still messed up

I can not fathom that these reviews were from actual customers.Unprofessional driver, no contact from the owner to resolve the issue.It should not take 2.5 hours to get a minivan on the truck bed.
