The nices thing that happened at this place was the lady behind the glass giving me compliments on my blouse. It cost me $2000, plus paying tolls and milage for 2 trucks, although it was only one car. In total I paid $2334, this includes storage of $24 daily, it was there for 12 days.Plus paid for them to drop my car off at a junk yard was an additional $98. There is no remorse for the customer and to make it worse I waited longer for them to drop it off so I could retrieve my stuff from the vehicle.The car was in worse condition aftrr they picked it up. If they offer you to give them your title DO NOT Do IT!! Call 2nd Chances about 2 miles away and you get more for your junk car. This place is special in more ways than one but I had no choice in this situation.

My truck was in an accident on Saturday 11/14 on Floridas Turnpike going north. The officers on scene selected and called the tow company. Tri County showed up to load my truck onto a flat bed, while loading they had no concern for my vehicle as they had already assumed it was totaled. They pulled my truck onto their flat bed at an angle and the front tires were bending at that time. On Tuesday 11/17 my truck was towed to my house with a missing front tire and a completely bent exhaust. They snapped my front driver tire completely off, along with the brakes and brake line. They also twisted my exhaust into a pretzel. Im not asking for anything other than the company to take liability for the damages caused while my truck was in their care. The company claims that since the tow was called in by an officer, that they are NOT LIABLE for ANY damages that occur to the vehicle. This is 100% inaccurate, (Fla. Stat. 715.07(2)(a)(8) - Tow companies are liable for any damage negligently caused to the vehicle). FHP will also confirm that this is inaccurate. I am doing my due diligence to take all the proper steps to hold them accountable, but I want to give a huge fair warning to anyone else needing a tow company. Look elsewhere!

They lost my email to authorize my insurance co to pick up my damaged vehicle. I told them Id be away for 10 days out of phones reach. So when I got back a week later my car didnt get to the repair shop. What may have happened is they lost my email granting authorization in spam or something. I have a copy of said email but they wouldnt help with a rental I now need costing hundreds of dollars. They were unapologetic with an attitude.Thanks tricounty for costing me a ton of money!!!Im told this is a common practice plus if you call one location you often get one of there other locations. The women must answer at home with the sound of dogs and kids at home is what I remember.

Called in and spoke with Jaime, I had taken it upon myself to call her to offer assistance with payment, instead.. from the moment she got on the call she was extremely rude, curt and short. Not the way to do Business!

HORRIBLE. I do not recommend this company!! The office personnel has horrible customer service..they’re rude and very unhelpful!They must not have any work because of the terrible customer service they offer because they were so quick to go pick up my forklift, however the driver sat at my home with the forklift loaded for 4 hours raking up the price. When I attempted to fix the issue they basically told me you better hurry and pay the driver in CASH before I raise the price again. $1200 for a 45 minute drive. Any other towing place is better than this one!

This place is the worst, my husband had an accident in his truck, he had a towing company there and the cops did not allow that towing truck to take it, instead they had this people take the truck with no ones permission, we called all day long, they did not know how much it was going to be or when we can pick up the truck, after 24 hours we showed up and they still did not know how much it was going to be and when the paperwork was going to be ready, they make you pay cash and the lady I spoke to was nasty and rude, people make sure to not use this company, no wonder they have 2 stars, they should have 0! They are rude, unprofessional, nasty, not prepared, shady and a ripoff.

Cost me over $250 for them to bring me gas less than 2 mile away from a station on the toll road. They have lots of trucks running up and down the tollway so its not like they came any great distance. I feel like they take advantage of people who dont have a choice.

This has to be the WORST service i have ever received in my entire life. This towing company made me wait 9 hours for them to tow my vehicle to a location that was only 12 minutes from their facility!!!! At first they refused to release my car to AAA after i paid over $500 to get it back after i got into a devastating accident so i had to pay an additional $130 . These people were beyond rude and when my car was finally returned to me after begging them to bring it, the fuse box to my car was open and the vehicle would not start. Please if you care about your sanity DO NOT give your business to these people. If i could rate them 0 stars i would!!!!

6/21 I watched these idiots block an intersection so a “service van” could run a red light. In the process 3 cars got pushed almost all the way off the road. Exiting the turnpike a flatbed drive thru the median and almost plowed into my car. Your not cops or emergency vehicles, there is no need for you to run a red light and endanger my life or my sons life who was in car with me.

The most disorganized, rude and least customer service friendly towing company I’ve worked with. Every single person I interacted with was beyond rude and refused to listen, they did everything in their power to keep the vehicle as long as they could and did not return some of my property. They told me I would have to drive back despite living two hours away, them having my totaled vehicle AND multiple times of telling them I have injuries that prevent me from even being able to drive. They were an utter nightmare and avoid them at all costs. It’s a shame they take advantage of people who are already in a vulnerable position. They put a bad name on anyone involved in the vehicle accident assistance injury.

I went there looking to pick up belongings my daughter had left in her vehicle after a crash the day before. The person behind the glass told me, I was not allowed to get anything out of the vehicle . They said they would get someone to bring me all items from the vehicle, to my surprise they even took photos of the car with my cell phone . The staff was very friendly and helpful to my needs.

I had my car towed on i95, didnt have the spare tire I went to my house an hr away to grab it big mistake when I come back my car was towed, dont leave your car unattended better to leave someone in there so people dont take it it cost me $668 for getting out cause they grab it on Saturday and the office dont work after 5pm and no work on Sunday I had to take a leave at work on Monday and cost me a fortune, prices are astronomical had a flat tire but they didnt allow me to change it or get it out of the premises, so i had to give them the spare tire and they said they will charge me $75 to swap it I wish they remove it from AAA will report this to BBB they are amazingly expensive a very nice lady with a service dog was waiting for about an hr to get cause her mobile home was towed by AAA im pretty sure she will pay over 500 cause AAA pays certain amount of the bill. My son and his girlfriend had a baby, my son parked in a tow away spot which he did not see at the time, being in the hospital for 4days he was unaware that his car was towed. He reached out to Tri County Tow to tell them it was an accident, they are heartless thieves, charged them $380 because my son had called the police . ! They could of been nicer about it considering they just had a baby. Everyone’s out to make a buck!

I was in a car accident and my car got totaled. The high way patrol called them. When I went to get my belongings, they did not allow me to get my stuff and said its against their policy but prior to that I called to ask them to get something from my car and they told me that, they are not allowed to go through my belongings, which made no sense. When I went to go pick up my stuff the young man brought out some of my items and I told him, its missing a necklace which he claims wasnt there, so I asked for him to check again. He did and came back with my watch. I never got my necklace back. The workers there are extremely rude and unprofessional. If I could rate this a zero I would. They have no remorse or compassion for what people go through. I was in a accident which was not my fault and I was taken advantage of by this company.

I was in a car accident and was recommended to use Tri County Towing in the Fort Pierce area. The man who towed my vehicle was super nice. Unfortunately the office lady Julia was an absolute disrespectful embarrassment of nightmare. The fact that she is so sarcastic, rude and has the audacity to speak with such disrespect is so embarrassing to this company. Going forward I will never use this towing company due to her disrespectful behavior and lack of professionalism. I feel really sorry someone at her age can be so disgusting to act the way she did an thinks that’s ok. When I told her I would leave a review she laughed an said she doesn’t care it will be deleted. Hopefully they find better office help to represent the company.

This company is very unprofessional. My car was towed while visiting a friend in the visitor parking spot . I speak to Ashley on the phone who said it will be $252 to pick up my car. I get there and the price went up to $272.52 when not even 30 minutes went by I spoke with her. James who came out . That’s a truck driver was very Rude and Unprofessional just like the big boss who came and left after I requested to spoke with someone . No accommodations what so ever when they were wrong for towing my car from visitor parking . James stated that they take pictures before towing but not once have I ever received or seen any picture of my car being parked in the wrong spot ! Just money Hungry and do not care what so ever !

Disgusting treatment. My daughter was in an accident and the police called Tri County Automotive & Towing. The person who picked up the car did not let her get her belongings out of the car, he did not wait even 5 minutes. She had valuables in the trunk, which did not open right away. He did not let her retrieve her things. We called Tri County at 4:15pm from the nearby Cleveland Clinic where my daughter was taken to, to inform them that we would immediately come over to pick up the things in the car. Of course, they would not accommodate us and informed us that they close at 4:30pm. We even offered to pay them to stay 10 more minutes. Thus, we had to come back the next day all the way from Fort Lauderdale to get the things. But the worst was the Mafia treatment I got the next day. I was not allowed to see my car and take the belongings out. Actually, they forced me to sign a document that I received all the content of the car BEFORE I actually received them. I answered that I would gladly sign this document after I received our belongings, so there would be a complete list. I refused to sign this document and was told in that case I would not get my things. I call this extortion.

Don’t expect to retrieve anything from the vehicle. While there were a couple of courteous drivers, the shop staff and owner are completely unprofessional and rude. Owner almost fired a driver for trying to explain policy to me. Inside staff won’t explain anything, just keep leading you on until you cough up the ransom. They claim to have someone go retrieve personal effects for you but if they can’t, you have to wait until you pay ($1700 for us) to get the car out and by then any tools or valuables are gone. They don’t let anyone in the yard to retrieve items or get a closer look at the damage despite having a power of attorney and even a lawyer calling ahead for you.

This outfit is a scam.My daughters car was totaled on the Florida turnpike and because she hit a guard rail, she had to use a towing service from this place instead of AAA. This happened on Dec 22. Today, Dec 29, my husband and I drove to Fort Pierce to retrieve what was left of her car. We were charged $450 just to get the car. When we asked to see the car, the rude woman we never saw, who was behind a mirrored wall, told us we werent allowed to see it. We told her we wanted to drive it out and she said it couldnt be driven.We called AAA and when I told her they were on the way, she said, Interstate Towing isnt allowed on our property. And, of course, that was who AAA had called. So I called AAA back and explained the situation. They said they would find another company for towing. BY this time, wed been waiting about 3 hours.I finally asked the the rude woman we never saw how much they would charge to tow the car to our home. $575. I walked away to call AAA again but a dispatcher from AAA called me just then.Hed been calling around to the various towing companies they deal with and was told each time that they werent allowed on the Tri-County lot.. In other words, the MO here is that they prohibit other towing companies from entering their property so that you finally break down and have to use them. They also lie.With the AAA dispatcher on the phone with me, I walked back to the rude woman and asked which companies they permitted on the property. She gave me 2 names. The dispatcher said hed already called the first company and was told they arent allowed on Tri-County property. When I told the rude woman this, she replied, I dont know why theyd say that.Me: Maybe because its true?The AAA dispatcher made additional calls and told me that Silvermoons Towing was permitted on the property - an outfit located in Yee Haw Junction, a good distance from Ft. Pierce. I returned to the rude woman with the AAA dispatcher still on the line, and asked if Silvermoons was permitted on their property. A long silence ensued, then she said, Yes.And guess what. One of their employees DROVE the car onto the tow truck when the man from Silvermoons arrived - even though the rude woman had said the car couldnt be driven. And when the Silvermoons tow truck pulled nto our driveway, my husband drove the car into the garage.Unfortunately, this company is who the Florida Highway Patrol calls for towing. I was advised by a friend of my daughters in Orlando who owns a towing company to call the non-emergency number for the Highway Patrol and file a complaint with them that Tri-County prohibits most other towing companies from entering their property, they they refused to let us see the car, and that they lied about the car being too damaqed to drive. I intend to do that.By the time we left, wed been at this despicable place for 5 hours. The only reason it gets 1 star is that 0 stars isnt an option.

Our old-a$$ RV broke down on the Turnpike and these folks rescued us. They had the right equipment for the job and the expertise and experience to move our rig safely and efficiently to the rv service center. We are grateful for their excellent service. I wish I could give them no stars because, as frequently stated in other reviews, the office staff is horrible and extremely unhelpful.My car, a $200,000 Maybach, S600X with a failed tire, was towed on the Florida turnpike from Rt 60 all the way to the Mercedes dealer in Delray. The driver was very nice.The towing bill was over $700. which I paid with a credit card. I needed the invoice so I could get reimbursed by Mercedes for the tow. I called at 11:00 AM to ask if they would email me a copy of the invoice. They said yes. I waited till four then called again. She said that it would be handled by the night shift. I said OK. A few minutes later, I received a phone call saying they do not email but could only send a fax. I dont have a fax machine but I said, they could take a photo of the invoice and send me a text message. She said she would not do that either. I also asked if anyone else could do that for me. I got a very curt reply... Were not going to do that.This is one of the most rude companies Ive dealt with and Im going to do everything I can to lose them customers who would be better served by a company who cares.Another thing I noticed, AND THIS IS IMPORTANT!! they use chains on your car to hold it in place and pull it up the incline of the flatbed. Since many A arms are made from aluminum castings and are often covered in plastic to minimize wind resistance, they can be easily damaged by hooks and chains.Other companies, that care more for your property, will use nylon straps that go over your tires. Keep this in mind if you take pride in your automobile.Again, when there are so many bad reviews on a company, there must be something horribly wrong. Unless the office staff are members of the owners family and cant be canned, Id clean house immediately. If they ARE part of the family, these folks should consider another business where customer service is not an issue.UPDATE: I got a call from Kacey who, Im guessing, acted on her own and went the extra mile to send me the invoice. If I were Tony, the owner of the company, Id appoint Kacey as public relations manager and provide sensitivity training to the other employees.

“Becca” was rude and uninformative every step of our conversation. She wasted our time when she could have told us from the very beginning to call back in 30 minutes when “after hours” was over. But instead she toy’d with us by asking for personal and sensitive information. You can trust this company just about as far as you can throw them.

Progressive insurance left me stranded for 6 hours. These guys asked three questions and hauled me over an hour to my destination. Would tow again. Hopefully not soon.

One of their employees, David Candee, hit our vehicle and provided us with an expired auto insurance and vehicle registration. The company also refuses to provide the current auto insurance and kept giving us the run-around whenever we call, saying the owner, Tony, will call us back but he never did. We have called for over 20 times and still have not heard from Tony or received any payment. They also refused to provide Tonys last name or direct phone number. This company is used by the police dept. to tow vehicles, they are unprofessional, corrupt, very diceiving, and makes up their pricing on the spot, they DO NOT follow city commissions set rate for police tows. The owner suffers from little man syndrome and will have his employees tamper with your vehicle while the vehicle is in his storage, and have you thrown off his property if do not go along with his price gouging. A report has been made about this company to the Sheriffs department, who then offered the information that this company is price gouging and needs to be reported to the BBB, if you are a victim of this crooked, curupt little man by the power of abuse the FPD enables this man with, please contact your local Sheriffs department and Better Business Bureau.

We broke down in a 55 foot rv on a Sunday night . Tire blew out, truck over heated, batteries died . Tow truck arrived promptly along with about 7 people and two auxiliary service trucks helping with changing tires on the road side and preparing to tow this monster rv.I have read so many comments about his companyAnd from My perspective, I think that people have no idea what goes into running a company that operates heavy equipment and staff able to use it. It’s expensive .We had two tires replaced, three new batteries, towing, oils and filter changes, coolant drain and refill, for a very fair price.Either the company has always been this good and people are too broke to realize what a good deal they really got, or tri county towing are making an effort to be open, honest, and affordable . As there were no hidden costs, no trick questions, and a multitude of sins on our old truck that could have been taken advantage of .We left allOf our belongings in the bus without thinking including some antiques, nothing was stolen or even moved Over the week it was there .My name is Reuben, thank you tri County for rescuing our butts

This the worst towing company I have ever had to use, while towing your car to your destination, the driver literally stop for every one on the side of the road to help, had girlfriend and small kid in the tow truck, didnt care, cant call anyone at the office because they are all closed, never open on the wknd. I give a one star because the first driver actually stop to help, then the second driver had to stop for everyone he saw on the road and help, so a trip that took 1.5 hours took 2.5 hours, polices need to be amended.

Our vehicle quit going while traveling on 95 on a holiday weekend. After calling Tri County Towing the tow truck arrived within 1 minute of estimated time. Our truck operator (David) handled all aspects of getting us to a repair shop in a professional manner. I would recommend Tri County Towing.

One of our drivers with and semi truck and trailer got stuck on the side of the road. We emailed this company pictures and requested a price. They got the pictures and quoted $595.00. When they got the site they hooked their tow truck to ours and then called us and said the price will be $1500.00. I told them no I would find someone else. They said since they were already hooked to our truck I had to pay $1500.00 or they would impound the truck and the price would double to $3000.00. Do not use this company.

This company and owner are amazing. We were in an accident while towing our boat. They were given a mighty big task of trying to figure out how to get the boat towed and do it safely as not to cause anymore damage. Not only did the owner and ALL of his employees treat us with respect they treated our boat like it was there own. They were a voice of reason at times and a voice of hope during others.

Tri County quoted us a time and a price for towing us from the side of I-95 to a repair shop that was close by. They got there when they said they would and charged us what they quoted us. The driver was professional and knowledgeable. What else can you ask for?

Independent trucker working to haul relief supplies during pandemic had truck catch fire on turnpike, 14 miles north of Ft Pierce. Driver alertly and bravely unhooked truck from trailer to mitigate loss and save load. Highway Patrol called out Tri County and they send bobtail truck and a wrecker to grab truck and trailer. Then they placed mechanics lien on trailer and load as collateral for $19,000.00 dollar wrecker bill. This happened on a Fri night and Tri County says they are now closed till Monday so relief supplies are going to rot in trailer. How can Florida Highway Patrol contract people to do this? Tri-County could have cared less. People talk about how grateful they are for truckers willing to risk their very lives to keep us supplied in this craziness but hit jobs like this are sanctioned right through Highway Patrol.

Owner won’t let you pay unless it is CASH for a tow. 268.45 and they have no change so don’t expect it. I also had STOLEN items from my car. They do not let you get your own car after you pay, they go through your belongings and take what they please. So on top of paying 280 because i didn’t have change, I had missing AirPods and some emergency cash.. Oh, and the owner just happens to drive a big new truck and new SUV, sad that I had no other choice but to pay these thieves. If you have to have a tow, call elsewhere. If you get towed, I’m sorry that you’ve fallen victim.

Although the circumstances werent ideal, the service was great. They gave advice on how not to get towed again (if you forget to put your handicap decal on the rear view mirror, just get in the habit of putting it on the dashboard). Im sure that has save me plenty of times so I am very grateful to them! 1 negative is there is no ramp for those with a handicap and the stairs has no railing so be careful.

Ralph was amazing. We were stuck on the side of the road for 2 hours. No tow company wanted to help, or said they would be hours away, some even cancelled without telling us.Ralph showed up within 30 minutes with some jokes and cared about our safety unlike our rental car company, Routes who rents cars without giving spare tires.Its hard to believe that we would be sitting there in the dark for 4+ hours without your company!We couldnt thank you enough

This is the worst and most nastiest place ever. The workers are all rude. No matter who you get on the phone their not going to be nice, very insensitive. My friend got his car towed from my complex and came back @4:36 to pick up his car and pay for it and they would not let him in to get his car. Stating that they closed @4:30. Their all in there looking in his face sitting down and not even leaving. I called to speak with a manager they had me on hold for 5 minutes just to tell me that she would have to take a message. By this time its at least 4:45. I proceed to tell her whats going on because hes still sitting out there. Samantha tells me that they want to go home to their families so their policy is to close @ 4:30 on the dot. It doesnt matter if its 1 minute behind. At this point Im just extremely frustrated because its almost 5pm and she can go back and forth with me on the phone, but not open the door and hand the man his keys. She takes my name and continues to be very condescending which I did not appreciate at all. Me being a business owner I am very saddened and surprised at the way these people run their business. The other lady I spoke with earlier her name was Hailey. I guess thats just how they train their staff to work and handle people. Now he has to wait until the morning to get his car and they will be charging him an extra $50. $264 for absolutely nothing. Disgraceful.

My car broke down on Christmas Eve on the turnpike, this racketeering operation tried to charge $700 me because they missed thier exit at Palm City and had to go all the way to Jupiter just to turn around and take it to Fort Pierce! After 3days of arguing with them over mileage, they corrected it but still wanted to charge me for all the time they kept it, which was back to $700!!! I didnt have that kind of money, so they stole the car and sold it.

Over $300 towing bill for a local tow. They wont tell you the price until the job is complete then take complete advantage of the situation. I wish there was a zero star. Its obvious with the amount of 1 stars they have. This place is a rip off and should be ashamed of themselves.

My daughter was involved in an accident and her car was taken here. The bill was costly, but we had the pleasure of speaking with the owner and he was extremely nice even gave my son candy and played with him. Everyone was professional there and I didn’t get any negativity at all, but I didn’t want to pay that bill but it’s all good. Very nice and fair group of people and they will try to accommodate you.

A bunch of crooks. They lied about calling me back and charged me because they neglected to tell me they were cash only. I am talking to my counsel.

Tri county came to tow my friend’s car in less than 15 minutes. Donald was super sweet and cute as a button! He did a top notch job on loading her car onto the truck. He picked us up in ft pierce and dropped the car in Stuart and then drove us home to Jensen Beach. He went above and beyond for us today. Thanks Donald.

Alissa at the front desk is very nice. That is the only reason they got two stars. When they cleaned out my Jeep of all personal items after my vehicle was rear ended, they missed several items and several more were missing. I will make sure to request a different towing service if Im ever in a local accident again. They said the vehicle was locked and no one had access, all the back windows were blown out and the towels inside were soaked. They said they wrapped the windows with crash wrap, howd the towels get soaked? They were not busy when I showed up and if gathering peoples personal effects are such a bother then let the individuals get their own stuff. Change, sunglasses, pocket knife and computers were all left in vehicle or missing completely.

I had a great experience with this company. My car broke down in the middle of the night on the Florida turnpike and I gave AAA a call. I had an 85-mile tow request to get my daughter and I home so AAA sent Tri-county. Tri-County arrived in less than 30 minutes and had my car on a flatbed in no time. The driver was very sympathetic to the situation and very professional. We got home safe and sound and the driver helped get my car safely into the garage. Absolutely top notch service!

Great people to deal with

This place is ridiculous. My friends son was in a horrific car accident and the FHP held the car here to investigate what happened. Now Tri County is charging the family 2500 to get her dead sons car back and they informed her that they will be auctioning his car off next week. What kind of people have no compassion for those that just lost a loved one right before the holidays and now wants to charge them all this money. Disgusting.

To those given good reviews to this business I will not doubt that they either work with them or are Immensely luckyI will not give even a star.These are pros in lying and stealing.I will give and update after seeing them in court.Hope people will join me to put them with public records with just the truth after court.

Horrible experience!! had a simple request to retrieve my luggage from a car involved in an accident on the Turnpike. i was given the run-around, closed on weekends{ I was told, rental company has to send authorization letter. Every person I spoke to gave me a different reason why I was not allowed to retrieve my property. not interested in the car, needed my bags with work material and medication. Absolutely no desire to help, kept pointing the finger to others, blaming others and refusing to help in any way. When rental car company got involved to retrieve car and eventually hand over my luggage I am told they were treated very poorly and were very uncooperative. seems like the longer they can keep you frustrated the more money they think they can make. terrible operations unhelpful and useless staff and I wonder why no authorities have looked into this company with as many complaints and negative reviews. Sound like fraudsters, scam artists and deserve some sort of punishment, if nothing else, sp[read the word that you do not want to deal with Tri County Automotive & Towing or you will get screwed. Fair warning!

Great experience! I was stuck on the side of the road pouring down rain. Tri County arrived quickly. Super nice people if I ever need a tow I am definitely calling them!

Recommend for fast, correct repair, 1st time, runs great. Pulled off turnpike in Ft.Pierce, stranded at gas station with dead fuel pump. Tow, diagnosis, quote, remove parts, replace with new, completed assembly, and BACK ON ROAD by mid-afternoon. Great mechanics ! Girls in office were polite, shop was honest. Turned a breakdown into a positive experience.

Great tow company

My car broke down in town tonight and Tri county had our car loaded and dropped back at my house tonight within the hour!! They were quick to respond and the driver Ray was very nice!

Ive used Tri-County Towing several times now and the staff is ALWAYS friendly and pleasant. It is nice having a locally owned family business that is always available to help with all your needs, not just a tow company! Thank you for all your help and for everything your company does for the community!

I worked for them part time on weekends. I had an incident to where I had to resign due to a family emergency. When I returned, they refused to give me the remainder of my pay, which was a measly $150. Not even worth the effort to go to court to obtain. Scumbags.

These people are the scum of the earth, not even comparable to parasites. They come up with their own rules. I have a power of attorney in hand, officer on site, and medical notes explaining the owner of the car is in a dying situation and they still won’t release the car. I was in a very bad car accident on Thursday morning and the tow truck company was very unprofessional and racist........... I will Be reporting them to the better business Bureau and others ..... they need to be boycotted...... immediately

The office staff there are so disrespectful. They are nasty and trashy. The employees dont do anything but sit around and smoke, gossip about people and complain about the customers and the boss.That is until he shows up. Then everyone scrambles around trying to look like theyre actually working. They try and take advantage of him any way they can. No loyalty around them. The so called office manager jamie is the biggest joke. She walks around like she owns the place. Like her being there is suppose to serve as some kind of importance to everyone. No one likes her and they all laugh at her. She tries to train office staff incorrectly on purpose so that they dont last long around there. And when she gives a customer a problem or makes a mistake she will give the customer another office staffs name so that when the customer calls back or comes in it doesnt come back on her. She tries to be very sneaky and malicious. Dont trust her. So when shes rude and nasty to you dont take it personally. Shes like that to everyone because she has low self esteem and is afraid of being replaced by someone better. Shes nothing but an ugly miserable bug eyed crossed eyed minion.

Rude and shady does not even begin to describe these people. I bought a car from them and after I handed them the cash they ignored me for 4 hours. I politely asked what was going on because I had to leave to pick up my kid from school and they slammed the window shut!They had my money and I had no receipt or the car!!!After waiting 2 more hours and having to pay someone to pick up my child they finally revealed they DID NOT HAVE A TITLE FOR THE CAR THEY WERE SELLING! I got my cash back and ran!I wasted my $ for a car dolly rental that I didnt even use, and half a day I couldve been doing other things . The things I saw while I was FORCED to wait make me wonder how they even stay in business.Avoid this place and these self-centered simple minded jerks. Youve been warned.

Horrible! Dont even deserve one star. They were rude. We had to stand in line for like 25 minutes just to get ignored when we went to the window. They didnt wanted to give information on whether they were going to release the car. They made up so many excuses. Someone traveled from South Carolina to Florida to get the car and they must thought we were dumb. They were racist towards the owner of the car. They said she needed to be legal to claim the car and she needed a drivers license I explained to them that she was just the Owner of the car but did not know how to drive therefore she couldnt get a drivers license. We wanted more answers because we wanted to get at least our belongings since Im pregnant and have asthma I wanted to get my medication from the car and they closed the window on us. We had to call 911 to get someone to go help us. When the officer got there I explained to him everything and in 15 mins we had the car. Mind you all we called various times to confirm we had the correct documentation and they said kept telling us yes. The car wasnt even there for an entire day and the price was off the roof!
