How about tires there a few months back. One of them went bad so I got it replaced under warranty. But the tires I had were discontinued, so they put a different type Tire on there. So I stated I had 4 matching tires I cant help it theyre discontinued at least put two on there that match and Ill have two of the other type. But they only had one that day so when I came back a few days later for the other Tire they charged me full price. And Jacob that made the arrangement initially was standing right on the next register and never said anything. They just wanted to say its a misunderstanding. They trying to say the tires the same except the sidewall. The tread pattern is totally different, and its just a little bit taller. Nothing the same about it. Needless to say Im not happy!

So grateful to Discount Tire!! We had a blowout on our 5th wheel and they came in clutch with 4 14ply truck tires. Were back on the road and have confidence that we qont have any blowouts in our future. The staff was amazing!! I forgot to take a pic before we pulled out, but the tires look great and we are very pleased!!

I just wasted over an hour of my life being ignored. If your a female don’t waste your time going there. All I needed was one tire balanced. Where the weights fell off. Hell I bought the tire there’s not even 2 months ago. I was willing to pay to fix it. He asked my name and my dilemma then the phone rang. After that I was invisible. I waited over an hour.

Ethan and the guys were great! They checked my wheels for damage, as requested, put on and rotated 2 new tires. They got me back on the road in about an hour, which is a reasonable amount of time considering how busy they were. I think they even fixed the underpinning which was coming down rubbing my front tire, since I havent heard the rubbing since the visit. Thanks again guys!

Definitely the best prices on tires around this area! Would absolutely be a 5 star review, but unfortunately, I needed a front end alignment. And these guys dont do that. With the friendly service and no nonsense work ethic I experienced while here as a non customer, I will however always buy my tires here when alignment is not needed.

We have enjoyed doing business with this location. The people are always very friendly and helpful. They are never rushed and even when several things are going on all at once everyone remains calm and focused on the customer they are engaged with. They get people in and out pretty fast.

Took our Jeep Wrangler to discount tire to have new wheels put on our existing tires. They scratched our wheels, did not tighten the lugs and now something is wrong with our alignment. They took no responsibility for any of this and we have had to pay several hundred dollars so far to find out how to fix it. I do not recommend this place!!!

Joshua didnt sell me tires he sold me a relationship with his company. He explained to me the reason why he couldnt just plug it. I got my tires new from Discount Tire and I have to spend money to refill them once or twice a month. Brand new tires that dont hold air...cool. Ima spend 30 on a used tire instead of over 150 next time.Im rating this 1 star because of that. The employees here have always been as helpful as humanly possible and cant fault the service. Just the product.Although as busy as this location is they really could use more workers. Theyre quick when theyre slow but back up really easy.

Called day before to check to see if they had the tires I needed, they did at the best price around. Came in at 8am on a Friday morning. They had dropped the 3 tires at the roll up door. Went in and paid for the tires and 20 minutes later I was leaving the shop with my new tires. They were very friendly and very helpful with my purchase. My son bought tires last week for my car. We purchased the extended warranty. Ive only put 300 miles on these tires. I picked a screw on the road sometime yesterday. It was on the outside of the tire wall. State laws says theyre not suppose to plug it. Yet they did. Maybe they dont care but I have children in my car and I prefer not to have a blow out with them in the car. We paid extra to cover this. Yet,they didnt replace my tire when it is a law not to plug it ! Will not recommend them to anyone again

Great experience even had a small issue after and they seem very willing to help get it straight. update so at first they seemed willing to replace My BBS Lug covers because they failed to tighten them correctly. I called and spoke to a manager in which he asked me to send an email with pictures. so I did He has yet to contact me by phone or email. Im out two Lug Covers ($300) and if you have nice rims that require them to be tightened they are not experts know your own wheels and check after them. this was a car I had bought the day I took it in for new tires.

This place is incredibly professional. Explain to you clearly what they will do, an estimated time, and they leave no trace. If you buy your tires there, there are so many ongoing maintenance issues they will take care for free. I wish I could find a mechanic that did all kinds of car issues this professionally.

I would like to begin with the tires we got from there less than a year ago were ready for a change. Yes, bought them in August and in June I need more. With that said, our Ford Flex loves eating them! All wheel drive, I suppose. Alex was extremely helpful! He was able to get us in a new set of Michelin tires, for an extremely good price!!! We were treated very well and I couldnt have ask for a better sales rep! Im sure the others working there are great people as well, but I highly recommend Alex!!!

Prices were very reasonable and Ive done my research with another truck of mine needing tires earlier this year. Jadon helped me both on the phone and in store and was pleasant in every moment of it. I thanked him for it and am still very pleasantly surprised at my overall experience. Very reasonable price and top of the line customer service. I cant say enough about how great this experience was and how well Jadon helped me and walked me through options and my constraints. I hope he at least gets the recognition and perhaps even a raise for how well of a job hes done with me and I imagine others as well. Very professional and fast, quality, and trustworthy service. I definitely get better service here compared to other places like a Walmart. They made sure my car was as safe as possible tire wise and even went as far as changing my wheels placing so my front tires dont wear out as fast since theyre the most important with no extra cost and let me know that those wheels needed to be checked out but that they didnt have my cars wheels in stock and tires bought here have great warranties.

I went there since it was an emergency. I got a bad leak in my tire while I was in the area. We walked in and a guy was on the phone so we waited a few minutes and another guy walked out from the back and said Hell be with you in a second. and started to walk out the garage door. My boyfriend stopped him and said I had a bad leak and it was almost flat. The guy grabbed keys and pulled my car in the garage. He sent another guy in to help us. We told them we wanted the exact tire so they all matched. It cost me $165 since it was a Michelin tire on a 2015 Kia Optima. We paid and watched 3 different people handle and put on the tire. As they were lowering it I told my boyfriend the new tire looked smaller. I went to the garage and told them I thought something was wrong. The guy who rang me up looked and saw they put a smaller tire on my car. He immediately started to fix it. How do 3 people miss the fact that a smaller tire was being put on? Not even the one I paid for. We went back inside and my boyfriend made the comment I probably wont be coming back. The guy who came from the back in the beginning said Well they are fixing it and they would have caught it when they did the check. I work in customer service and the customer is not always right but literally you have something smart to say when 3 people missed the wrong tire being put on and you were one of the people! Really? I said They should have checked it before it was lowered and I know NOTHING about cars or tires and I caught that but none of you did. He just walked out the door to the garage. Everyone makes mistakes and I may have gave them another shot and I was even looking into getting one of their credit cards but if you make a mistake and a customer catches it the last thing you should do is have an attitude. Because of that one guy and his smart mouth I WILL NOT BE RETURNING TO THAT STORE!!!

My first experience with these guys was 5 or 6 months ago when I took my car there to get a slow leak fixed. They repaired it for no charge. I bought the tires from Firestone. Then, when shopping for tires online, it is nearly impossible to get a solid out the door price at most places. I found their website to be the most user friendly and straight forward and very easy to understand the total price. Also, they have a large comfortable waiting area, plenty of chairs and elbow room. At Firestone, I hated going because 4 chairs and then be there 2 hours. These guys were fast! 1 hour and done. Ill be going there for life.
