This shop has taken care of my vehicles since it opened. They have always treated me honestly and given great customer service. Modest recently, I found a locking lug nut missing from one of my tires. The store recognized the store and replaced the entire set at no charge to me. Thank you, Jonathan and crew, for great customer service.

If I could give the scam of a business zero stars I would. Took my car in for a simple tire rotation, oil change, and belt change. They broke the oil control valve and are refusing responsibility. After taking my car to a real mechanic he said they absolutely broke it when changing the belt. I have pictures to prove it and showed them to the store manager. Then the manager said he would refund me the money for the part and labor but its been two weeks and still nothing. DO NOT TRUST THIS BUSINESS.

They are overly expensive on certain things, that can be done cheaper, but they are extremely nice and decently fast at getting the work done. In my opinion it does even itself out. I will definitely be going back a 3rd time.

Such an amazing experience! I recently had foot surgery and the only means of transportation was my truck that needed brakes. I was unable to drive due to the surgery, but Melinda and Brandon came and picked up the truck AND me! I was able to sit in the waiting room while my truck was being serviced and when ready they took me and the truck back home! It was an amazing experience and was so easy. Fantastic service! They were so kind and easy to work with. I highly recommend them and the valet service to anyone! Plus since I got my brakes fixed the valet was FREE!!! They will literally pick it up and drop it off FREEEEE. No one does that!!! The store was incredible and everyone so kind. This was my first time using the Tire Discounters pick and delivery service. The process was very easy. I was notified when the pickup drivers were on their way and that they would call to announce their arrival. The pickup service people reviewed the work to be done, checked over my car, went over the process, answered my questions, put protective mats in the car. Delivery after the work was just as easy. Tire Discounters sent me a link to pay online. The whole process was quick and easy. It saved me the drive and wait time. Will definitely use this service in the future.

Had a nail in the sidewall of my back tire so I knew it would have to be replaced. Came by for pricing on my way home from work Friday and Jo was able to pull up my previous purchase and quote me for the 2 back tires to be replaced. I came back Saturday and dropped it off and they were ready in no time. Super easy to deal with and a good price.

Two representatives came to my house to pick up my car for my tire service. They were both so polite and efficient, asked me what time I needed the vehicle back and they were back an hour before I asked! The tires look great and being able to have this luxury while I stayed home with my daughter was wonderful, and it’s free!

Never will I use this company for any of my needs again! Took my car in for a shock replacement and ended up needing a lower control arm as well and an alignment which was fine I was like okay if that fixes it let’s do it so almost 700.00 later I get the car back advised me I needed 2 front tires they don’t sale the tires I use on the car so I took it to a tire place got tires to only be told my car was out of alignment still well the day they fixed the car my husband had to point out that it didn’t look right they pulled it back in a bay to fix it and the guy said the machine was acting up well when I took it back to this place a lot of back peddling was done! But my car is worse now then it was when we took it back yesterday to get it fixed now if you let go of the wheel my car takes a crazy right!And as far as the staff they said the reason the other place and there store was different with the alignment specs was because of the time now what difference that makes I have no freaking idea! But I will never use this place again if I by chance need to use my warranty for my parts I pray I can take it to a different location!

My Jeep was picked up at my home mid morning and returned to me that evening with all work complete. I added a 2.5 Rough Country Lift, Milestar Patagonia Tires 35s and they installed wheels I had purchased online. I couldnt be happier. Jo Bell Parker and her Crew did a outstanding job. SKIP THE SHOP is by far the beat service offered in Tire & Automotive needs. George was awesome. He picked up my Jeep, then dropped it off when it was complete. No 6 hour wait in the lobby. He got my job done and I’m extremely pleased with his work.

These people have saved my backside a few times with flat tires, and have always been gracious while doing it. One time, in a moment of crisis, they were in the process of closing and still fixed me up when I caught a nail and would not have been able to get home if they didnt. These are my go to for tires, brakes, and oil changes.

We recently picked up some Asanti 22 wheels and Nitto NT555 tires for our Jeep Grand Cherokee Trackhawk. We were struggling with finding a company that company and balance these properly and without damage. JoBell and the rest of the staff at Tire Discounters in Ogelthorpe, GA did an outstanding job. They look perfect and did so without causing any damage. They even took the time road force balance these so barely took any weight at all.

Rip off. Tried to tell me I need all my tires replaced today so I took it to Costco for a second opinion and because Costco had the Michelin tires in stock. They told me all my tires were perfectly fine and in a good shape. Saved me $1000!!! Just terrible

Overall pretty good. Got there at 8. Left at 930. Oil change and wiper blades and tire rotation. They didn’t have, nor could they tell me, the size of my rear wiper blade so I’m going to have to find that somewhere else .....I’ll be back. More work to be done and need tires soon lol

Fast friendly service!

This morning I called in hopes of making a purchase of a set of tires with this company. I have heard people recommend them a time or two so I was happy to give them a shot. After I called and tried to get a quote through the lady that answered the phone, I was quickly disappointed and regretted even calling there at all. I will say that I didn’t have my ducks in a row by failing to have the particular tire size on hand as it was a spur of the moment kinda thing. I figured it wouldn’t hurt to call and see if maybe they could assist me in figuring out what size tire my vehicle typically takes considering I currently have a larger tire than what the car normally would call for and I didn’t want to get that same size tire.The woman on the other end of the phone was rude by continually making a mockery out me for not being as knowledgeable in the tire field as she is. She straight out laughed at me for thinking that the “R” in the series of numbers on my tire possibly stood for rim? And couldn’t help herself but to strongly and slowly annunciate the word “RADIUS” to me repeatedly that the “R” actually stands for. Which didn’t matter because the whole point that I was getting at was if the number beside the R indicated what size rim I have or not?! Which would have been extremely helpful in determining what size tire I needed.🙄 Instead of her focusing and being more mature, kind, helpful and ready to sell some tires she was so focused on making fun of me that she only made it clear that the number beside the R was in fact where the rim size was indicated after I almost gave up trying to get her to help me! And she didn’t even point it out directly she just said so ur rim size is 16? After Going around in a pointless circle with me for her amusement. I said sorry I don’t work in the tire field so I don’t really know exactly...I bit my tongue and carried on to ask her after the tire size was figured out what some quotes were on different selections. She gave me one quote of a Cooper tire, she gave me a second quote of another tire that I had never heard of and all that I said was hummm never heard of that one, and she again finds humor in that and says smartly that she wouldn’t expect that I had ever heard of it since I didn’t work in the tire field🤨 I still bit my tongue...Asked her for one more price and before she even would tell me the name and price says to me in the most ridiculous way, “ok now this next one I’m sure that you’ve never heard of it either considering that u don’t work in the tire industry”! That’s when I had enough. Told her that I felt as though she was making fun of me and being rude. She said that she wasn’t and I pointed out to her that she even laughed at me plenty. And she tried to deny it! I said that it didn’t matter I would just go somewhere else and hung up. And that’s what I did.How unprofessional! And it’s not like I don’t have a good sense of humor, I do and have no problem laughing at myself, but not when someone I don’t even know is talking to me like I’m an imbecile the way she did. I don’t know her name but if that was my company and I had someone representing it like her and my sales depended on the way she handled my phone calls, she would be out of there for that. She knows better. I know this is long but u better believe it was worth the time out of my day to post. I can’t even believe that.

The service at Tire Discounters in Fort Oglethorpe, GA was outstanding. We arrived there a little after 6 PM and upon entering the store we were immediately waited on by 2 gentlemen (I didnt get their names). All we needed was to purchase 1 tire and have it mounted and balanced. These guys had us in and out in as little as 15 - 20 minutes. Im not sure what all they do at this location as this was my first time dealing with them. I left beyond satisfied and thankful. I would recommend Tire Discounters to anyone.

Fantastic price for 4 tires, incredibly fast service! Walmart told me they were only doing emergency tire service. And didnt take appointments. TD has an awesome waiting room, places for laptops and phone charging. A kids station. Highly recommended, without a doubt.

Do not go here! These people do not stand behind their service. If you have an issue after having your vehicle serviced you are on your on own. My truck was driving perfectly fine when I left it, now it pulls to the left, oh and they suddenly lost my wheel lock key. These people are thieves, do yourself a favor and go somewhere else to have your vehicle serviced!

These guys are awesome, fast and friendly service and theyre extremely helpful. I really didnt expect that level of customer service from a tire shop but I was pleasantly surprised. They did a fantastic job and made me feel like they really wanted my business and wanted to make sure I was 100% satisfied. Service was great the only concern that I have is I had a alignment yesterday and they were going over what they did and that told me that I had play in some parts in the steering components and they suggested that I replaced them soon. I dont think they even looked at them because I just had a certificate mechanic replace all the parts the previous day and I know that they were good.so I explained to them that was impossible and asked to to talk to the technician that worked on my truck and was told that it was probably just the mileage that was on my truck that it suggests too replace them but could not talk to the technician because he had left for the day so if you go there get a second opinion on any work that they suggested that you need

Super fast service. Brand new tires installed in 45 minutes. Staff was helpful. Even met the technician in the parking lot and he made sure I was satisfied with my new tires. A stud off my wheel (Walmart’s fault, not theirs) and even after I said it was already broken they gave me a certificate to have it repaired for free. Now that’s service.

Went in for an oil change and ended up needing a little more maintenance. I’m on a tight budget so the nice man at the front explained what I definitely needed done that day and what could wait. I just moved to town so this will be my go to place for car troubles!

They took the time to explain what they were doing with my tire and what my options were. He gave me his opinion based on what I use my car for and I appreciate the expertise. I made an appointment and it didn’t take long at all. Will definitely be back!

I love the Tire Discounters Store on Battlefield Parkway! When I arrive, they usually acknowledge me by name, which is unusual in this hectic world. I am treated very well and the service I receive is first class, and very affordable. I have bought tires at a very competitive price, and I have two vehicles serviced there regularly. No need to look elsewhere!!

This store was excellent. I was in the middle of a six-hour long journey when my tire blew. They not only gave me a new tire right as they were about to close, but they were so kind, helpful and reasonably priced! The woman at the front desk offered me water and reassured me in the midst of what could have been a real weekend travel let-down! They worked me in last-minute when I desperately needed a new tire the day before my wedding, and all other companies were closed. They were gracious and friendly, as well as changing my tire quickly! I would highly recommend them, and will definitely be going back. Five stars!!!

I was very pleased with the custoner service at this location. I went in to get one of my tires checked out because I was continuously having to put air in it. I was greeted and helped immediately by Scott upon entering the store. Everyone was incredibly nice and Joe went out of his way to show me and explain to me not only the problem with that tire but my others as well. I witnessed nothing but pleasant interactions with everyone that came in. I would highly recommend the Fort O location, and will definitely return if the need arises. I was blown away by the customer service at Tire Discounters. They actually made me, the customer, feel like I was the most important thing in their lives at that time. Great place I went in for an oil change tire rotation and to have my filter changed. I had both my girls (3 and 9). They were off the wall and going crazy because we were suppose to be an hour but something happened when they were getting filter sent. After almost 2.5 hours they finished my car. The manager handed me my keys and said Merry Christmas. I asked them how much and I was told again merry Christmas again the only thing they would tell me was blue shirt there was a guy there waiting for his car to be done and he knew everyone that worked there. I think he either worked for company some how not sure he just shook my hand and said merry Christmas. I love this place and as long as it is open they will get my business. The last trip there it was raining and the shop manager met us at the car and held an umbrella over my little girls head until we got in building and then when we left until they were in the car and buckled up great place.

Without going into massive detail Ill just say that they found issues that another garage should have dealt with, were very upfront about options and really helped out in every way they could. Great service and really good price for new tire.

Ive had nothing but great experiences here. Ive been in for an alignment everytime Ive added suspension parts to my 2018 f150 and everytime the truck drives like new. If you need any alignment work done I recommend using them.

My first experience with Tire Discounters... She won me over with a phone call!!! Michele was very knowledgeable about the different types of tires for my auto. She helped me through the selection process. When I actually came into the store, the ladies handling the front (including Michele) were extremely nice and professional. I would definitely recommend them to friends and family.

This has been the only place that I have ever had my car serviced at, that does NOT try to upsell you a product that you really do not need. Unfortunately, we have all seen a service centers true colors when you bring a car and it ALWAYS needs something else at that very moment, or your car will disintegrate into 4-million pieces on the way home. Its simply not the case here. The staff here are honest and all seem passionate about what they do. Jonathan and Les are always working diligently to understand and meet your needs. UPDATE: 10/09/2018, I have originally given this location a 1 star rating due to customer dissatisfaction. I received a call from their Regional manager from corporate and I am amending my rating due to prompt reply. The regional manager addressed all of my concerns and fully remedied my concerns with this business. He expressed sincere apologies to me. I am satisfied with the response.10/08/2018: I expect a store to be consistent and they failed in doing this. I have done business with this store for about a year and never had problems. I go there and have my tire checked and was told my tire could not be repaired, no problem how much for a new one. I was quoted and I told them to order it, again no problems. I waited three days and came back in to get it installed and after and hour of waiting I was informed by Les that he ordered the wrong size. WHAT!!! I mean this like what you guys do. So after getting screwed I was told that he would offered me 10.00 off and instead of getting mad I decided to wait on the right size. I come back again and they installed the right one. I go to check out and they quoted me an amount that was way off of what I expected. I spent the next 10 minutes arguing over the correct price I was quoted and they finally gave me the correct amount. Very bad customer service, Les was off that day I came back and did not leave any kind of notes on the order that I was supposed to get and nothing about the 10.00 off. I will not be going back here, buyer beware.

I never thought I would say I LOVE MY NEW TIRES but thanks to help from Steven I now have a new set of Michelin tires that makes my driving smooth and enjoyable. With my old tires I heard a lot of road noise but now absolutely no road noise whatsoever...LOVE IT!!!! Definitely will be a permanent customer! Oh and did I mention they took me to work and had my car ready for pick up in less than 2 hours :)

Very nice folks, and efficient. They worked me in for a tire rotation and balance about an hour after I called, on way home from work. They were finished in about 30 minutes, no complaints from me.

They were very professional and did not try to up sell me and services I didnt need. They gave me and estimate, told me if things I should consider having done to maintain my vehicle, and that was it. New tires in a little over an hour! Same tire was $175 when I compared to Wal-Mart and other tire centers. Great value!
