I have been going to Premier wax center for a full year now, Julia Oliveira is who takes care of me I highly recommend her. She’s so professional, I love her personality as well she amazing!!

I used to come to premier about 3 years ago & recently moved back to the area. I returned back to premier wax due to a friends recommendation for Julia Oliveira. I have now been coming to premier for my regular wax’s for about the past four months. In my past visits i was never able to find the right waxer and each experience was different but now, my experience is only better & better each time. I now only schedule with Julia Oliveira, she’s super efficient and makes sure my experience is pleasurable. My Brazilian wax & under arm wax have now practically become painless. With the experience she provides she has definitely made me a loyal customer to premier wax.

I went here because I wanted to try someone new so I could have different options. My waxer was Julia Oliveria. The wax was sooo hot and when I mentioned this to her she said that she had to make it hot because my hair is “so coarse” and I’ve never had any other waxer say this to me. Super unprofessional. When I asked her to turn the heat down she ignored my request and continued burning me with the wax not to mention that she went over every area MULTIPLE times and even after that she took at least 20 minutes tweezing. I was so uncomfortable the whole time and I just wanted to leave. I think it’s too early to tell but I’ll be surprised if I don’t have major burns where she put the wax. I guess I’ll just go back to European wax center :/

I booked my appt from Va Beach on Thursday morning for Friday afternoon after I flew in. It was very easy to do online.. It was my first bikini wax and I had Val. SHE WAS AMAZING. She gave me exactly what I wanted and she had a great personality! She made me feel totally comfortable. I would absolutely come back here!

Absolutely calming waiting room! Went in for my first time and am so impressed with Premier and Damaris treated me so well. Cant wait to go back next month! Definitely will recommend to family and friends.

Okay, so I booked my first wax appointment ever. Chose to have my brows and a Brazilian done. Eeek!!My appointment was with Val, and she did an amazing job!! Talked to me the entire time to keep me distracted and comfortable, was super laid back personality wise, but professional with her task. Will be visiting her on Thursday to have my legs done as well. The wait time was next to nothing, and the receptionist at the front desk was very helpful and polite. 😁

Im never one to leave reviews. I will read them but not write them. Ive been using premier for years now. I got my first Brazilian done here. I always schedule 4-5 weeks in advance. I understand things happen but seems like price increased which is fine but with price increase came appointment change. I love Damaris but with my new work schedule its hard to get her which Im ok with. BUT if Im making a appointment with a certain provider id hope for it to stay with that provider. You kind of book and pick your provider for a reason. If i select a certain time obviously that is the time that works for me. My issue since Jan has been my time changing and provider changing. Has happened every appointment since then. As i mentioned i book ahead for a reason 1. To get the provider i want 2. To get the time spot i want. If i have to deal with this continuing i will just go pay more money somewhere else so that i know my time and provider will be locked in. When i asked at my last appointment why this keeps happening, i was told its because the provider request off or has to leave early Which is BS if my provider is still there taking other appointments in the time slot that i had booked. I guess they just need to get better control on their online scheduling.

My long time wax lady moved out of State...this is First place I called as didnt want to go to any other person at last place.Very pleased with Olivia at Premier and it is closer. Cleaner, calming really nice.

I use to really like Premier Wax Center. I go out of my way to go to Premier Wax Center; their prices are unbeatable and the service was great. However, lately it seems like a resolving door, just when I get comfortable with a wax specialist, they leave. After today, I feel like they are just putting whoever they can in the room to fill the appointments. My service provider today needs some further training. I am beyond dissatisfied with my service and with how this situation was handled so far. I was burnt, my skin was torn, as the day continues Im noticing bruising and still hairy! Yes, I declined to let her tweeze because at this point I was ready to leave. I informed the receptionist and I told she would let the owner know. All in all she didnt seem overly concerned in making right of the situation.

Olivia Rivera did my wax and she was very comforting through the experience. Definitely recommend her for services. Very clean and fast.

I recently went to this salon to get my eyebrows waxed, and wasn’t too pleased. I had told the technician I was with that I simply wanted my brows to be cleaned of excess hair. The process of the waxing was awfully long, and the long process of waxing had me thinking the brows were going to come out amazing. When being showed the brows I was terribly displeased, and it looked as if the technician had no experience with waxing brows. With the process already being over 25 minutes, I simply said they looked fine and walked out displeased. The technician had taken off half of majority of my eyebrow, and left them looking awful. The receptionist simply took a long look at my eyebrows, and could tell herself that they were bad, and gave the service for free. Overall, I wasn’t too happy with the result of my eyebrows, and

I’ve been to premier wax a few times in the past year I try getting a person that is convenient with my time and when I’m available. today as I got there I had a horrible experience with Julia Olivera that did my Brazilian wax ... the wax was extremely hot and when I got home she left many hairs on me .. Brooke was by far the best I’ve had at this location I’ll definitely book with her instead next time

My appointment bot a Brazilian was amazing, more than 5 stars. It was with Yasmin Gonzales, my second time with her, and I had another 2 times with another lady. Yasmin is so good at her job, she makes sure you are good at all times. She is fast but takes her time to pay attention to the little details and give you advice about what you can do to help with your problem areas(like ingrown hairs), he is so sweet and caring. The facility is super clean and they follow all guidelines, you will need a mas on at all times and they will wear theirs as well. If you havent tried yet just give them an opportunity, you wont be disappointed. Literally the best Brazilian ever

My waxer Julia Oliveira burned me a couple times with the wax, she didnt pull my skin taut at any point in my waxing session, she also was cussing under her breath after not being able to pull the wax off so unprofessional this was probably the most painful and worst wax session Ive had I feel like If you need more training just say that dont have people suffer because of your inexperience

Went here for the first time on a Groupon to check it out and had seen Amber. She was very nice and did an excellent job. We talked most of the time which distracted me from pain. Even though she warned me when she was ready to remove the wax. It was very clean and I felt comfortable.

I had really high hopes for this place not only because of all the good reviews but because it was my first full body wax. I am very disappointed because I thought Damaris was one of the best however I was left with patches of hair, the process was very rushed, painful, and badly done. There was even a part where I was burned. I even had to mention to her that she missed spots on my underarms. Upon further inspection at home I realized she missed various spots all over my body. I had to shave the very next day.

I went about 2 weeks ago on a Saturday afternoon. This was my 2nd visit. The 1st visit was great. I wished I remembered the womans name so I couldve scheduled with her. The lady who did my Brazilian and eyebrow wax was new. She told me the wax wasnt working to get the all hair off my eyebrows and began tweezing. When she gave me the mirror to check and my eyebrows didnt look much different. She asked me if it looked ok and I just told her it was fine just so it could be over. Ive never had an issue getting my eyebrows waxed before which is what led me to believe she had to be new. I asked the women at the front desk if she would not charge me for the eyebrow wax since she didnt do it correctly, thats when I was told she was new. It wasnt until I got home to realize that there was a lot of hair left over from the Brazilian wax as well. I contemplated shaving but decided not to and rescheduled for the following Tuesday. The women who did my touch up, i believe was the owner or manager. She herself said that there was a lot of hair leftover. She did an amazing job and there was no hair leftover. She was very thorough. I wouldve given 5 stars had she been the one to given me my wax the first time that Saturday. The rating Im giving is only for the initial 2nd visit and not from my very 1st visit or the touch up visit.

For the 1st wax it was ok. I think she was a little too rough for me maybe because it was only 25$ & i even tipped her $25. but I think Ill return to European wax.

I have sensitive skin that normally gets irritated after waxing for at least a day and blond hair thats difficult to see. Despite this, I left with completely smooth legs and no irritation at all once I got home! It was $45 for my legs, which is much cheaper than Ive had to pay at other places that gave me lesser results.

Very clean facility and staff is incredibly friendly. The staff makes youre experience very comfortable, not to mention they have the most amazing prices and offer a variety of services.

The lady who waxed me was definitely patient with me.Although my legs got bruised in the process, I’m a bigger lady so I’m sure that contributed to it, but I have a lot of patches of hair elsewhere...that could’ve been waxed off.For the amount I paid I thought it would be a little different. (45$)It was also my first time so I thought there would be extra attention to that.The booking the initial appointment was super easy, but I did book with a different woman and got someone else.I’d go back, but I’d make sure everything is right before leaving.On another note — the place was clean, smelled amazing and was sanitary.

These girls are good and know what theyre doing! I didnt realize how bare she actually got me until I got home and went to hit the shower! They definitely take your mind off the pain with good conversation while they work!

I came from Tampa 5 years ago. After too many rough experiences, i found Damaris through groupon. Best experience with a unique style you wont find anywhere else!I went to another person at my last appt and had a good experience as well.

I have been visiting here for over 6 months and have had all great experiences. I started out with Damaris who was great and then transitioned to C’era who is equally talented. My husband goes there too and C’era says we are her favorite family. Everything looks clean, smells good and prices are reasonable.
