OMG! Love this place. It wasnt crossed. Everyone had on masks. The techs were amazing! There were two customers when we got in that they were finishing up. Then they both took care of us. They were gentle and so attentive. When wefirst went in I had mentioned about looking at a color palette to my daughter when the tech got up from her customer and brought one to me. Oh, and did I mention that this is the first Latino nail salon that Ive been in. We are so hooked from our car that we have happily found our spot.

I had to give the star, but they dont deserve it! I had an appointment, I arrived & the salon was closed! When I called the woman said oh yes Im on my way now!!!! 20 minutes later she shows up, I walk in behind a few other women waiting & I check in telling her I had an appointment. She looks at me & says well the person that does your type of nails isnt here & I forgot to call you what the hell!!!???!!! Beyond inconvenient and rude! Never again...Poor customer service!

My first time and last in this place. The pedicure she gave me was terrible, she took blood off my nails, and my color was not what I expected. Very dirty and I dont think they sanitize those tools. One person working, very poor customer service. Dont waste your money there

Had nails done Friday. I wasnt happy with them at all but just figured I wouldnt come back. I had a pink and white dip done. When finishing up I realized she was putting on a top coat instead of a gel finish. They tried to tell me there was an issue putting a gel top coat on dip powder??? I have been getting my nails done for YEARS, never heard that before. Think she just didnt want to take off the one and put on the other. Sunday morning the polish just popped off one of nails. I tried to go in Sunday as they say they are open. They were not open. I went in today and simply said that I had been in Friday and one of my nails needed to be repaired. Both women were working on pedicures. They proceeded to talk about me to the man and woman getting a pedicure. The man actually started making a gesture for me to leave. They then asked me to come back. Needless to say I wont be back. Very unprofessional.

Made an appointment on Friday, they were running extremely behind so after waiting 45 minutes we rescheduled for the next day. The following day I returned for my appointment and I waited 2 HOURS after my appointment time and they still hadn’t got to me. One of the employees then proceeded to argue and say “if you have to wait 2 hours, you have to wait 2 hours”. Would not recommend.

I had scheduled an appointment for 10am today last week. I showed up about 15 minutes early like I usually do for all of my appointments at other places. I didn’t see anyone at the front desk so I looked at the sign and it said that it was open from 10 am to 7 pm so I walked in. The door was open. I took a seat since my appointment was at 10 and I was still ten minutes early thinking maybe the person was in the restroom or in the waxing area. I waited 10 minutes then called the number on the door. It rang and rang and there was no answer. I texted that number and there was no answer. Soooo. I said “hellllo” no answer. I waited ten more minutes thinking someone was just running behind in the bathroom or with a client. Called the number again went straight to vm. As a paramedic I started to get worried that maybe someone was hurt. I walked to the back there was no one in the waxing room and no one in the bathroom. The store was open and no one was there. I called the number again, this time leaving a message and left the store. I have never experienced anything like this before and it was a bit shocking. It’s been almost 3 hours and I have yet to get a phone call back. I’m not sure how anyone can run a business in this manner.

Beautiful and relaxing place. Very wonderful women working there and they take their time to make sure you are completely satisfied. My new nail place for sure. Been doing my nails for 28 years and today I am completely satisfied.

Dont bother making an appointment, they dont keep an appointment book and are argumentative when you verbally complain about waiting 2 hours.

I absolutely love the ladies at this establishment. I have been to a few nail salons in the past and none can compare to Tequila Nail Salon. The owner is extremely friendly and professional. The nail technician Mariellis is so sweet, attentive and professional; she always listens to my ideas and does an amazing job on my nails every time. Yesterday, I asked if the hair stylist could accommodate me for a hair cut and it was not an issue at all. She washed and cut my hair into layers provided some advise to help my hair care needs; it was a great day especially after being quarantined for 7 weeks. I left the salon feeling relaxed and brand new. Pedicure, Nails and Hair all at one location! Excellent customer service at its finest!A+++++ Thank you see you soon.... Minnie A.

These ladies are awesome. Ive been searching for a pedicure place in Fort Myers and have just been disappointed for the past 1.5 years, until now! The pedicure was awesome, and we even went past closing and she didnt rush to finish the job. I will absolutely be back!

I had such a good time. I did a pedicure with Yaseli and she was gentle With my feet and cleaned them very well. Also liked how they offer refreshments.😉

I have the best experience there all the time!!!I love those girls. Marielys is the best she has always done whatsoever I ask her to do on my nails and they turn out better than the picture.
