I’ve gone here a couple times now and compared to other nail salons this place has always given me quality nails that last. Every time I go here I am never waiting and if I am it is for a very short time. The price of the nails are great and I never leave feeling like I got ripped off because the quality of the work is amazing. 10/10 recommendations to this place. The staff is amazing and everyone does a quality job.

Cindy is the owner of Diamond Nails & Spa and ever since I started going there (about a year ago), she not only has never forgotten my name but Ms. Cindy and her staff are absolutely wonderful. Every time I have called she has never let me down! It is very refreshing to go to a place like this and not walk feel like you need a gas mask just to make it through your appointment. Easy appointments, welcoming staff, and talented employees! I am always thrilled with outcome. This is my spot for sure!! ;)

I’ve been coming to this salon for years now. Everyone is friendly and kind. There’s always soft music playing in the background which makes for a very relaxing time. I typically get a regular manicure weekly and a spa pedicure every 4-6 weeks. Loan(aka Laura) is my manicurist. She is FABULOUS,. She is a perfectionist at her craft. The salon is very clean and everyone is still observing COVID protocols which I appreciate . They are in the process of remodeling. I can’t wait to see what it will look like when they’re done!

I do not live in the area, so took a chance going to this spa, based on some good Google reviews.I was not disappointed. The staff did a great job cleaning surfaces (chairs and tables) between customers. Nice clear partition between me and the person doing my pedicure. I wish I remember her name, but the young lady who did my pedicure did an amazing job. Toes look pretty and the foot rub was awesome. Manicure was great too.

So theres that. And most deserving as they are a skilled and creative in multiple techniques. First time. Sam did my first liquid gel nails. They look amazing. The gel was hot while it was getting knocked but the end results is lighter and more natural looking.

Top notch pedicure and covid conscious. I have not had a pedicure since Feb so my feet were a mess. Best service ever!!

It was my second time going in today, and I absolutely had a great time. Very relaxing, and I even mentioned to them that I was going to fall asleep, lol. It was that relaxing :) they did great with my toes and my nails. This is obviously a close knit family business... By far the best service i have had when it comes to me and my wife getting our nails done. Will recommend anyone to go experience this relaxed atmosphere!!!Fairly priced for the service.

I would not recommend this nail salon to anyone. My elderly mother who went there yesterday and got tips with no acrylic nails and CLEAR NAIL POLISH NOT GEL! She was charged 68$ FOR THAT. SHE THEN QUESTIONED THE PRICE AND THEY SAID OK ITS 58$. This is not “LETS MAKE A DEAL”. I do understand that you have been closed and trying to catch up with money but this is not right. I called after the situation and asked how much it would be and they told me 30$. I hope you know price gouging is ILLEGAL. ESPECIALLY BECAUSE SHE IS ELDERLY AND YOU TRIED TO TAKE ADVANTAGE OF THAT.Update 5/15/20: The owner is now calling and harassing my elderly mother at her home to take down this review. I hope you know that this will remain on here to WARN every customer that enters this unprofessional place.ANOTHER UPDATE 5/15/20: They now have me BLOCKED from writing new reviews but I will continue adding more reviews on my same review so good try

Today I go to Diamond Nails to get a manicure and pedicure. I love everything about the salon. It is so amazing! It is very neat, nice friendly staffs. The owner is very welcoming. The woman who did my nails took her time to makes my nails perfect. I like white so I chose the clear color for my polish, simple and elegant.

I have been going to the Salon for over two years.Someone recommended it to me for pedicures. All of the staff give great pedicures. I have used almost everyone on the staff for my nails, and I have no complaints. The one time that I had a minor issue, the owner addressed the issue immediately.When my three daughters come to visit, the staff is always accomodating to our schedule.The place is clean, in a great location, and the staff is friendly. I would not go anywhere else. Diamond Nails gets a 10 out of 10 as well as five stars!

The best nail salon in Fort Myers and I have been to them all. I came to them with a set that looked so unnatural. This nail salon gets it right every time. They fixed the shape and always make your nails look “natural” no bubbly acrylic look,. Your nails will be Pinterest level perfect. Every nail tech is skilled and they take their time to do the job right no rushing to get you in and out like most places. The wait times are very minimal. So glad I found this gem of a nail salon!

This is the best nail salon I have been to in lee county. Superbly clean environment, friendly, sweet and patient staff. The hot stone pedicures for $25 are amazing - and the chairs are very comfortable with massage & choice of beverage during pedicure. My favorite lady there is Lana! Shes so sweet and does an excellent job at both the massage & pedicure & the painting. Soooo relaxing & so worth it here!!!

Yes good people. I made an appointment two days before Christmas and did it wait at all had my feet done the massage was great and she kept asking if I was okay. Then got a full set also wonderful job Im going on a month now and they are still on I will be going for another appointment this Saturday and this time taking my husband for a mens pedicure. For my feet and nails and eyebrows I payed 105 and gave a $10 tip well worth in my opinion.

I have only had positive experiences here. I recommend their manicure and pedicure. I also got my eyebrows waxed here and was very happy with how it turned out. And for some reason the wax that was used felt less thick and hurt much less than it has for me in the past at other salons.

They were friendly, the salon is clean and inviting, the prices were great AND the pedicures and full foot/leg massage were awesome!We come to Ft. Myers about 5 times per year; this will be our go to spot - no more will I get a pedicure before my vacations!!!!!!!!!!

I always go here. I live all the way in north Cape Coral and make the drive. I do not trust anyone but them to do my nails. Always go with Jackie or Sam. They do a fantastic job! Highly recommended.

This was my favorite spot to get my nails done, but unfortunately it got ruined! I came in 6 days ago and asked to get a dipping powder done and when she was doing my nails I realized she didn’t use the white base that goes with the dipping power she went straight for the black powder and put it on my nail. It was SUPER THIN, the slightest thing would snap my nail and break and 3 days later it did. Now I go to school and work so I came back 3 days later when my nail broke so when I came back I told her what happened about it being to thin so she fixed the 2 that where broken and this time she did it the right way and used the white base. But then I “asked arnt you gonna make the other ones thicker to?” She said she’s gonna have to charge me for a fill. Mind you that I was there 6 days ago so how much of a fill am I gonna really need? Why would I pay 35$ again when I was just there 6 days ago. Any who now I have 2 nails done the right way and 8 nails really thin getting ready to break at any moment. I will never come here again. Don’t wast your money and go some where else!
