Yamila is my go to for pedicures and dip powder. Adore her!! Such friendly staff and good prices. Most employees do a wonderful job. Recommend always making an appointment for them to take their time with you. Been coming in for several months now.

I went to Tiara and she does an amazing job. I went over 3 weeks over on my fill with long stilettos and not even a lift!!! And their nail designs??🤗🤗5 stars plus all the way around!

Yamila gives an EXCELLENT deluxe pedicure. She is the perfect mix of gentle and firm, meticulous the whole time, and very sweet to talk to.

So I didnt make an appointment which I shouldve known better .. My nail tech obviously couldnt see because when I got outside and looked at my nails I was not happy at all.

It was okay. Nothing special or fancy. I didn’t like the chairs as they didn’t adjust for shorter people. The hot stone massage was also only about 2 minutes long. I felt like paying extra for the hot stone was pointless.

My first experience here and i will say this is now my go to nail place! So cute and really big! Also, everyone working there was very nice. Emily did my nails and literally KILLED it!!! She put her own twist on them and I’m honestly in love 🤩😍

I have been coming to Hot Rock Salon for a few years now. I feel like I’m part of a family there. It’s always a fun experience and my nails always look fabulous! They take the time to listen to what I want and they design my nails as I hoped they would every time. Just last night I told my girl Two I wanted snowflakes and she just painted them herself on my nails and again .. I’ve had nothing but compliments all day today! I would highly recommend this place. If I could give them 10 stars I would.

I just moved from Miami and finding a good salon for acrylics took some trial and error, but so glad to have finally found Hot Rock! Hannah is great and my refills last about 3 weeks just like in Miami!

Best experience ever! Was recommended by two clients and wanted to check the place out. Walked right in without an appointment and didn’t have to wait at all. Immediately started my fill, only took about 30 minutes and the price is the best part. 23$ for a fill plus nail design. Such a great experience, definitely will be back, and will definitely be referring everyone I know to this place.

Could NOT be happier with my experience there. I have been searching relentlessly for my go to place and Im pretty darn positive I found it. Leslie was phenomenal. I went in with a pain in the butt design and she did it without a second thought. The entire staff was amazingly friendly, and the environment was awesome. My friend also got her nails done, the base was by Micki (not sure of the spelling), and the feathers were done by Leslie. Going to highly recommend to my friends and will be going back soon for a pedi!

Wasn’t a great experience. Paid WAY too much money for the quality of work that was done. My top coat is extremely streaky.. and she didn’t do my eyebrows properly. Walked in at 9:15 am and walked out UNHAPPY at 12:18pm. Also, she decided to tell me that there was a $15 dollar extra charge on gel polish after the fact... which is extremely unprofessional. Needless to say I won’t be back.Edit: my review isn’t able to be seen because they probably deleted it (or hid it from public view). I was a FIRST TIME CUSTOMER and paid way overprice for a 2 hour pedicure and a subpar polish dip. Maybe you should focus on helping other clients have better experiences at your establishment and you wouldn’t feel the need to hide negative feedback. BY FAR THE WORST NAIL SALON I HAVE EVER BEEN TO. How they have anything above 1 Star is beyond me.

First time client. My daughter Abby just had a fill done and color change and it is the WORST JOB ever. The nails are think, the polish is uneven. There is even polish under the nails, around the outside of the cuticles and on her fingers. Really? For $21 plus a tip I would except a better job. Very unhappy.

I went to Hot Rock after going to numerous nail salons around Lehigh Acres and Fort Myers. I’ve never been 100% satisfied with how my nails came out. Luckily I found this salon. After reading great reviews I decided to give it a shot. So glad I did. The staff is so sweet and welcoming. The owner filled and filed my nails to a perfect even point and Leslie did my wonderful mermaid design. I have now found my go to nail salon. You have a new loyal customer. Thank you !

So I came here for a mani pedi, it was a nice atmosphere which was promptly ruined by my nail tech. I asked for dip powder only, looked down for 5 minutes, the next thing I know he has completely trimmed my nails and is about to apply tips to my nails. I’ve always been asked by a technician how short I would like my nails and what shape BEFORE cutting but it was clear he couldn’t be bothered to do so. He was in a hurry to leave and completely ruined my nails. Now I have incredibly short nails with no shape because he cut them too short in preparation for acrylic nails I didn’t ask for. When I brought this to his attention he brushed me off and replied “$80”... this was my first time here and definitely my last! Thanks!

I have faithfully been coming to Hot Rock for almost a year. I spend well almost $100 Everytime. Today was just not the same. New management I believe it. The sister of the owner is cussing in Spanish acting a fool for one. keep it professional. But I had a great pedicure the guy who did my nails was okay he was trying to do a Mickey head on my nail but was unsuccessful so he called the owner sister to come do it. I had a great experience until that moment. she did the Mickey ear with a horrible attitude rushed the whole thing. I work hard for the money I spend there not to have someone do it with a horrible attitude. The cherry on top was when I got charged $10 for lines and a Mickey head when I got sticker for my feet design and the ladies who normally does a design out of nowhere always charge me $5!! I would had not wanted the Disney for the poor attitude she had to do it!!!! Very dissatisfied and disappointed with my visit.

This place is AMAZING! I was in need of a place to get my nails done and lucky for me, I found them! Their prices are cheap and the people are incredibly nice and sweet! My nail tech Micki helped me pick out a color when I had no idea what I wanted and was very kind the entire time!My nails came out looking amazing and everyone in the salon was absolutely stellar! I’ll definitely be recommending this place to anyone who wants amazing service! It’s my new to go nail salon!

No make sense to schedule appointments and leave the customer waiting. I had an appointment at 5.30pm and I waited 45 min for them to attend me (the appointments are supposed to be for that). I can understand and be patient to wait a reasonable time but 45 min is too much and peoples time is valuable. Yesterday I went for the first time and arrived at 6.20pm and the guys told me to come back the next day because they couldnt attend me and we set the appointment. My friends recommended the site because they do a good job but part of the good reputation is punctuality.

Best Nail Salon I have ever been

I went for a regular Pedicure, the guy ask me if I want gel, and I said no, just regular pedicure, I asked for pink color, he brought the color, and after he finished putting the color he put the lamp on my feet, when i paid he charge for something different, the description for the amount that he charged was massage, with hot stone and another things that he never did, when I asked he said $15 dollar extra for the gel color.

Ive been going to this salon for almost a year now. Everyone is very professional but my favorite is Elena. Shes customer service oriented and very careful. Never had an issue or concern with this salon. I highly recommended. My regular services are gel mani and pedi.

Yamile is the best manicurist and pedicure professional ever! The reason l took off 2 stars is because after all precautions were enforced with the new hello being washi your hand the owners allowed a young black girl to get serviced w/o a mask and neither did her BF who walked in and out twice. This is very inconsiderate to the rest of us if not illegal as well.

I had my nails done here (full set) for the first time ever. I am from out of state, so I looked on google & this place had great reviews (idk how) so I decided to come here The design was exactly what I had wanted, however the man who did my nails made them so thin they were so flimsy. I broke one nail the day after I had them done! It’s been a week and I have broken every single nail. Never in my life has this happened and I’ve been getting my nails done religiously for 15 years. I would NOT recommend this nail salon at all. Worst nail salon I have ever been to unfortunately.

My first time going here and the guy really did a great job. My nails are so long he recommended I just switch to dip polish instead of acrylics and honestly it caught me so off guard since Im used to paying 50-60 for my nails and the dip is like half the price. Its my first time with dip and I really like it! I always switch places and Im never a regular anywhere because my schedule is so crazy, but this place Ill for sure be going back to every time I need them done. 😁

I waited way too long for my appointment the water was cold Then this nail tech got up during the middle of my pedicure because I asked her to pay more attention to the bottom of my feet (which hurt most) not my legs and she got upset and got up during my appointment left me there with stuff all over my legs and nobody in the salon addressed me when I told them she left them nobody even responded to me until I said let me just pay for my moms and then they said something to me and didnt even apologize! HORRIBLE Ive never had this issue!!

I had some trouble finding a good nail tech in the area, but after two visits to Hot Rock Nail Salon I’ve decided that this my new spot! I had Leslie for a pedicure and two full sets of Dip Powder and she’s done an awesome job every time! She makes sure to get a perfect fit and shape for my nails with great attention to detail and I adore them! I’ve set more appointments for my pedicures, Dip Powder, and I even scheduled a massage after a great discount offer along with my nail service! You guys are doing great!! Can’t wait for my next appointment!

Owner treats people like they’re idiots and thinks he’s some sort of hollywood nail star. completely messed up my nails and then screamed like a child about how his nails are “perfect and do not need to be fixed”. those were his exact words. pathetic nail salonthe pink is the awful job he did and the red is what i wanted. I asked for RED COFFIN NAILS. it’s a shame he’s so incompetent he doesn’t even know what color red is.also everything calvin replied is a complete lie. he was NEVER patient, NEVER offered to fix my nails, and WHY would I go to a salon and pay an additional $30 for them to fix my nails if I was trying to be cheap in the first place?? absolutely absurd. mind you, the lady at the other salon said the nails he put on me were too big, misshaped, and awfully done. “i’m not sure where you went but don’t ever go there again they don’t know what they’re doing” was my second nail tech’s exact words.calvin you can reply to every negative review and attack your customers, but all you’re doing is digging yourself a deeper hole. pathetic!

This is one of the nicest salons I have been in! Everyone is so friendly, nice and professional! Very clean. Anyone I have had work on my nails has done a fantastic job with acrylics.

I am very particular with my personal appearance and always searching for the best providers out there. I searched on Google and the reviews for Hot Rock Nail Salon were very high (not common for nail salons in my area). I decided to give them a chance and made an appointment with Leslie, as she was mentioned in quite a few of those 5 star reviews. Had my fill and pedicure done by Leslie today and I am very happy and satisfied with the final product. She was very nice and friendly and did an excellent job with my nails! Will definitely go back from now on.

I could not possibly be more disappointed with my experience here - I wish I could give it 0 stars. I had a powder dip manicure done a week ago, which I was told would last for at least 2-3 weeks. THREE DAYS LATER, I noticed that the edges around the top coat on my nails had started turning yellow and began to peel off. I have photos which I wish I could post here - it looked disgusting.As if that wasn’t bad enough, after only ONE WEEK, 2 of my nails completely - and painfully - broke off.If you’re looking for a powder dip, go literally ANYWHERE else. Huge waste of $35 + tip, and of my time. Now I’ll have to pay again to go get them fixed.

I was looking for a new nail salon when I found Hot Rock. I absolutely love this place!! The owners are hands on and take very good care of their customers. I was very pleasantly surprised to learn that they offer eyelash extensions. Calvin transforms my look with the most amazing eyelashes I have ever seen! I get a ton of complements and everyone thinks I have the most beautiful eyes. I highly recommend this salon. You will not leave disappointed!

Service was excellent. They did my nails and toes at the same time. They were not able to do acrylics because they didnt have a tech that was certified there at the time, but they did the dip and I ended up loving it! The prices were steep. But very high quality.

Hot Rock Nail Salon is awesome. They have always made time for me and made me feel comfortable. I went in today and met with Leslie. She was kind, considerate and we shared a lot of laughs! I went in for a pedicure and shellac manicure, all one color. I liked her artwork so much we added some Mickey designs to my ring fingers. I love the way my nails look!

I got a dip powder manicure with shellac and a shellac pedicure. The prices are reasonable and the quality is on point with any higher priced salon you can book in town. The atmosphere is modern and inviting. Sierra T. Did my pedicure, very relaxing and the polish is perfect. Kelvin did my manicure, again perfect and he is very knowledgeable at his craft. I highly recommend this place to anyone who appreciates quality and attention to detail because they listen to what you want and they deliver.

I came in yesterday and they were able to fit me in right away. When I first walked in was greeted at front then walked to back. Very professional staff and cozy and clean atmosphere. Very welcoming not to mention the AMAZING job done on my nails! Would highly recommend this nail salon again and again! Very nice. Clean, friendly and not outrageously expensive. The pedicure chairs rock! They massage in different modes and are very comfortable. They even bring you a beverage while you just sit back and enjoy! Also, if youre going to be a fairly regular customer, you can have a box of tools that will only be used with you!

This place is amazing! I was able to get my manicure and pedicure simultaneously while sitting in a comfy massage chair. The staff were very kind and accommodating, even when I walked in an hour before closing. The salon is clean and inviting. I highly recommend them.

I loved the environment of hot rock. I had Micki do my nails and they were absolutely beautiful. She took time to perfect the shape and made sure all of my nails came out even. Cassie is the best nail tech there! She does an excellent job all the time! She never disappoints me. She makes sure my nails are always perfect and ensures me that they will stay that way. My nails usually last about 3 weeks which is a lot longer than any other person Ive been to! She has a wonderful personality so my visits are always memorable! Highly recommend the salon! I needed to find somewhere last minute to do my nails for my wedding and I couldnt be happier with the experience at Hot Rock Nail Salon. I lucked out! Rhonda took the best care of me and Im thrilled with my nails. Ive always been disappointed by the lack of care and attention Ive gotten from other nail salons where the focus has been on in-and-out type service. Rhonda took her time to ensure that my nails looked great for my wedding but she also took care to massage the lotions into my skin. By the time I left I felt much more relaxed and ready for my big day. Rhonda very clearly enjoys her job and it shows in the quality of her work. My french manicure is perfect and my pedicure is immaculate for my beach wedding. Seriously, I wouldnt dream of going anywhere else now.

ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!! I have tried to make an appointment to get a full set for over a week and when I call they tell me to just come in. Then once I go in they tell me they cannot help me & I will have to come the next day. Today ONCE again I was told the same thing (FYI they are NOT appointment only they gladly told me they accept walk-ins). So I stood there just in shock- then this women proceeds to say “you can look at me all you want it’s not going to change” ✋ Stop, rewind.. I’m trying to bring new business into this establishment and this is how I’m treated? No thanks I’ll take my 💵 elsewhere ✌️

Within 45 minutes of leaving Hot Rocks I recommended Natasha 3 times to other girls that stopped me to compliment my nails (true story)! She showed me the perfect color combination for my nails with little information to go on and within minutes of meeting me, like she knew me. Fun conversationalist and truly talented! I love my nails, this is the first time I’ve had acrylics and what a great first experience. The prices are friendly, with exceptional results. I’ve also had my eyelashes done by Calvin and they lasted for weeks!!

We went in today for pedicures and nails and they look amazing! Everyone in the building was very professional and doing some awesome nail designs. My 2 year old and 5 year old girls got their nails done too and they look adorable its not always the easiest working with kids but they did it! Will be back without the kids to get eye lash extensions as soon as I can get a sitter.

I have been to many places over the years and Hot Rock Nail Salon is the best! They treat you special everyone you walk in the door. Cassie does the best pedicures and has a great attitude. Micki or her husband have always done my nails and I always get compliments how beautiful they are. Not only are they the best they treat you like family the minute you walk in the door.

Best nail salon I have been to! Iraiela is awesome!! I had a manicure and pedicure with her a few days ago and she did an amazing job. She is a perfectionist, and I never feel rushed. One of my nails split so I stopped in today and she fixed it, again, with great attention to detail and perfection! She is super sweet and friendly, and I intend to be a long-term customer of hers! You feel comfortable from the minute you walk in to this salon and are promptly greeted by their super friendly staff!

This place is beyond my expectations, the staff is always friendly and at your service, Lorna is magnificent doing my nails and as a person, just as it is the young lady who did my daughters nails she did a magnificent job as well. This is, hands down, the best nail salon Ive ever been to. Micki and Calvin do amazing work (the only 2 techs I have had so I cant comment on any others) and the atmosphere is so friendly and fun between chatting with the techs or with the person seated next to you. Not to mention the quality you get for your money. I have paid a lot more at sub par salons that do nothing more than have you sit quietly for 2+ hours for a mediocre manicure. I would suggest making an appointment especially if youre going on a Friday or Saturday because they can get quite busy. They also do not share tools...seriously, COME GET YOUR NAILS DONE HERE!!!

Lorna is amazing. I showed her the picture of the nail art style and her work came out better than the picture. I tried this salon for the first time based on reviews and rating and I’m happy that I did. Definitely coming back for future manicures!

Hot rocks has been my go to place for a couple months since I discovered it. I love ricky and lisandra. Both are very talented. Its nice being in a big clean space as well as the family/friend vibe you get from the employees. They try hard to give you what you want and deliver for me every time 💕

Would Not Recommend. I had a full set, a pedicure, and an eyelash refill. I spent $168.00 total which included 20% gratuity. Later that evening and into the next day my eyes became very irritated. I called the salon immediately to let them know only to be told they would need to call me back. The next day I had my fill redone at another salon, the technician at the other salon said they were set too low which was causing the irritation. I called Hot Rock salon back again two days later only to be hung up on. I called back again and was connected to the manager. I simply asked for a partial refund for just my eyelashes and/or a salon credit for future services. I also told them I can bring them the receipt showing I paid $60.00 at another salon the following day to have them fixed. The manager told me there is nothing she can do? I told her I was planning on coming back for my nails but to cancel. She said ok goodbye. So the feedback from this experience is that rather than making an unfortunate situation somewhat better they would rather not do so and loose a return customer. Also I had a 1:15 pm appointment and didnt leave the salon until 5:00 pm (way too long for what I had done) saw 2 different people for my pedicure, and 2 different people for my nails? They are not organized when it comes to the flow of things.

This is the best salon Ive been to in Fort Myers!!! I moved here six years and flip flopped from a bunch of different salons but none of them ever stuck, until I found Hot Rock Nail Salon! Everywhere I go people compliment me on my nails and I always tell them go to Hot Rock, you will not be disappointed. I tell everyone about them so I figured Id tell google too! Dont believe the negative comments people have to say.. Micki, Calvin and their team are awesome! I love them, they are super accommodating and the environment is filled with laughter & fun. If you have any doubt whether you should come here dont doubt any longer cause youve found the right place, PLUS the prices are fantastic!

Its my first time at hot rock nail salon and I absolutely love it. The staff is very friendly and do an amazing job. Yamila is the best. She made me feel like a princess. :)Ill definitely be coming back again soon

I love this salon. It’s full service. Today I got a fabulous spa pedicure with hot rocks and hot towels. It was wonderful. Also a gel manicure and lash extensions. Calvin did my lashes and they are wonderful. So full, soft and natural looking. And they have a great summer special Everyone is very sweet and salon is very clean. I am a nurse and cleanliness is of utmost importance. Don’t hesitate. Excellent

I absolutely love this salon. Christina is my go to technician. She is always friendly, courteous and amazing at addressing any ingrown toenails. This place makes you feel like long lost family everytime you walk in the doors. They are extremely clean and each pedicure can offer a new spa experience every time.

I got a full set of lashes done by Calvin today and he did a fantastic job. Everyone at the salon was so friendly and welcoming, great vibes all around. The extensions themself came out beautiful and the process was very quick. Very happy and I will definitely return next time I’m in the area.

Ive been going to Hot Rocks for the last six months and I have received nothing but the best service. Everyone treats me like a valued customer and I enjoy my experience every time. I have recommended this salon to many people and I will continue to do so. I love the amount of compliments that I receive with my nails on a daily basis.

Best nail salon in town. I have been to many nail salons in the last 10 years... wish I would have found them sooner. They focus on quality not quantity. I wont go anywhere else now.

I had natasha as my tech and she did an excellent job! Loved the shape, loved that she took time with me to actually help me pick out my choice. I will be back in 2 weeks thats for sure! Beautiful spot as well. Love it here.

This is hands down the best nail salon Ive ever been to in Ft. Myers. Rhonda was fabulous, shes clearly a well-trained professional, she even offered me a glass of wine! Not to mention the prices cant be beat. I will absolutely be returning (and requesting Rhonda! :)

Customer service absolutely amazing. Yamila does an amazing job via pedicure, productive and supper efficient. Micki is the best nail technician Ive ever had. When one of the technicians left, Micki took over and she goes above and beyond with all her clients. I highly recommend this place and refer everyone I know to come here. Very friendly environment! 🤗
