Hi All, my experience with Cora Physical Therapy was excellent. I would recommend anybody to go there. The staff are very kind. As soon as you walk through the door they welcome you with respect.

Due to a car accident where I was rear ended while sitting at a red light I’ve needed neck PT, a neck fusion surgery and now some more neck and shoulder PT! From the moment you walk in the door at CORA you’re greeted by two office associates who are funny, so nice and incredibly helpful. I was late for an appointment and they called with this happy/joking tone asking if I had forgotten about them. All I could do was laugh. Every time I walk in the door they know me and I’m greeted with a smile. As for the physical therapists I’ve worked with, Dr. Tara and Katy are amazing. Dr. Tara has the most positive attitude of anyone I’ve ever met. She lights up the room the moment she walks in and keeps the sparks of energy flowing with all the patients the entire time she’s in the workout area. You will absolutely love working with her. Katy is always happy and so helpful. If she see’s you’ve finished your routine she comes right over and gets you working on something else even if she isn’t assigned to you that day. The location is a bit hidden and the facility is a little older but don’t let that impact your decision to go there in any way. They have everything you’d ever need to help whatever is hurting you to get better and they are phenomenal at what they do!! They are moving to a new location/facility in November 2021 I believe. High praise for this entire office!!

I must say the ladies at the front desk are awesome and fun, I was feeling pain but going to CORA PhysicalTherapy was a blessing. First of all, I want to give a huge shout out for the flexibility for letting me come in when I needed help with a Plantar Fasciitis issue Ive been dealing with for almost a year now. They couldve easy said, Were booked!, Were busy!, or Your next available appointment is in March 2023! But, nope...none of that. The two ladies at the front were just having a good old time, the humor, the personality,....it was just a good time like this is an everyday thing there. After all, if you cant have fun at work, then when can you have fun, right?They got me in and I saw Dr. Tara for the evaluation. Such professionalism! Very thorough and explained everything very well! She even gave me homework to do between the evaluation and my first PT appointment. Thank you CORA for helping me get on the road to recovery!Highly recommend! This is the go to place for your PT needs. Oh, if they let you sample the Hypersphere massage ball.....YES...buy one! Best $$$ youll ever spend. :)

8 years ago I was diagnosed with severe torticollis & told without surgery I would Never turn my head again in any direction,I chose no surgery,have been on disability since 2015,Thanks to CORA & The Amazing Dr Tara I am pain free,able to move my head some & am going back to work.I have never had anyone try any harder to help,cannot wait to come back,counting the days,Thank you,Thank you! I had 2 hip replacements and cant thank the staff enough for giving me my strength and balance back. I havent felt this great for quite a few years. They have the ability to push you more than you realize youre capable of as well as the knowledgeto improve you. I reccomend CORA if you want your quality of life back.

Miriam and Brenda at the front desk are amazing ladies. They helped me with all my insurance papers and appointments. They are so sweet. The therapists Ron Steve and Larry are also amazing. They are so kind and do everything possible to help in my recovery from major back surgery. They really know there stuff!! The place is so clean and they are always cleaning the machines and tables after each use . I am really happy and would recommend this Cora to everyone.

Great staff! The front desk ladies are kind and accommodating. The therapists are also kind as well as knowledgeable. They truly care about getting to the root of my issues. The methods they use are extremely effective. They dont simply give me exercises to do at home, but work with me at every visit to make sure they apply the best treatment for healing and strengthening depending on how Im feeling. My mobility has greatly improved, and my pain has been decreasing. The treatments can be painful at the time, but the improvement is immediate. I highly recommend CORA, especially Ron in Fort Myers.

An unexpected family. I have nothing short of great things to state about the individuals and my appointments experienced at this facility. I imagine that a large number of clients serviced here do not write reviews because they are taken care of which is why you may not see many reviews.I had torn my ACL and underwent surgery back in late February of 2018. By the third week after surgery I began to undergo physical therapy and did not have the faintest idea as to what that would entail. I recall Ron’s sense of humor, kind personality and welcoming demeanor made my appointments something to look forward to when I was bedridden. I ventured from crutches, to a knee brace and now am able to run freely. Each exercise I was instructed to do elevated my recovery time through muscle strengthening and conditioning.Towards my fourth and fifth months of treatment, Katie provided me plyometric exercises to improve my cardio and gain more strength in my knee. I was out of breath after each drill but enjoyed the sense of accomplishment when I stretched a little further or was able to do more than I had anticipated on my recovering knee. Every time I thought I had mastered or strengthened a particular exercise – I had the staff here introduce a new one. My desire to recover coupled with the knowledgeable and experienced staff at Cora made this all possible.There are no shortcuts or fancy machines for recovery (in my opinion) just good ol’ fashioned hard work. Come with a positive mindset, quit complaining about what you can’t do and try! That’s how you get better than you were yesterday. Ron, Katie, and Scott – Thank you endlessly for your insight and care. Also, thank you to Miriam for your wonderful appointment reminders and professionalism, you’re awesome.

I have been coming to cora physical therapy for a few months now and Katy has been very knowledgeable in showing me different exercises to help my back. She is very sweet and patient. She is simply the best.

Update to my last review:The manager Ron contacted me and got in touch with the billing department. He was able to rectify the situation and clear things up. He mentioned that my feedback regarding payments and history would be looked into so that maybe things like this wouldnt happen in the future. When corporate is disconnected from the local office things like this can happen. I will say I still refer people that need therapy to this office because they are so good at what they do. Thank you for taking care of me!Great therapy, horrific billing (good therapy saves from a one star. Had the billing gotten resolved 5 stars)! Called and left message for Manager, but no one will return calls. The ledger with accounting is crooked; they have sent me multiple bills showing I paid, then another statment that I didnt pay. Even after showing the receipts that Ive paid they continue to harass me threatening to send me to collections. Worst accounting Ive ever seen.... and get this I paid cash at every visit! So, there is no insurance involved for an excuse. All this over $40, when they have actually over billed me and owe me $20.

Ron is my favorite Physical therapist Ive ever worked with and I have a long list of baseball injuries through out my career. I worked with Ron and Miriam and they were very helpful, thoughtful and had customized care plans to help me recover. They followed up to check in on me and had taken extra efforts for patient safety during the COVID-19 pandemic.

I went in initially for bulging discs from L4-S1. I am functionally in good health as I work at UPS. So I was curious as to how much the staff could push me. Melissa was my direct therapist and she was quick to notice what areas I needed to work in and tailored my therapy to my needs. If something was too easy we dropped it and move on to something more difficult within seconds. When I would leave I felt like I left the gym! Since I work at UPS my schedule is very odd. Miriam and Nayad are the ladies at the front desk and they had no problems working around my schedule. All around the staff is great and would definitely recommend.

I love the experience I have had a Cora. First off, Miriam greets you with a big smile the moment you walk in. She is warm, inviting and always comforting, and there is rarely ever a wait. I started off with Katie for my first 2 weeks. She is kind but wont cut you any slack! She focuses on your weaknesses and shows you how to build your strength while in the office and at home. Once I graduated from her I started working with Ron. Ron knows his stuff! He is a veteran at this and knew right where to target my main weak points in my foot. He worked some serious pains out in my foot and when I stood I cried because the pain was gone. Ron has made me cry happy tears twice. I can honestly say it was the most rewarding pain ever because he knew exactly what was needed. Im not a going to the doctor or physical therapy kind of person, but I have been made a believer after this experience. Scott gave me my exit tests before discharging me and he is fantastic to work with too. Sorry to brag, but this has helped me literally get back on my feet and feeling like a real functioning person again. THANK YOU to all at the Ft Myers Cora Therapy office. Began PT for herniated discs. My team has been amazing at correcting physical habits that I didn’t realize I had been doing for a very long time. They don’t just work the diagnosis, as in my case. They care enough to dig deeper to find the root cause so you don’t end up injuring yourself again. My pain is so much better than when I began. Still working hard and they’re right there with me! With an average of about 20 years experience with each team member, you can bet you’re in great hands. They care. They communicate and they are great at what they do.The front desk staff are so nice, efficient and professional.Mary/Mirium (sp?) is one of the front desk staff who definitely will make you feel like a part of the family as well as the others at the desk. From insurance issues to appointment scheduling, it has been a seemlessly flowing experience. So fortunate to have them in my backyard. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend this Cora location to anyone looking for one of the best places to go in the Ft Myers area if you’re hurting.

This place is horrible, I would highly recommend to stay away from this office! Niyat was great, but the other lady at the front desk was so rude and condescending! I was in an auto accident and was treated like a criminal. Pathetic is all I can say! Find another physical therapy place and save yourself the demoralizing treatment!!

My family has been receiving care at Cora/Volski Physical Therapy for over 7 years. I was initially referred by Dr. Hogan after jaw/TMJ surgery due to a car accident. I am pain free today as a result of the care given by Ron Bracken. I have entrusted the care of my children to him after various sports injuries. Being in the medical field 26+ years, I can appreciate his attention to detail and diligence to get to the root of the problem to achieve a long term pain free solution instead of a temporary band aid to only give short term relief.

I have been dealing with chronic pain for over three years now. I have done multiple sessions at a few different physical therapy places but none have giving me back the quality-of-life like the staff at Volski. I’ve been bringing my mom here for physical therapy for over a month now and the staff here is so kind and encouraging. She has seen Robert and Katie for PT and it has helped her a lot with the pain she has in her neck and back. The secretary Miriam at the front desk has helped a few times now with insurance authorization when our primary care provider dropped the ball. They definitely helped me with my shoulder. Some days they were a little scattered with scheduling to many people at the same time. However the staff was friendly and they always got to me as fast as possible. I would go here again.

The ambience of the place isnt very nice to start with, not to mention their therapist Robert whom I was very unfortunate to meet as my therapist one day. Robert wouldnt explain what he was doing to my back, although whatever he was doing hurt very much. He also didnt ask me if what he was doing was okay, if it hurt, or anything like that. I just put up with it because I thought it would be for the best, but when I got out of the shower later in the day I had the most hideous bruises Ive ever had in my entire life. The right side of my back looked like I had been in some gruesome car accident. He didnt show any care for his patient whatsoever, and it was overall quite a negative experience. There were also some very unpleasant, misogynist conversations going on in the gym area that day, and after all of these encounters I was fed up and decided to go elsewhere. If you still decide to go to Volski, ask for Katie Goldberg- shes lovely.

I had a total lumbar fusion in 2009. After years of ineffective therapy at other offices in Fort Myers, my new doctor sent me to Volski Therapy and voila, finally some fabulous results! Chris is the first therapist to be zeroing in on the problem after all of this time! Hes the best! I would highly recommend Chris and Volski physical therapy to anyone!!!!

I entered physical therapy to address chronic tendinitus in my achilles. The staff at Cora educated me and helped me develop exercises required to align my hips through my toes, all of which improved my running technique and helped mitigate the strain on my achilles. It has been a work in progress but I feel that that the effort and attenttion I received has helped me tremendously. Much appreciation to Ron and Melissa.

Physical Therapy for one hour. The staff is wonderful, very friendly and kind. I really enjoy going there.

You start with Miriam at the front desk so helpful and kind. I have had theraphy for 1 year somewhere else, and still in pain. But I am so happy to start here about 1 month ago and in a short time my pain is cut in half. My therapist Katie and Ron are amazing and knowing what is needed and then starts their magic.

Ive been going to these folks since 2007, and they have treated so many muscles and bones, always with excellent results. I was in so much pain this week I could hardly walk, Ron knew what was wrong, gave me a few twists, then heat and some intense tens, that was it!! Perfect! I got up, walked without pain and drove home to take Epsom salt bath. Theyve treated my neck for years, my foot, Rt shoulder after surg. Amazing people, and they always know the newest procedures. Thank you forever!

During the past three years, and seeing multiple Physical Therapists throughout Fort Myers for two Neck Cervical Fusions, the three Therapists at Robert Volski & Associates, Ron, Katie & Scott are the VERY BEST I have ever had. My physical progress and pain relief after each surgery has been unparalleled there.

Im a professional beach volleyball player and had rotator cuff surgery in May. I live in California but Fort Myers is still home for me so I was there quite a bit during my rehab. I worked with Ron and he was very knowledgeable - I trusted him right away. I’ve worked with a lot of PTs and trust is a huge thing for me. He knew when to push me and when to hold me back a little - I’m go, go, go so this was very helpful for me. I’m a firm believer that it’s all in the details so I appreciate that he never overlooked anything. The entire staff was friendly, helpful and very accommodating. Very good therapy

This is Janet Kuhns, not Julie. Scott Maycroft is an excellent physical therapist. He has been treating me after I sustained a broken shoulder and before that for some other shoulder issues. He not only chooses exercises that benefit me but he also explains what each movement accomplishes. He clearly loves his work and loves sharing his knowledge with his patients. I recommend Scott very highly!

I went to this facility for physical therapy and it was horrible! They were never on time, starting 5-10 minutes late and were only 35 minutes long. There were no modalities offered. I had to ask just for ice and estem. The facility is actually owned by another company called Cora. They double up their patients so the therapi has to do double the work or have their assistants do treatments. The admin staff is just plain rude! They wrote the first appointment down wrong in the system and called me and said I was late. When I told them that it was later in the day they said that I needed to provide proof that they made the mistake! When I did the manager just shrugged it off and did nothing about it. Dont waste your time. There are plenty of other competent places in Lee county.

I had a lumbar fusion and a full disc replacement back in 2010. Volski physical therapy has helped me make progress when other places just made things worse. Due to my amazing therapist Katie, I dont walk with a cane anymore.

Very personable staff.

They helped me get back into running after an an injury that left me unable to run. I still go back to get ready for cross country season and love all of the friendly people that are welcoming and help me to be the best athlete I can be.

A great experience with physical therapy. Mirium runs the office brilliantly, scheduling, getting copays, so friendly and knows the patients!Ron and Katie are very knowledgable experts, and worked magic in resolving my knee issues very rapidly. The visits to Cora were not only efficient and effective. It was also fun! A great atmosphere of encouragement, interaction, laughter and a safe place where you never feel embarassed. I highly recommend!

My search for the right physical therapist and/or chiropractor is over. Volski is it! My jaw surgeon referred me to Volski to work on my TMJ but they have also really helped my lower back pain and plantar fasciitis. Ive seen several chiropractors and a different physical therapist the past few years, but Ive never had any long-term relief for my lower back pain until now after working with the Volski team. Extremely professional, knowledgeable, detailed, and thorough in their evaluations and treatment. I wont go anywhere else now, so I highly recommend them!
